Never come here to buy a used car. It sucks.I bought a used 2017 audi a4 2 months ago. First, one tire leaks very slowly, dealer covers one tire and I pay for 3 tires since my car is AWD. Then, I discovred left high beam is not working, dealer rejected to cover that and said that is what a used car. Things are not over. Nowdays, there is some clicking noise from left front wheel when accelerating hard.My friend who knows car a lot thinks it is a CV joint problem. This is really not a resonpsible dealer, they cannot ensure the quality of their cars.

Im gonna tell a little story. My brakes were really starting to go in my Ford Edge so my stepdad and I did some research and found out it has a recall and it fits and matches perfectly to what was wrong with my car. So I took it to waikem at first told them I found the recall I looked it up on the Ford website by vin and everything, waikem called me a liar, not even listening to reason and they’re looking at it right now and there’s nothing wrong with it. At this point I barely have any working brakes I don’t know how they think nothings wrong. Which is when I brought it here to parkway. They were absolutely amazing! I informed them about the recall and the issue, these guys listened looked up my cars info and Confirmed that she found what I was talking about. I dropped my car off no problem and early within the next day was called and told that was my issue and they’re taking care of it. Long story short, if you’re thinking of going to waikem DONT. Parkway will take care of ya.

Bought a 60,000 truck here not even a year ago it has been in the shop 3 times for major issues the first trip to the shop was a fight to get it fixed under warranty only 1 month after it was bought the next 2 times we’ve had to pay out of pocket. Will never come back here to buy a vehicle again have had nothing but issue after issue

Went to buy a truck that was on their website. After almost 2 hrs of looking at the truck and talking numbers. Decided to buy the truck called my bank pulled my credit and got approved. Then was told a parkway employee took at deposit for the vehicle I was buying yesterday and a salesman forgot to mark it as sold. So long story short waste of time and credit.

Welp.. the sales team was great. The sales manager was horrible. There was a undisclosed accident which I received a discount for, but there were other issues such as a door panel that needs replaced, power seat that needs replaced and an unbalanced rim, which he took exception with. He was so fired up over balancing a tire I could hear him across the show room. It was kind of embarrassing. I paid to have the rim balanced so the truck would be safe. Again, sales team was amazing. Ive bought a lot of cars and never heard a manager yelling about a discount like this guy did.

Friendly, kind, and fun staff! They always greet me with excitement and are happy to see me when I come in. I feel like a part of the Ford family when I’m there. My loyalty to Ford is because of the people who work there and treat me with exceptional customer service every time. Each visit I grow closer to the staff because of their genuine care and interest in me not only as a customer but as a person. They are honest with me regarding my service needs and keep my vehicle safe and on the road. They ask about my family, life progress, and anything new/exciting since my last visit while I’m waiting for work to get done! I’m probably already considering my next new vehicle from them just because of the family feel and trust I have developed with the team at Parkway!

We were traveling home to near Buffalo from vacation and our truck developed a coolant leak. I stopped in without calling and this place stepped up big time. They fit us in to an already packed schedule to look at what the problem may be. I had no expectations that if it was more than a loose clamp they would be able to fix us that day. We ended having a bad water pump and not only did they get it fixed that day the people there went out of their way to make an unfortunate situation for us extremely tolerable. Huge shout out to Q for taking care of us. I cannot say enough positive about our experience. Service people and sales people alike saw my family sitting in the lounge and came over throughout the day make sure we were all set and to see if we needed anything. The dealership lent us a vehicle to use so we could get lunch and get out of the dealership for a little while. At the end of the day we had multiple people offer to get it s food for dinner before they went home for the night. When we were leaving at the end of the day my wife and I could not believe the incredible experience that we had. The only complaint that I have is that WE dont live closer to Parkway to give them our business more. In my opinion all Dealerships should aspire to have the level of service and compassion that is shown at Parkway.

Stopped in to get a quote on tires. Was helped and shown what options were available along with pricing. Was able to bring vehicle in same day and get tires installed and they were able to fit in an alignment too. Its nice not to have to wait to get scheduled in. Same day service is definitely a great thing that is offered by the Quick Lane at Parkway.

The service department was very helpful. They were very quick and efficient with fixing my truck. They even called in my extended warranty for me to see what was covered. I thought I needed new brakes and rotors and they checked them and told me that everything was fine and that I didnt need them at this time. I would recommend them to anyone that wants fair, honest work done on their vehicles. Matt was very nice to me and I will definitely bring my truck back there in the future.

Our car purchase experience at Parkway was quite pleasant. Since we are out of town buyers (40 miles away) we didnt know much about Parkway or how they may be to deal with. Randys friendly, capable and professional attitude convinced us we didnt need to be concerned. He was helpful and responsive to our questions. The clincher was loaning the car to us overnight. How often does that happen with someone you just met? The new building has a contemporary, comfortable and spacious showroom with customer amenities, and convenience individual sales offices. With all these things, sales and support people, inventory and facilities, add up to a great car buying experience.

I stopped in for an oil change for my Ford Fusion in the Quicklane Center. While there I decided to purchase four new tires as I had a trip planned the next day. There was a question about the selection of tires but they were able to get them and install them. Altogether I was there less than two hours. I was quite pleased with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and I felt as I were important and cared for. I have only taken this car one other place, one time, for service, but I continue to be convinced that my local dealer is the place to come for all needed service. Thank you!

Sales guy seemed like he really didnt care if I bought a vehicle or not, kinda had a arrogant attitude, like It was my privilege to be there, even when I called ahead he was a sharp on the phone. It was nice not to be pressured, but come on Greg, show a little enthusiasm and initiative already. They had a vehicle there I was interested, but ended up buying from somewhere else just because of his passivity and tone.

