Our experience at Dublin Mazda has been good thus far, we bring our 2019 MX-3 for service and they always do a good job. They send us a video to our phone of all the services that will be performed while the vehicle is on the lift and a quick walk around when doing the point inspection for you to see. They have always been very profesional with us and since we have the prepaid service its always an easy in and out. My wife and I are so happy with our purchase, hassle free, good customer service for the most part and good location. The four stars only because their inventory is kind of small with the options and 1 or 2 people who are just not happy to be there affects the customer service part.

I came to Dublin Mazda after a bad experience at Concord Mazda, I needed to replace a part on the front driver seat and Concord Mazda had told me that the part was no longer available and that the entire seat might have to be replaced. Dublin Mazda found the part in 5 minutes and installed it about a week later. They estimated $400 and 1.5 hours and it ended up costing $250 and it was done in 1 hour. Pleasant surprise! Compared to Concord Mazda, my overall experience at Dublin Mazda was excellent. I was greeted by a knowledgeable rep when I dropped off the car and the employees I dealt with in the Parts Dept. were very helpful and made sure I got the part I needed as quickly as possible. This dealership certainly understands customer service and I recommend them highly.

Please consider Dublin Mazda if you are interested in buying a car. I had the best experience with Keith Morita, the product specialist, and the finance team as well. I was interested in the CX-30 and reached out to the dealer, within hours Keith reached out to me and was very professional. I came in to test drive and Keith had reserved the car “VIP” for me which felt good. Keith was very personable, honest and made sure my needs were honored during the entire car buying process. John in finance and his team were also great and made sure we felt heard and our experience was a good one. I highly recommend Dublin Mazda. I am now a very happy owner of the CX-30. It is such a beautiful SUV inside and out, and drives very well. I also feel very safe in it with all the great safety features like blind spot assistance, lane assistance, and back up camera. Just bought a “certified” Mazda and the vehicle was delivered without cleaning. Soda stains, dirt in storage area and unclean door jambs after 3 days of waiting for the car. ( pics attached) Contacted the management to resolve but the owner wasn’t really interested to help out and instead sounded like he’s doing a favor by selling a car.Tip: don’t believe in their sales guy’s assurance to take care of things but check it yourself.

One of the worst car shopping experience I have ever had in any dealership. I was there to preview few vehicles before making a decision to move forward. The salesman was most uncooperative. I was told that I should come back when had more time and ready to make a purchase. He possibly lost a sale for the dealership. Too bad for them and Mazda. I recommend you try different dealership there are several in the Bay Area.

Had a great experience at Dublin Mazda trading in my 2016 Cx-5 for a new 2018 version. Robert our Sales Associate was amazing and really helped us get exactly what we wanted for a great price. The general sales manager, Sam was also very helpful and helped ensure we walked out happy. We purchased our vehicle at night and realized a few days after there was a scratch along the edge of the tailgate and when we went back in to get this fixed they were very accommodating and got me a rental and got it fixed for no cost in 2 days. Kristin in service department was amazing. Overall great experience and glad to have purchased my new car from this Mazda dealership. Thank you Robert and team!

Had the CX-5 we were interested in ready and clean for us to check out/test drive. Had a simple question about whether or not you need to reprogram a key fob after changing the battery for my 2015 Mazda 3. Dublin said they charge $120 and you have to wait 90 minutes to do this. Fremont and Concord said you do not need to reprogram the fob and they would do the battery change for almost free in a matter of minutes. If Dublin is lying and charging for this kind of service, imagine what they are doing with actual problems! DO NOT GO HERE!!

