Bought a car I love here. Was surprised the coolant level was so low! Oh, and my tail light turned out to be fine, but it wasnt plugged in when I bought it.

Great purchase experience. After a test drive, we came back a few days later and asked to have our mechanic inspect the car. We made an offer along with an ask for few items to be fixed and came to a simple agreement on price and items to be fixed. It took a few days to get the parts and work done but then we finished the paperwork and picked up the car. The GM Kyle was easy to work with, simple and direct. Great purchase experience and will consider purchasing from them again.

I went to look at a car ..which was online I get there wasnt there. The salesman told me it was getting detailed. I told him let the car get detailed he goes get the car brought it back dirty then heard the timing belt just squealing. That was the deal breaker. Why put a car online ready to sell and it was no where near ready to drive off the lot. Not good 😐

Let me start off by saying I NEVER leave reviews, however this one is worth taking the time to do. I had been searching for a Mercedes for 5 mo. prior to finally finding what I was looking for at Bay Luxury Autos in Nov, 2020. I didnt have AAA credit, but they made it happen for me. It was time for my 3 mo. oil change, and I took it to a Mercedes dealer who wanted to charge me $1,500. I contacted Bay Luxury and found out they have a shop, and service Mercedes and foreign cars in house!!! They charged me a fraction of what I would have paid!! 6 mo. later, the pistons blew, and I was out of a car. I took it to a Mercedes dealer and they said, things like this have happened to some of their new and pre-owned cars, it was no fault of the dealer, and to get it fixed, they would charge me $15K. I contacted Kyle at Bay Luxury and he said, bring it back and we will make it right, and right they did!!!! They gave me a loaner car, until my car got fixed, and they didnt have to do that! They could have said, sorry the car is used and was sold as is, pound sand (which most car lots do), but he didnt. Kyle is the owner of Bay Luxury Autos and he stands by his cars and this is a stand up place, which is very hard to find now a days. Bless you all there at Bay Luxury Autos of Dublin.

I called to confirm that the vehicle was in their inventory and they reassured me it was. I drove for an hour and a half on my way to the dealership only to determine that the car in question had been sold. Huge waste of time, gas and energy. Not very happy about it.

I called a week ago on a vehicle of theirs they said it was being detailed, called again Thursday 12/30 and they said it would be ready to view Thursday 12/31 after 4:30pm, went today 1/1 vehicle arrived same time we did but nothing was done to it, so Im waiting to see if they can help me get it and they said they would detail it right away

I worked with Billy - I knew exactly what car I wanted and I also had a similar car through another dealer. Billy was able to get the same apr and terms and also work with me to the the Porsche Carrera 4S at a fair price. I actually had an amazing experience unlike my past experiences at dealerships. I will be checking with Billy next time I am in the market.

They’re trying to scam me by getting me to resign the contract after purchasing my car. Did it once already, they’re calling me to do it again! I will let them know next time they call they are being recorded so I can use it as evidence for my lawyer. Will edit full details of what happens next.

Great people, I had left another dealership after the deal had gone bad when I realized the car had issues. I called bay luxury right as they were closing the salesman agreed to stay half an hour after closing. He was the only guy there. He took his time showing us the car, we didn’t feel rushed. The vehicle was a 2017 E300. I’m extremely happy with it. Got the deal done everything was done fast, no gimmicks. Didn’t try to over sell me. Would come back again forsure.

We had a great experience buying a car from Kyle who did a great job in helping us find the exact vehicle we were looking for. There is a great selection of beautiful cars from which to pick at reasonable prices and the service was excellent. Will definitely come back when it’s time to buy again.

Overall my experience was really good, my sales person Steve Sunny was really nice and funny. The team was very welcoming, however the finance lady that helped us at the end wasnt very friendly. She was very condescending and rude . She didnt seem to care about us being there. More about the money. Other than that. I got a really great deal on my vehicle. I wish that I was RITSA SHONE was more friendly. She gave off a terrible vibe and made me feel unwelcome. I would recommend a different finance person. I had no problem with the salesperson (Seer), he was really nice and friendly. My problem is I bought my car there Dec 2, 2019. But until now, I have not received the car registration from the DMV, Ive called several times, but told it should arrive soon. They called me last Thursday, and was told to come down to their dealership to sign a form, because dmv will not release the registration because the car is registered out state, but the actual plates on the car are california license plates and they expire April 2020.I hope Im not driving a stolen car

Bought an older car that they knew would not pass smog. They just cleaned the service codes before the test drive. Next day check engine light comes on. Fuel cap gasket was roughted away. Thats not the only problem. Thats enough it wont pass smog and it didnt just happen over night. They knew about it.TOTALLY NOT TRUST WORTHY!

Great customer service. Had a lot of good selection of luxury, SUV, and sports cars. I drove off with a red mustang, but didnt like the flashy ticket magnet color. I was able to take it back next day and drove off with the black convertible mustang instead. Really glad I bought at a low price for all the options the car came with. I would reco and will buy from Bay Luxury Autos again.

Let me start by saying from start to finish that Bay Luxury Autos provided the best car buying experience I could have hoped for . They have a great selection of vehicles with incredible prices. Bought a 2014 Maserati Ghibli from these guys for 6months now and all i can say is STAY AWAY from them. They basically got the car from auction, the car seemed in a good shape but instead it has never been serviced for 30kmiles...not even an oil change. The service light is on, wheel cap is missing, only one key, the battery literally dead when I got delivery of my car. And the battery has some terrible problems right now which I had to send the car to Maserati dealer to install a new one, which costs huge amount. What a nasty seller.

I had a great experience buying a car from them. i had been shopping for a ss camaro for about a month and was having trouble finding one without imperfections. bay luxury autos is where my search ended. their entire lots inventory is immaculate and the camaro was no exception. it was priced reasonable to start. very comparable to the ones I was finding with scratches and curbed rims and they still came down a reasonable amount from their asking price. Im very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car.

Owners are great. All employees cannot be trusted. Richard is a great guy. Always a new problem shows up whenever I bring my car.

The best place to buy a Used luxury car in Daly City. Their price are competitive and reasonably low compared to others. This place don’t play they mean business. Bought an older Car Over a week ago from them. Was told that they would handle everything with DMV as far as plates and Registration. We Got the tags in the mail then a BILL from Bay Luxury Autos saying that they under charged us and needed more money to complete the Vehicle registration. I called DMV and they said Registration was complete that is why we had the tags. Also the day after we got the car the Service engine soon light came on. This car has to be smogged in 3 months and will not pass now with light on. I truly believe they cleared the code before and after test drive. Will never get another car from them.

They care about getting over on you for you money PERIOD.

These are bunch of unprofessionals who are rude with horrible communication skills. They dont look like they want to sell cars. I went there this morning to enquire about available cars. Instead of showing me anything, they did some credit check crap to see if i am worthy of showing a vehicle. They started behaving as if they are doing some favor by trying to finance my auto loan. When i told that i am getting favorable finance terms from other dealer, this dude asked me why i am not going there. Highly unprofessional attitude was shown by him. I am lucky that they showed their true face before i bought the car. God knows what i would have gone through if i had some issues after buying the car from them.
