John was a wonderful mechanic! I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, he was very friendly, and the prices were so much more fair than Im used to. My car is that much safer after bringing it to the shop. Thanks guys for the great work! You are now our new go to place for any car work.

I have been to Capitol tire a few times now and each time they have blown me away with their service and efficiency. Especially John at the front counter is a class act. It was my third time there and he remembered my phone number and name by heart. After only a couple of times being there. No where else will you find this kind of business where they know there customers and treat them in such a familial manner.As far as there prices go, they have always been much cheaper than the big dealerships. A couple of hundred dollars cheaper sometimes. I’ve been charged a diagnostics fee before... 250 dollars just to tell me what was wrong with my car. Here they take a look, give you a call and tell you how much it’ll cost and then get it done. Absolutely fantastic.

Good solid guys. Im glad I had my wheels/ tires mounted here, because they took care not to nick the black coating on my wheels.And they re- torqued them after 50 miles at no extra charge.John was good at answering all my questions too.Edit: I have dealt with these guys a few more times since my first review.They have always been helpful, honest, and gone out of their way to help. I asked questions that they answered, even though I was working on the car myself.I *almost* hate to leave a good review, because I dont want them to get TOO busy ( joke ).

We just moved to DE not too long ago and we needed to find a place for an oil change, radiator repair, and tires. This place was right down the road from us so we gave it a try. We were not disappointing. They are very reasonable and extremely nice. They help you out with anything you need, and will work with you on pricing. This will be our go to place for all of our Motor vehicle needs. Highly recommended.

I was told I needed new brakes by a dealership, John checked out front and rear brakes, no new brakes needed. So glad I went to Capital tire. They just got a new customer. Honest establishments still exist.

Well lets see where do I begin. In March my grandmother paid this place for a tune up, rotation an new breaks. We took the truck back about three months ago unsatified because the truck is having multiple issues including the breaks. We were told by the manager John that there was nothing wrong with the car not the breaks. When we got the car back it had even more problems and more sounds from the breaks and other places. Today we were driving it and the breaks pads fell right off of the car. The pad was not fine nor was it still fairly new like John had said. It was clearly that John had lied to us big time and our truck is now broke down. Thanks Firestone your employees are wonderful. Thats a lie for anyone who didnt get that.

John and his staff do and excellent job repairing vehicles and they have great customer service skills. I always feel comfortable and I trust their work.

Seemed like a scam.... Gave the size of the tires and the vehicle. Lady went in back and came back 30 seconds later. One price.... No choices of tires with different warranties or anything. Just one very high price. Bought tires down the road a piece.