Easy to schedule online, friendly staff, clean and spacious lobby, but the BEST part is that they text you a link to their technicians video review of what was inspected. I was able to clearly see how their tech measured my brake pads, tires, battery, source of oil leak, and everything in between. Edit: You will get absolutely no assistance with anything after they get your money. Couldnt care less about customer relations. You will get hung up on when asking questions about your contract and will be told you signed it, you shouldve read it. Our finance guy got us in and out, didnt explain anything to us. My partner requested a breakdown of the sale price, which they took several minutes to print but did provide so we were happy. At no point did they mention payment dates, etc. The Mazda-advertised no payment for 90 days, 0% APR will not be honored here! Was told I shouldve specifically requested it. I DID. Many many times before purchasing the vehicle. I was coming in and risking my health during a PANDEMIC in order to take advantage of this killer deal. If you want to feel lied to and taken advantage of, head on down to Dublin Mazda to light your $35,000 on fire and watch the ashes sail off on the wind.Great Service! Bought my first Mazda today. Was in and out. They printed out everything price wise that I asked for and answered my many questions about the contract. Car was beautifully detailed and my sales agent explained all the tech features and connected them before I left. Everyone is wearing masks and distanced inside with plastic divide between the public and Mazda staff.

I bought my Mazda CX-5 from this dealership. below is my experience:Buying experience - I was talking to one of the sale person for a week and agreed on a pricing and lease terms. Then the sale person ask me to come to the dealership on sunday. I was excited to get my new car. When I reached there, the said sales person was on vacation and a different sales person attended me. He refused to honor the negotiated price and the terms. This was super frustrating. I was adamant on getting the agreed on deal but the saleman wanted to go through the whole old fashion haggling. I got the deal at the end of the day but it took them 5 hours to agree. In the end this process could have so much easier for me, if they would have honored the deal.Servicing - I have not had a chance to get any of my servicing done at Dublin Mazda yet but I had tried to reach out to them 5 times to ask some technical questions about the servicing. Each time I had to leave a voicemail and never heard back from them.Hopefully they dont do that to all their customers.

I dropped by for the first visit last week to look at the 2020 Mazda 3. Keith was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. His product knowledge and passion for Mazdas is off the charts. BTW, the Mazda 3 looks and drives better than an Audi or BMW and is one of the best kept secrets in the car business.

Just moved to area and needed a 30k scheduled maintenance for my 2016 MX-5 Miata. Had the absolute best experience with Dublin Mazdas service team. Went in expecting to pay upwards of $500 but ended up under $90 because they smartly recommended services only pertaining to my vehicle. Jesus Vega even customized their maintenance package to align with the work Ive recently done myself to the roadster, including letting me bring in my own synthetic oil purchased from Costco (which saved me a ton). He even recommended some great nearby driving roads :). I will definitely be returning and am so happy this is now my local dealership. Thank you, Jesus!

Everything from our first call to discuss inventory and price all the way through to our final walk-through of the car was a smooth, easy, and stress free process! Had the opportunity to work with Ken Harvey and Troy, who were both extremely knowledgeable and fair. Even our paperwork with finance was a good experience. I really appreciated how trustworthy, transparent, and upfront all of the staff were throughout the whole process. Okay, this happened over a year ago, but it still annoys me. I left 5 stars because I dont think it is fair not to in this case, but I am still pretty peeved.I go to the dealership to test drive a Miata and am fairly excited, since I have never driven an ND before. We came maybe 40-50 minutes before closing and asked some dude at the front if we can drive it and he said, we have a showroom display you can sit in. Like what? The place is not busy at all, you are standing around doing nothing at the front, and there is enough time for a test drive. I guess it is because I am a younger Indian dude and I came in with my dad, so he thought we were tire kickers? We just left after that...Never had that issue anywhere else with actually dangerous cars. I get that it was one weird sales guy and most people at Dublin Mazda are probably normal sales people, but every once in a while I remember that incident and get kind of annoyed at the disrespect. Made an appointment, for what turned out to be a common issue for Mazda’s, and showed up on time.Guy calls me up asks if I have an appointment, then asks what’s the problem. I explain the problem thoroughly, but the man refuses to look at my car to see for himself. Instead he keeps referring me to another local shop, telling me Mazda does not deal with the problem I have (or the problem he THOUGHT I had). So I follow the recommendation just to be directed to a terrible experience at music n ‘motion. After realizing I was sent there for no reason, I contact Brian at Mazda telling him that music n motion is telling me it’s a Mazda problem, but he says it was the right move and I can go back to Mazda and pay for a diagnostic to figure out the problem. I WAS TOLD TO GO PAY TO GET MY CAR DIAGNOSED AT ANOTHER SHOP, when it was Mazda’s job to do so. THEN I WAS TOLD BY BRIAN TO PAY MAZDA MORE DIAGNOSTIC FEES WHEN I WAS DIRECTED TI PAY MY MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Brian is telling me to pay to get my car diagnosed twice and refused to accept responsibility on behalf of Mazda for the mistake, and refused to make the situation right. I’m sure the guys in the shop and on the sales floor are great, but the head guys like Brian running the operation are bums. How can you tell someone to go get your car diagnosed somewhere else, then deny responsibility after learning they should have done it in the first place. Music n’ Motion misdiagnosed the car anayways!!!!! If I knew how to file a formal corporate complaint I would so I can finally have this situation made right from Mazda, seeing I paid a few hundred dollars at Music n’ motion when I had no business being there in the first place. If they try to send you away, refuse and make sure they at least look at the car first.

