Absolutely terrible experience with this team with negotiating in good faith. I was completely upfront with the salesperson about condition of my trade-in vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not receive the same honesty in return. First, they were willing to accept my trade, then decided against it. I called on 5/19 at 10am to attempt and purchase a vehicle and was told a manager would return my call. I did not receive a response. I called back 3 hours later to find out they miraculously sold the vehicle. I understand these vehicles can move and be quickly sold, however, there was absolutely no feedback from management or the sales team to updates on the price and availability of this vehicle. Especially, since I was approved for financing and ready to purchase the vehicle. I believe they really need to improve their communication and customer service.

Are you looking to get service on your vehicle? I urge your not to go to this place if you care about your car. They will only do faulty labor and not put all pieces back. You pay a high price for quality work that they don’t offer!Not only will they not admit to their mistake but urge to get your money back from the place that actually fixed your car calling it bias. Bias that you were told the messed up job that was done to your vehicle, bias that they fixed their mistake, and bias that you actually had a professional job done. Mind you I was actually shown what was done step by step.You car deserves better take it to Germain they will service your car the right way!

I had great experience and had 4 of my MB from them until my last purchase about two months ago. My last set of text and calls got not returned. The title has not even been transferred and the temporary title has expired. The most concerning part is the problem with not getting back to me with an explanation. I will reconsider buying my next car from them.

My husband and I have purchased two GLC300’s with Tim Tassell as our sales associate. On September 10 we stopped in to see what cars were available with the new features we wanted. There weren’t many. Tim suggested we order one. That afternoon I took my 2018 GLC in to get it washed. Tim saw me waiting and told me a 2021 GLC had just come off the truck and it had all the features I wanted. We walked out to see it and I purchased it. I’ve had the car one day and love it. IM A GENERAL MANAGER AT A LOCAL BODYSHOP. HAVE PURCHASED MULTIPLE PARTS IN THE PAST EXCEEDING $1000s. After delivering several parts a Headlight washer nozzle cover 1inch x1inch for $36 was missing. CROWN SAYS WE HAVE TO REPURCHASE THE MISSING PART. I WILL NOW BE USING MERCEDES OF EASTON OR HAVE TO GO ELSEWHERE.

Buyer Beware. First off, Ill say that once you even test drive a Mercedes youll see that they are one of the ultimate driving machines....the most solid and luxurious vehicles to own. I bought a used Mercedes from Crown in December 2020. Everything was ultra smooth and great attention given to the purchase. A couple days after the purchase I had a check engine light come on which was puzzling. I dont know about you but I sure dont want a used car I purchased to have a check engine light! I contacted the salesman and dealer and they said they would take a look at it I would just need to drop by. I did, and they pulled some codes from the engine and then I was told that they would be in touch and they would not turn their back on me. Well its now the end of February and Ive messaged twice and am not getting a response. Im assuming they are betting on the fact I will just ignore the light just like a previous high volume dealing dealer did on my last vehicle purchase. Mercedes truly are one of the very best cars out there....but beware of problems you may have from this dealership.

Dont even deserve single star. I tried to schedule my first service of my GLB while it says 9500 miles, I got appointment 3 weeks after on 12th August without loaner car. I dropped my vehicle yesterday at 1.20 PM, only to know they dont have enough people to service and will text or call me for the status in an hour. I waited till 4.30 PM and then called them 7 times, kept 2 voice messages, one online chat messages. Finally around 5PM after my 7th attempt of reaching out, one customer service person tried to get hold on the service manager (Bryan), just to let me know it will not be ready. It put me in enormous trouble with all the uncertaininy. So this morning (13th August 2021), I started calling again around 11.30, same story, going to voice messages. Finally around 11.40 AM I got call from Brayn that my vehicle is ready to pick up. This kind of customer service never expected from Merceedes. 22 hours of waiting to get a phone call to know when your vehicle is ready is beyond my imagination. I hope this is the last WORST service I am experiencing with Merceedes. I wish no one has to go through this kind of non-professional behavior, inconveniece service and NO compensation for the painful experience like mine.

