This set of chairs is very nice. They came in pieces that had to be put together, but was not difficult. There was one that was damaged that Faruk replaced right away with no problems! Recommend doing business with him.

What a wonderful experience and great quality furniture! I do not live in Ohio, so I was unable to visit the store personally. I exchanged MANY messages with Saab and he sent me several photos and videos of different chairs and tables to figure out a combination that was just right for me. I had many different ideas, and he was *extremely* patient and accommodating. Thank you! Delivery was extremely quick- even quicker than was promised. I received my set exactly one week from ordering it, which during COVID especially, is unheard of. Assembly of the pieces was very straight forward and easy. And it looks great!! I am very impressed with the quality and the chairs are very comfortable. Prices are extremely reasonable for midcentury modern furniture- the best I came across. 10/10 would recommend.

Pretty friendly but acting uncomfortable because I had children with me it was obvious.They weren’t running around or being obnoxious. I only stopped in to ask about some furniture I seen that they owned at another store front further up. He literally could not answer and question to whether it was real leather or not. All he told me is I’m just the salesmen I don’t know about the product.

AVRS has The worst customer and shipping service! I received my damaged dining table and they didn’t take the responsibility and instead sent me 100$ which is not the table price, they rejected to send me a new table either and blame the shipping company instead!

Me and my fiance ordered an entire living room set💝 we are still waiting on our call for our delivery date. We also ordered our children a shadow chester draw💖 The salesman Ince was extremely nice to us he showed us around he gave us a few options & he was very patient with us which i loved!! Gus was incredible to work with from the beginning of the project and throughout the entire project to completion. We are designers based in Toronto, Canada and it was crucial that we had someone who was highly organized and detailed especially as we were working from out of town, making the logistics a bit more complicated. We shipped and stored furniture for a complete home (roughly 9,000 sq feet) with AVRS Furniture Warehouse for probably just over a year. Gus was constantly updating us on shipment arrivals and worked with us to create a tracking system that made sense for our needs. We had worked previously with another warehouse in DC and had experienced many issues with missing items and items that were not properly accounted for which was a huge headache for us. This was not the case with Gus, he had detailed records of everything that he received and delivered. He was incredibly easy to work with and when we were unable to make it to DC during our delivery due to COVID19 he and his team were able to deliver and assemble all stored furniture without any issues. We set up all 9,000 sq ft of furniture in this home over the course of a week so having someone organized was absolutely crucial. Being remote for a delivery of this scale was hard enough and having Z-Furniture Warehouse as our team on the ground helped make the process as smooth as possible. He also had great resources for helping fix furniture items that did arrive with damage. I was hesitant initially with the limited information online and we were putting our trust in Z-Furniture without any recommendations, but working with Gus and Z-Furniture was one of the best decisions we could have made for this project. He was also always easy to get a hold of when needed whether by email or phone -- he really came through for us in a big way. I would highly recommend Z-Furniture for receiving, storage, and moving services. It is only a shame that he is not local so we could work with him on all of our Toronto jobs.

I have been looking to decorate my home with a mid century modern theme, without paying a ton of money. MCM furniture can be VERY expensive. I found their prices to be very reasonable. They have a ton of very cool lighting and dining room furniture. All of the tables and chairs are interchangeable, so you can get exactly what you are looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful.