I went there to get my oil change without an appointment, visiting from LA and I was like I am worried that I can’t drive all the way without oil change given that I am over due, he was like sorry, we can’t help you, we have so many appointments today and the guy outside literally was taking the car information already, didn’t seem busy. I had such an amazing experience as a first time car buyer at this dealership. I purchased the Mazda CX-5 from the sales person Robert. I got the most amazing customer service throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. I was in the dealership for over 5 hours and not ONCE felt this way. I would totally recommend buying a car from Robert. He is super personable and funny. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY HERE. I was also able to negotiate a great price. After many trips to the managers office Robert was able to get me down to just $6 over my monthly car price. I bought a brand new car and got approved for an unbeatable loan. Rossie in the finance department helped me answer all of questions I had in regards to loan, and trust me I had a lot. Never felt rushed during this process either. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend.

It’s unfortunate that the sales departments at many auto dealerships have such a bad reputation. Sometimes it’s well deserved. Many sales departments use hard-sell techniques, lie and pretty much will say anything to make the sale right then! They know that once a customer walks out the door, it’s very hard to get them back to make the sale.So, I can understand why so many people have a distrust for dealerships and dread the whole car buying process.I’m happy to report that not all dealerships have slimy sales people and use hard-sell techniques. Some have genuinely nice people who know the product and actually seem to care about selling me the right car for my needs!My wife and I were shopping for a small sized SUV and had narrowed it down to a Honda CR-V (we had owned an ’09 CR-V in the past) and the Mazda CX-5.We stopped in at Ken Harvey Mazda in Dublin to take a look at both of them (Ken Harvey also owns the Honda dealership just across the parking lot). We used Ken Harvey Honda for car service in the past and couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience with their service department.I worked with Vasek who was wonderful. Knowledgeable about both the Honda and the Mazda vehicles and was able to talk authoritatively about both. Vasek was able to clearly explain the differences and how they would translate to our specific needs.In the end we choose the Mazda CX-5 and have been thrilled with it.The whole decision process was smoother than buttered silk!And then came the most dreaded part of buying a car… negotiating the price. Usually there’s the whole drama of the sales person saying they would have to get approval from their manager for that price and he walks out and you can see (but not hear) him as he dramatically talks to the manager wildly gesticulating giving, what appears to the customer, as a really convincing argument to the manager to accept the price. You know they are actually talking about something totally different like where to go for beer after work.There was none of this nonsense with Vasek. We went in knowing the retail and invoice prices for the car so we knew a fair price when we hit it. I should add that I actually want the dealership to make money on the deal. But I also want to get a good price. There’s always a sweet spot in the middle where the dealership still makes a profit and I still get a good deal. This is a total win-win and it’s what I always aim for when negotiating prices.We were able to quickly come to an agreement on a fair price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in vehicle.Again, smooth as a summer lake at dawn! No hassles, conflicts, dramatics or any nonsense!The only minor delay was that they didn’t have the exact color and model that we wanted. They were able to find the perfect car at another local dealership and get it transferred in just a few days.Even the Finance & Insurance department (F&I) where the final contract is signed and where they actually take your money was a smooth process. Harry Soenardi, the finance manager, was wonderful. Mazda was running a promotion with 0% financing (like putting money in my pocket!) and the whole process from applying for the loan through the final signature was quick and painless.I can’t praise Ken Harvey Mazda enough! From walking in the door to driving off in our new car this was one of the easiest, fairest and smoothest processes I’ve ever had when buying a new car.They have restored my faith in dealerships. All I can say is if you’re in the market for a new car, go to Ken Harvey Mazda in Dublin (or Ken Harvey Honda right next door). You’ll be as thrilled as I was that you did!

This is long overdue. So a little background, I have had my Mustang for three years. ILOVE that car. However, I now have a toddler, a dog and three cats. Let me tell you it really gets crazy when we have everyone in the car. So, I explored doing a test drive on a CX-5; told my husband this is just a test drive. We will not trade in AT ALL. We met Keith Morita, who made everything so smooth and easy. It really felt like I was talking to family; he didn’t hard sell the car to us. He was professional and guided us through the process clearly. We had the papers sorted out in a day and walked out with the CX-5 Grand Touring.PS, my son who has grown fondly of the Mustang, which he called yellow car, cried so bad when it was time to leave the dealership. Now he calls our car “BIG RED.”Update: totalled my CX-5 two weeks in, but I am buying the same trim because of the value you get when buying a MAZDA.

We had a great experience at Dublin Mazda. Keith was our salesperson and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped us get the most out of our test drive, answered all our questions, and was just an all around great guy. That really goes for everyone we dealt with there, they were all very professional. We came in a little late but those helping us stayed late until we were all ready to go in our new car and we never felt rushed even though it was nearly 10pm by the time we left. I have had two different experiences here, so your mileage may vary (pun intended). When I was shopping for my Mazda, I narrowed it down to this and the Fremont Mazda. During certain trips to and calls with this Mazda (and their sister Honda dealership), I thought the staff members were rude at times, although that could also be my fault for trying to do a walk-in drive test. However, when I came to service my car, the staff couldnt have been nicer and the waiting room was well-equipped to work remotely for an hour. Youll probably need to judge yourself, but Id definitely check this dealership out during your Mazda shopping.

Being a Mazda owner, the dealership locations are a lot more limited than other automakers. Dublin Mazda is, by far, my favorite out of the 3 options within the radius of what l consider a short drive (20-minutes). From my experience, they give you a reasonable expectation of when youll be outta there. In fact, once I brought take-out expecting a lengthy stay but everything was finished, including a car wash before my first bite. Dublin Mazda management, you deserve a salute from me and all your satisfied customers.

I can safely say that the service here does not disappoint. This isnt only the case for the sales team but also for the service team as well. The staff is friendly and personable. I also love the way the building looks after the remodel! The cars look beautiful on display against all the big glass windows. We worked with Michael during our visit and he was very patient and friendly throughout the entire visit. They do not just try to see you a car, they try to build a relationship so that you continue to come in for service and to buy more cars for your entire family with them! Dublin Mazda really treated me good and I felt no pressure from them, Bill really took care of me on choosing the right vehicle for me and Rose from accounting explain to me in full detail of what I was signing and explain to me the details of the paper work. I spent several weeks shopping around, comparing cars, working with a variety of sales people at dealerships all over the east bay area.When it came to the actual purchase, I chose to buy my new Mazda from Gregory Gutierrez at Dublin Mazda. Gregory answered my questions, listened to my requests, and agreed to a very fair price. The whole purchase process from start to finish was easy at Dublin Mazda. I strongly suggest that you ask for Gregory Gutierrez - this guy really knows his product and was so helpful. I never felt like they were selling me. It was a true pleasure and I will be back to buy more vehicles from Dublin Mazda in the future.

