Went in for a battery replacement and they did an excellent job! They were also kind enough to offer me a ride as my car was being serviced. Overall, very positive experience and would highly recommend.

They have a slow Midas touch. I waited 5hrs for my brakes to be completed. The first two hours was suppose to be an inspection and within the last hour my back brakes were done which I wonder how long my front brakes really took. I was told it would take 2hrs for it to be completed which I had no problem with then when I show up after two hours I was told another hour. If you plan on getting work done here then you may want to bring your vehicle when they open and have a ride to elsewhere, it may take all day. Add an extra hour to the time they tell you so you dont overlap your plans. If youre sensitive to perfumes be prepared for an abundance of fragrance when you walk into the office. Its bad enough being a female looking for a good mechanic and not getting robbed of money or time. Ill keep looking.

Went for an oil change and they got the job done in a timely manner, it was also accurate to their predicted time frame. Offered one add on but I declined. Very professional.

Holiday weekend and your skid tray decides to come off on the highway? Well thats what happened to me and Im so grateful to Ernesto and the guys at Midas for helping a girl out in her time of need. I felt like all of Dublin could hear me creeping down the street dragging half the tray, but we made it. A million thanks to Ernesto for removing the tray and wrapping it up for me so that I could drive safe the rest of the way. God bless.

I recently took my 2013 to this Midas in Dublin as I always do for service because my car was hardly starting.I thought I rather let them check and eventually fix it before I get stranded somewhere. They charged me $40 for the diagnosis fee and told me the alternator was broken and as a result of that I need to replace its belt and I would also need a new battery. It would cost me $1150 for all that.I said I would like a second opinion and I am so glad I did that.There was nothing wrong with the alternator and the belt. Only the battery was faulty which I manage to get some money back from the manufacturer.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY LOST ME FOR GOOD.

I was blindly going to this service center since last 4 years and was trusting them. I did realize very late that these guys suggests to change many parts even though it is not critical. They do charge huge for the parts as well. I would suggest to enquire in other service centers before visiting here for any big repairs or tire changes.

So I went and had my oil changed, they advertise it with tire rotation, which they did not do. my husband Craig called and they said I was supposed to ask, which is stupid if its supposed to come with as advertised. My husband tried to speak with manager, he called and texted, no response. and the check in front desk man is definitely not friendly! not good service here!

Overall, I think the quality, timing and cost are good. In addition, my undercar shield was coming loose; and I made a request to see if they can do something about it... Although they couldnt because of the various conditions, but they did attempted it. So, I am glad for that too.

DISHONEST SABOTEURS. I took my car here to have them run a diagnostic on my EGR system (check the valve, modulator and Vacuum Switch Valve). P0401. They claimed to have done it and said the modulator needed replacement. So I take the car home and pop the hood, only to find the modulator with a freshly snapped off port (the q port). NOT mentioned in the diagnostic report they gave me. Nonetheless, I replaced it and nothing changed. Cleared the code, still a p0401 popping up as soon as I hit the highway. After arguing with them about the snapped modulator and to check my car again (to no avail), I took my car elsewhere. It was the VSV that needed replacement. A simple 12v test from Midas wouldve saved me hundreds, but instead they did a half hearted job and simply tried to charge me again for another diagnostic. Someone should be fired for SABOTAGING my car and not giving me a refund for MISDIAGNOSING my car.

This is the only place Ill take my car! The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always try to keep me within my budget.

They hard-pressed and used some tactics to bill me for a grand for front brakes. Saying theyre pretty bad. After saying I cant do it today, they said we can do brake pads and rotors for today at half the price. Still felt scammed! Seems like the new staff is into the money! Between they forgot to install one of the panel when they got my window fixed.

This place is one of the best automotive repair centers around. The work done was excellent. What won me over was the personal service. To say they care about the customer is an understatement. These guys are class acts, and true service men. They were were there for me and helped me get done what I needed to get done, not over sell me. They won my trust and loyalty as a customer.

I discovered this place by accident when my engine light went on while I was visiting my mom in San Ramon. After checking for whats causing the light to go on (low on oil) and doing an oil change, they told me that my tires were worn out, so I also got some new tires during that visit. The guy told me I didnt have to replace the tires now, but will have to replace them soon eventually, so I did it because he was so honest and did not pressure me at all. I got some Pirelli tires at a very good prices. Great people.

Came in with over heating issue mark recommend water pump timing belt and few other things mark was trying to use his sales tactics for I knew what he was doing and honestly made me really not want to do anything after that but I trusted this store as Ive had great customer service with mo I decided to do it anyways as I love my car anyways long store short car over heated again and it had a blown head gasket like really? So you sold me a water pump just so I can come back and have the actual issue fixed huh? Negative 10 stars and a trip to the bearu of automotive repair.