I didnt think I could be more disappointed by the Crown Confidence program. The icing on the cake is that now after three attempts for a week I have been ignored by my requests to speak to the manager. One was even me replying to an email claiming to be from the manager asking if I was happy with the solution! I immediately replied that I was still waiting to hear from him. Clearly it was auto-junk pretending to care.For those of you that think a power train warranty should cover an engine oil leak from the valve cover gaskets and cam shaft covers, be prepared that the Crown Confidence program feels otherwise and that leadership at Crown really doesnt care to even discuss your difference of opinion.Check my other reviews, I try hard not to leave bad ones but after a week and three efforts to contact them have all been ignored I hope this might bring some attention to my matter and impact me being treated fairly.

Crown Service has failed to fix the following issues:Apple Car Play does not work properly. Sensor lights comes on for no reason. AC along with fan speed is not cooling the SUV properly.

Went to look at GLE 350 4matic, they only had 2 models driven by their sales managers one of them we test drive had dogs hair and finger prints and some scratches what was funny is both cars had 2000+ miles and wont accept less than MSRP listing price for a brand new ones.I wont recommend this dealership to anyone.

I originally gave this 5 stars but after continued interactions I have to lower this. I would probably give 2 stars except the service department continues to be outstanding. Shen is incredible. Responsive, attentive, and a super nice guy.My cause of unhappiness is my sales rep, Tim. This is my first Mercedes so a lot of features are new to me. When we first got the car I could not find a spare tire. Tim assured me if I couldnt find it at home later hed make sure I got one.Mercedes do not have spare tires. I later learned that they sometimes come equipped with a compressor and sealant system but that most have run flat tires and do not need any kind of back up. My trunk includes a space for these items but they are not there. I emailed Time to inquire and received no response.If this was the only thing he didnt know it would still be a little strange.However, I asked him if there was a trick to using the hands-free trunk opener, as in where should I wave my foot to activate it. He told me it doesnt have that feature. It most definitely does, Ive used it multiple times now.My car also came with a GPS aerial, so I assumed it had a navigation system. It does not. When I inquired after the sale he told me to ask service how much they would charge me to hook it up.I guess Im lucky that I was at the dealership that day to ask him in person. When I tried calling Tim his voicemail was full and he didnt respond to my email.Once the sale is done so are you on that side of the operation. Glad that the service team has continued to be outstanding at least.

I cannot stress how excellent this dealership team is and would definitely buy a car from Crown again.

I wont be going back here again to get my Mercedes serviced. I dropped it off to get B service done which was 450.00 dollars after taxes.They were pretty busy when I picked up my car so when they gave it to me I got in and drove away so I wasnt in anybodys way.Upon getting home and inspecting my car I found that they got white paint on my driver side headlight and what appears to be blood all over my trunk literally looks like a mechanic cut his hand and touched my trunk and dripped blood all over itIf Im paying that much for service I expect to get my car back clean and they have a car wash on site yet you couldnt clean the paint and blood you got all over my car off before giving it back to me utterly ridiculous.

She immediately focused on the type vehicle and price range we requested and showed us many outstanding possibilities. Had a very good experience here with our salesman, Cory Gasparro. The only issues I had were (1) that it was sometimes hard to gets hold of Cory or get responses from him - but not sure if that was an issue with the phone system? At any rate, when I spoke with him he was great and very attentive. And (2) processing the sale took WAY longer than I was told. I was told it would take an hour (I was skeptical of that anyways) but it took 3.5 hours. But on the whole, Cory was great and the overall experience was great. We will definitely return the next time we are in the market for a new car.

I had my reservations walking into another Mercedes dealership as I was treated so poorly at Easton.But I was immediately greeted at Crown Mercedes Dublin and I was shown around the dealership by Konstantin Chumak. He took the time to show me the cars inside and out. He ran through all of the features. We took a car out for a test drive. I didn’t feel pressured in the least and I walked out with a brand new vehicle. Car buying can be anxiety provoking, but this experience was by far the best. I can’t recommend Konstantin enough. The service guy that detailed the car before I drove off, was also so great. Good job Crown Mercedes Dublin.