I was searching for a new car and came into Dublin Mazda knowing I definitely wanted a white Mazda 3 hatchback with a rear view camera, and thats exactly what I got. Shout out to Gregory, Garth, and Mike from finance for making this all possible. They were welcoming and very easy to talk to. Despite the fact that I am young and even after the complications with U.S. Bank, they still treat me like a valued customer. Its only been a week since I got my car and I have nothing but love for the car and the for Mazda family.

Just bought a used Mazda CX-3 and felt my experience was above average after car hunting at a few other local brands. My product specialist was Troy Dunlop and I highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable about the product and didn’t seem to rush my decision even after saying I was looking at a few other brands. Needless to say, his customer service was one of the reasons I came back to this Mazda to purchase. I have bought a couple cars through dealerships prior to this, and so far, this was my best experience. Even though they were busy, I still felt they were able to meet my needs and make the buying process fun. Kudos, Mazda Dublin!

I had a great experience picking out a new Mazda here. I highly recommend Keith M., hes the product specialist who helped us, and it really was top-notch customer service. We never felt rushed, he showed a great deal of knowledge and passion for the cars, explained and made the whole test driving experience fun as well as very enlightening.Id been to several different dealerships to scope out cars over the past month and a lot of them gave me awful treatment: they either didnt know anything about their cars, didnt care to tell me anything about it because I didnt look like I was buying a car, or they just scoped me out as someone that couldnt afford a car and ignored me.Keith was very patient, he was both enthusiastic and willing to show us the top tier trim models as well as the standard trim models, but also understanding that I had a budget, gave us very fair overviews of why features were available, what features were most practical, what features might be useful, etc. I never felt like a sale on the verge of being won or lost, but like a person he wanted to see fitted with a car that best suited them. Even when I was at the desk figuring out the finalization and I literally had him sifting their inventory because I was trying to find a Mazda that was blue and still had all the features I wanted, he absolutely threw himself into the task of trying to locate something and various possible combinations.We kept him until pretty much closing time and I feel bad holding him there with all the paperwork and stuff, but he really puts all of himself into his job and even when it was dark outside and we finally had completed the sale, he was still chipper and offering to continue answering questions and demonstrate features and just make sure everything was completely comfortable and good up before we left the dealership.Now proudly driving around a sporty little Mazda 3 with a Bose sound system and likely to want to trade in for a higher level trim at some point or maybe even a Mazda 6 because I had a lot of fun test-driving. :) Maybe when Im not a poor millennial, hahaha. Anyway, highly recommend Keith, hes a real gem of a salesperson and a person and definitely made the whole buying a car ordeal less of an ordeal.

The service with Gregory and Dublin Mazda dealership was friendly, informative, and a refreshing experience. Many dealerships I tried to do business with before visiting Dublin Mazda tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a woman and treated me as if I did not know what I wanted, as well as jerking me around on appropriate prices for a used car. When I went Dublin Mazda, Gregory made me instantly greeted my mom and myself in a warm and friendly greeting. Gregory continued to show us used cars that were within my price point without trying to push me to get a new car or go over my price point, he was very understanding of what we were looking for and he made the shopping experience joyful and exciting. After our experience with Dublin Mazda my family would HAPPILY purchase another car from them.