I went to Midas to have my Corvette stock exhaust replacement with a Borla exhaust. Mark was very professional and helpful. He made me feel I was at the right place for good service. Hugo did the eexhaust exchange, he did a great job, very skilled, and was extremely knowledgeable about his job. I will be spreading the word about my experience at Midas.

Let me start off by saying this shop is wonderful. However more importantly, Mark Smith (Midas employee) is absolutely amazing. Great service! I went in for an oil change, and they handled it. What I thought was great, is that they made recommendations on other things that I needed but they didnt try to upsell me or make it seem like it was a dire emergency I didnt get them done.My appointment was at 12, and I was out by 12:30; even though it was a busy day. With that being said I recommend making an appointment because they can get a little busy. Especially on the weekends!

Quoted me for stuff I didnt need. Took it to Seever and Sons and they told me I didnt need all of that stuff and was also cheaper on the things I actually needed.

Great service ...i had them take my car for an oil change the same day. I got lucky suppose. Junior was professional and friendly. He gave me a good estimate and also the team did fill my tire airs for free. Nice touch. Shows they check other things besides a regular oil change.

Great attention to detail whilst working on your vehicle. The front office presence, however, needs improvement ...... Customers can feel the shortage of staff, indicated clearly by the prominent Hiring Now sign in the window of the waiting room area........which helps the customer understand the minor inconvenience of slow turn around time, and the inordinate delay in getting to the consistently ringing phone.

I had an issue with AC in my car and they diagnosed it first and then resolved the issue. I like the way the communicated about the issue and then the resolved when I asked to go ahead. I always go to Midas for any issues in my car and always get a good service. I rate them as five star.

This particular Midas at Village Parkway is a reliable place to leave your vehicle. They are honest and do a good job. They dont shy you away if you go back to say that they need to look at the work once again. I have three vehicles and one by one all of them are there. All of the team there are very courteous and understand you. Pretty happy at this time. I come from San Ramon

I wont take my car anywhere else. The techs are smart, and have always been able to identify and fix my problem *the first time*, which is tough to do consistently, unless youre good. And these techs are good. Good enough that I bring my car here from almost 40 miles away in Vallejo.The service writers and management are great. Ive worked with both Ernesto and Junior, and would recommend asking for either of them. Both super good guys. Keep up the great work!

Always come here for my oil change. The earlier you get here, the better. They become crowded as the day goes on. Im not surprised, due to the great job they do. Ernesto checked the record then told me the car did not need to do oil change with the current mileage since the oil is high efficiency engine oil. I went in for an oil change and check out the driver side suspension. There was no chip/ crack in my windshield, before I went in. When I got into my vehicle there was a huge crack in my windshield. They took my vehicle for a test drive and there was recent sand dust coming from under the windshield wipers. They denied it was there fault. They “reviewed cameras” and said it wasn’t there fault. The tech guy that took my vehicle of course denied the crack and now I’m out $350. They consistently put the blame on me and the chip already being there. Also the tech guy asked me to turn on the windshield wipers once I pointed the chip out. 🧐 The crack is now covering my entire windshield. I called corporate and still nothing. They said it’s here say. I will continue to tell family, friends and clients NOT to bring there vehicle to Midas after this terrible experience. I hardly write bad reviews even if the service is subpar. However this was terrible... terrible... and one last time terrible! I hope to save some other people from this same experience.

Everyone here always helps me out whenever I come in. They tell you exactly what the problem is (if there is one) and let you see it as to make your own decision on how to move forward. Definitely would recommend. They do get very busy though, so I would suggest you call.

I was here for complete brake work + oil change of my car and it was my first time at Midas. Abdul together with each and every person I interacted with here was helpful and courteous. Efficient and quality work at reasonable prices. While only time will tell as to how well their parts/brakes will perform but my experience was good overall and would definitely recommend their auto services.

Ive taken my car there twice and both times they were time efficient. That is my biggest things at car places, is finishing in a timely manner. They provide me with all the information I need to help me take care of my car.

I went in for a oil change in the morning.I dropped my car and told them to call me after they are done. They never called me for the whole day. I had to call them twice at the end of the day.First time they mentioned they are working on it right now and second time just 5 minutes before their closing time, they mentioned they will start working on it soon.When I reached there after their closing time,they hadn’t move my car a single inch.Totally unprofessional people. Great and honest service. I greatly appreciate professional attitude of manager Abdul. I had taken appointment for oil change he checked the miles and told me that I can still drive for 2k miles, my cars maintenance light was blinking intermittently because of which I thought its time to change oil, but he helped me reset it for free.

I can’t beleive how cheap some people are. Foreign guy in front of me is screaming at the counter person about having to replace a tire with a nail in it. Counter guy is explaining it’s not safe to make a repair, but the customer just would not listen and tells the Midas rep he is cheating him.The people here are great. They have been servicing my cars for 3 years and I have had nothing but good experience so far.