After dealing with the arrogance down the road at the Nissan dealership, I was a little reluctant to walk into the Ford dealership - but I knew they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase and I had driven an hour to get to their area, so I took a chance. I was immediately greeted by a smile and How can we help you? and was introduced to Mark Carroll when I said I was interested in one of their vehicles. Mark was helpful, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable - SUCH a nice difference from what I had just dealt with at the other dealership! He very quickly got the sale underway, and the estimator, Tom, quickly took my own vehicle for a test drive and gave me what I believe was a very fair offer on my car. The vehicle I ultimately purchased had a sensor that needed replacing, so I was unable to take the car home immediately. However, they were happy to deliver the vehicle to me as soon as it was ready! This is only Day #2 of having the car, but I LOVE it and am thrilled with my experience at Parkway FORD!!

Excellent customer service! Came in to pick up my husband who had dropped his truck off due to several recalls. They ordered the part & scheduled my appt for the following week. I needed to fix the license plate light for 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland which I was putting off due to the $270.00 price tag!!! Mopar needs to do a recall on this issue. The consumer should not be responsible for the ridiculous price of a simple license plate light. Please tell the engineers to stop making things that are so simple, too complicated. All the consumer wants is to have their license plate illuminated on their $40K+ automobile so the police do not give them a ticket. Yes I was stopped but luckily the police officer showed me mercy & let me go with a warning & a promise to get it fixed. But he also explained that no license plate light is the number one reason to pull people over. They are usually looking for something else but it is reason enough to stop & check.

Dropped my 2019 F250 off with some concerns, was given a brand new 2019 F150 as a loaner, they took my truck and worked through all of my concerns. Q and Rico kept in touch with me to update me on progress. Tucker went through and dialed in my truck and even added a feature I requested that was missing from factory (operator controlled regen). I also had them install the ConsoleVault console safe. Top notch service department. 10/10 would use them again (and plan to going forward).

I bought my car here and felt welcomed from the minute I walked in the door after picking my car out I noticed headlight had a crack and asked if it could be fixed before I bought they said sure ordered my headlight and set up appointment took it in and again very welcomed they were a bit busy in the service center so my sales guy Ryan Goodall hooked me up with a loaner and called a couple hours later when it was done so I could take care of errands then in the meantime he called and said ok it’s ready but give me half hour our detailer is gonna clean up your other headlight to match,just an all around great experience from the time you walk in to the time your done,very friendly service they go above and beyond! I came in with two grand to my name I expressed multiple times that I was a broke college student and needed a decent used car. They sold me a car they fell aspart on the second day 🙁 my belt snapped and axel snapped all from driving from Dover where I bought the car to my home in uhrichsville now I have no car to get my son to school or get my self to college all I wanted was a reliable car to help me start my future and all they wanted was my money. This service department needs reorganized. When you call and make an appointment for 8am and stop to check on progress around noon and it is still setting where you left it something is not right. Then they do not have the parts to fix it completely. Also you are from out of town and do not get it drivable until 6. Now wouldnt you think after 10 hours it would be done. Now have to make another appointment to get the rest done. This is not the first time they take all day. Appointments mean nothing to them. They just work them in. This Sucks.

Pulled in to one of 3 empty express bays, 46 minutes before closing on Friday evening, to get a fuel filter changed on the Cummins. I was told they couldnt do it until Saturday. All three bays were empty, on the doors it says to pull in, so I did. Apparently the highly trained professionals need more than 46 to write a work order and swap a filter. I can do it 10. It is a cake job if you have long arms. It only takes one wrench. They really must want to ripoff a guy on tech time for this easy service. Not impressed. Going back--fat chance.

3 hours to figure out they ordered the wrong antenna. 2 1/2 hours the next week to admit they still had the wrong stuff. Estimate for a new antenna wiring and mast was $200, was charged $332 and I still do not have an antenna. They say that the parts are obsolete (2005 Jeep Wrangler) and they cant order them. Well then why did they not say that 2 weeks and $332 ago.

Returning from Spring break towing 31Ft camper from Myrtle to Columbus Ohio, 700 mile trip. Engine light came on and I called Parkway Ford Lincoln. they told me to pull up alongside building and they would look at it. i do not live in the area they diagnosed issue as non-critical and I was on my way no charge. Kyle Voigt, Service Manager was absolutely the best! He made me laugh when I was in a sour mood, he and his service team took care of our lst minute issue. Very friendly service staff no problems with making a appointment for a recall on my mustang for air bag .. even got a Courtesy car wash after the service but did have to ask for it .. only problem I had with the service mechanic he had left my battery cable loose failed to tighten it up and my car did not start after coming back out of storage and left me stranded had to call AAA for service it was a big hassle! !!!!

I would never recommend anybody ever buy a vehicle from this place. If you have problems with the vehicle, they could care less if it gets repaired properly. They lie about what is going on with the vehicle and will not give straight answers. I have had problems with my brand new 2016 Ford Escape for the last 9 1/2 months. I keep being told that a Ford Field Technician is coming in but according to Ford they are not sending one until the dealership does their job first.

Bought a car from Parkway 2 years ago. I was told the air conditioning worked but it was a cold day so it was not possible to test it. 2 days later it warmed up and the ac did not work. I took it back and was told I bought the car as is. To date I have put just over 5500 miles on it and have had nothing but problems with it. The salesmen are slime balls and will take your last dollar to line their pockets. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone
