Got a smog check and oil change in under 45 minutes. Honda Express Service had a 4 hour wait just to get the oil change. Great and honest service...so glad I found this place!!

I took my car in for work to be done. It would have been a big job. I received bad news in the best way possible. Rather than doing the work they gave me honest answers to my problems with my car. I left with the same amount Of money I came in with. I loved going to Dublin Automotive. They do take care of their customers.

Customer Service was great, friendly staff. No wait at 1:30pm on a weekday. Smog Service was very quick and easy and it costed me less than $50 with tax and all. The lobby area was nice and had a refreshments station.

HIGHLY recommend this shop! Weve been twice. The 1st time Angel, owner, was doing an installation, when he discovered messy wiring from an after market alarm system in the way. Angel took about an extra hour, straightening it out which made the antenna work for the 1st time in a decade and still at the original agreed price!Additionally he suspected a problem with our catalytic cover. We made a 2nd appointment to have him check it out further. Not only did he diagnose it as needing new mufflers (something we suspected) but he refused to charge us for his time. He recommended 2 shops & even offered to take the car to them to make it more convenient for us!I ask you - do you know another car shop having integrity & being so customer focused??? I dont. We will be taking our vehicles there from now on & go out of our way to recommend him far & wide. Thank You Angel!!!