I could notice it late they are overcharging on their services compared to other maintenace shops. I was a regular with them for changing brakes, oil change, etc. And once when i went to them requesting for a help in fixing a broken trunk spring, they were not ready to help as i already had the spare part with me. And later they did agree but at an increased labour cost than what was agreed the last time we had agreed upon. Thats when i realised , i should have better put my trust on someone else.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the work, the warranty on the work, and how quickly the work was performed. Staff even gave us a great breakfast place recommendation while we were waiting for some new brake pads. I will definitely return.

BEWARE of service that they SAY they are doing on your vehicle! Im appalled at my recent experience with this Midas. Ive been getting ALL of my service done on my older vehicle here for years now, spending thousands of dollars. I religiously come ever 5K for oil change and tire rotation. Every time I dropped it off I clarified I wanted a tire rotation and upon pickup I would ask if they had time to do one and they always TOLD ME YES. Recently Ive noticed that my front tires were looking bald and back tires still brand new. I bought these high quality tires elsewhere a year and a half ago and it is clear they havent been being rotated. I went in to Midas to speak to a manager and he looked at my service record and told me my tires had only been rotated once during the entire last year. I was furious... my expensive newish tires ruined. He said I was never billed for rotations and I shouldve noticed that on my bill. Maybe that is the case but they did tell me every.single.time. that my tires had been done and I didnt think to analyze my bill to check that. Im so bummed that now I have to go buy a new set of tires. They offered a discount on new ones but I no longer trust the service of this shop.DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE DOING... LOOK AT YOUR BILL FOR EVERY SINGLE LITTLE SERVICE YOU ARE EXPECTING. Goodbye Midas... you lost a customer that spent a ton of money there.

Made an appointment for transmission fluid and coolant change as recommended by my cars maintenance minder. Got a quote for both beforehand and confirmed in person. I was in and out within 1.5hrs, not bad considering it was fairly busy for a weekday. Mechanic also recommended I get other things taken care of (tire rotation, spark plugs change, air filter replacement), but didnt push further when I declined (some I already got done and others like the air filter I replaced myself). Everyone was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this Midas. The location is also close to nearby stores so if you dont want to wait there you can walk a couple blocks for food or shopping at Target.

This is my go-to spot for oil changes. Theyre always quick and have the best prices in town. Make an appointment if you can, or call ahead to check if theyre busy - you might get lucky as I always do!

I had an 11am appointment, was seen on time, had some complimentary coffee and observed how the employees interacted with other customers. Everyone was treated respectfully (which is nice because who wants to be made to feel dum). Questions were answered, one woman had a problem with her brakes and they couldn’t recreate her problems with a road test so they reassured her and sent her on her way, no charge, and told to come back if it kept happening.Customer service is tops! The place was clean, they were all respectful and nice and I would not hesitate to recommend this Midas shop. A-one in my book.

Midas Dublin has been my favorite auto repair shop for the past 10 years or so whether it is a simple oil change or major repair works because they have been honest about the scope of works involved and never overcharged me. We had our 2010 Honda Odyssey serviced at this place and they did a great job! It all started with my wife who complained about a shaky steering wheel so I told her to bring it to Midas and hopefully that they can accommodate us right away. I spoke to Ernesto who told us to just bring in the van and drop it off. They worked on alignment, balancing the wheels, and did an oil change. The van drove like new again. The Midas team were very professional and kept us informed throughout the day. Thanks and we will definitely come back again with our other vehicles!

I have all my cars service done in this shop. Oil change, tire change, air filter, intake and other services. I have spent thousands in this shop already. I think this shop is just doing fine as other reviewers posted in yelp... UNTIL MY RECENT EXPERIENCE. I recently asked them to change a dead lightbulb for me. They told me they are going to replace with a OEM part and they charged me $240+ not counting labor. Then when I went home searched for that part online, the price was about $60+. I know the convenience offered by the shop would always cost higher but I didnt expect that much of difference. Despite not double, triple but quadruple the price that I paid, I didnt get an OEM. Visually the bulb was not the same as the original that was dead, and it is cheaper made -plastic rim not the metal rim. Worse, the bulb was not even installed properly. Two weeks later when I have the other light also given up. I bought the bulb and installation service from amazon instead. The mechanic told me the bulb that I paid $240 for was barely holding in its position, one highway bump could knock it off. He asked me to feel it yes it was pretty loose. That turned all my trusts to this shop away. Maybe I am just stupid and all shops are the same, but emotionally I would avoid this shop from now on.

I mentioned that the time I was previously in one of my covers on my engine had gone missing. Right away, after service was completed, the gentleman told me to come back and get the new one he ordered for me. I was so surprised that he ordered it and with no cost to me. What service!
