Tom rebuilt my automatic E4OD 1990 Ford 7.3l diesel transmission in 1998 @128,000 miles (first rebuild under Ford warranty lasted only 75,000 miles). In 2003 @165,000 miles Tom rebuilt the original torque converter.In 11/2018 @ 245,000 miles Tom checked the transmission (flashed computer and put in new Throttle Position Sensor). Truck and transmission are perfect and might well go another 100,000 miles w/o any major service. The rebuild has lasted for over 20 years and 120,000 miles(daily driver) and runs like new.The only problem is that Toms work holds up so well that one might go for 15-20 years without seeing Tom!

Had two instances of our family bringing in our car and the owner assures nothing is wrong. A week later the car becomes disabled on the road. Two times now. Not cool considering I may have had my 6 month old son in the car, stuck on the side of the road, and below freezing. Will never recommend to family and friends ever again.

Had a flat tire and stopped here. Great service and very Friendly. Needed two tires and an oil change at a very reasonable price. Dont live in Dover any more otherwise I would bring all my car service here.

I cant say enough great things about World Transmissions and Complete Car Center. I had my 2003 Dodge Dakota break down on RTE 1 heading to the beach and not only did they fix my entire front end quickly, its never driven so good! And the customer service went way beyond 5 stars! Im actually 45 minutes away from Toms shop but will always have my truck serviced there. They are really top notch auto mechanics with tremendous customer service from each and every person I talked to, which is very rare and hard to find.

Horrible place to bring your car, car ran out of gas , when refilled with gas, car wouldnt start. Had it towed here to find out the issue. Was told one price when I was called saying car was ready to be picked up was told I was being charged a different price. And car was now knocking. Told me they werent responsible and to pay the new price or I wasnt going to get my car back. Completely unprofessional and rude. Via the owners response my name is Richard Combs, I brought a Chrysler Sebring there in 2011 , Ive spread my rating of this company word of mouth until I recently started participating in google reviews. There is no rectifying the situation, I had two children at the time with one car, which I brought to your place of business and as I have previously stated thats what happened.

I brought my buick there with a transmission problem after a $1200 estimate and the issue was resolved with a $75 bill. The techs were honest and the management is knowledgeable about the older cars which is getting rare these days. They also carry Hi-po parts and can get other odds and ends.