I wish I could give Dublin Mazda negative stars. The salesman named Suman Zachary and his manager Ken Harvey are crooks. They gave out empty promises that they knew they would never keep to lure you into their trap. If you think you are safe if they put their promises in writing like in a contract, you are deadly wrong. They are professional lairs and contract scam specialists. They outsmart you. They cleverly worded the contract so that the contract does not mean what it seems to mean. They intentionally used vague and ambiguous words and the contract can always be interpreted in their favor. They made sure the contract can mean anything they wish and you cannot use it to sue them or claim damages. Only lawyers specialized in business contract can find out the loopholes. Before you sign the contract, they interpret it one way. But after you have signed the contract and have paid, they interpret it the other way. They also cleverly calculated all the numbers to make sure that you will give up claiming damages if you add up legal cost. All they want is your money. However, they dont earn money the right way. They earn your money by telling you lies after lies and empty promises that they know they will never keep. As soon as they get your money out of your pocket, they will deny all responsibilities, regardless they previously gave you verbal promises or written contracts. Dont deal with this crook dealer unless you want to take your own risk. I learned my lesson the hard way. I warn all potential customers to stay away from this crook dealer. They practice dishonest business on daily basis. They will be scrutinized by Mazda and by District Attorney for fraud, and will go out of business soon. When this happens, all prepaid overpriced future service package and oil/filter change will be a total waste of your money. Save your money to buy elsewhere, unless you yourself are a lawyer so there is no legal cost to add up (there is still opportunity cost though.)

If you want to work with a conscientious, low-key, kind salesman, then ask for Richard Uhlenberg. We had a great experience working with Richard and the others on the sales team-Garth the Fleet Manager and Dave the General Manager. We bought a Mazda 6 Grand Touring and love it. This is our second purchase at this Dealership and I highly recommend it.

The salesperson I worked with, Lance, was friendly, not too pushy and able to find a car that fit my criteria. However, we had problems when he told me no fair offer is turned down and I asked for $500 off the price.As we parted ways, the finance manager (whom I had no interaction with) took the opportunity to greet me at the door by calling me a slew of names (cheapskate, mooch) and telling me I need to lower my standards. Im sure this tactic works on people who dont take kindly to having their masculinity reduced by a bully in a pastel paisley tie and pocket square, but I will not return here to pay for more verbal abuse.

Went on Sunday for test drive. The dealer, Robert, scanned us and had us sit in his office and questioned us if we were going to buy the car. When we said not at the moment, we were sent away saying they are busy. And, he just went off to talk to other staff. Seems not busy at all. My wife and I work during the weekdays thats why we go on weekends but he told us to come on weekdays. Are you kidding me? I am so mad. What a salesman. He selectively chooses customers and turns customers away if you are not buying the car on the spot. I would not recommend buying a car from this guy. Never felt insulted and mistreated like this before. Worst experience.

I wanted to get my spark plugs and oil changed. The lady on the main line was nice, but then I was transferred to the service department to get a quote. The guy there wanted 380 for an oil change and spark plug change, (with my spark plugs)! He was then extremely rude when I was trying to get a breakdown on why it was so much. I cant speak to how well their work is, because I am never bringing my car here.

Among the worst service I ever recieved. Most employees (besides the receptionist, older male- he was dismissive from the get-go) were pretty nice, however the service department not only did not solve the problem with my car, I have reason to believe they never ran my VIN for options because they filled it with the wrong gear oil. Obviously, the noise I was complaining about did not go away. I was then dismissed, being told it was a tire noise. A metal on metal sounding, non-constant tire noise... Riiiight. Who trains these guys? Never coming back. Refused to rectify the gear oil mistake, too.

Selling a car was the easier part, but service has been a pain. Its a battle to get any warranty stuff done, and maintance team is really lacking service. Do Not Buy the maintance package, as you will regret the scheduling and work performed. I like my Mazda CX5 just wish I bought it from a dealer that cared.Ive spent the last 30 minutes trying to make an appointment for an oil change. Im lost how it can take this long to talk to someone.

Had a horrible experience here today. The car we were interested in was being used by the manager, it was really dirty inside and had almost 1000 miles more than what was listed on the website. Also we had to wait for them to clean it up so we could test drive it. Seems very unprofessional to me. We waited a while for service and the sales rep didnt seem interested in helping us out at all.
