Most pleasant vehicle purchase experience of my life!

Everyone at Lewis was very accommodating. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Lewis. We were disappointed that we were not informed that the pickup we bought needed a jack and the accessories needed to operate one, needed new windshield wipers, had a weak battery, needed interior light bulb replaced and did not have the code for keyless entry available. Maybe we should have asked more questions!

I have bought multiple vehicles from Lewis Toyota. Last week I found my car needed an expensive repair. This particular repair was documented by a mechanic at Lewis just before I bought the vehicle and I was never told of it. I was actually told “the report came back clean”. After speaking to the sales manager to get an explanation I was left with, “we fell short of our customer service expectations and we hope to keep your business so we can make it up to you the next time”. Needless to say I’m disappointed and have lost trust in this dealership.

Great people, respectful, knowledgeable, and processed the sale quickly.

Friendly and courteous staff. The financing process was amazing. However, they did not have the original vehicle i was looking at purchasing. Something to do with wiring. Instead they set me up with the next best thing. Shortly after had to spend $500+ on an entire new cooling system. After repairing that issue, teuck continued to experience issues with overheating and loss of power. I then spent $2300 on repairing the exhaust system. No upgrades or mods simply putting it back to factory specs. Not 4 months later and here I am without a vehicle due to it over heating again, this time the resulting in having to be taken to another mechanic. Diagnosis...the engine is shot. So now here I am, less than a year later and without a vehicle. All of this after they had their qualified technicians do a thorough inspection of all systems. So much for the next best thing. I feel sadly disappointed and let down by such a friendly staff. I guess anything to make a sale.

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!Avoid this place. They do a terrible job. They take every shortcut they possibly can.Service manager Justin is nonchalant and takes no accountability for the work done.

When we stepped into Lewis Toyota it was about 20 minutes before close but Paul gladly helped us to look for a vehicle. I had a tire blow out on my way out of town on Sunday. They just happened to be someone there. They went out of their way to call in their service manager get me a new tire and get me on the way. It was particularly impressive because we dont own a Toyota, we have a Volvo and they still went out of their way to help. Great folks.

Since I buy my vehicles from Toyota. The customer service has always been excellent even when I was a first time buyer.

Sales persons are great people and Im sure mean well. But I had a bad experience by being led into a deal under presure and false numbers. Which resulted in me stuck with a loan I cannot afford and no way of getting out off and thats even after I gave them a figure of what I can afford and they should work with. I will admit Im Inexperienced so are other potential customers, buyers need to trust their sales and finance team and Im not so sure if thats fully the case here might be more important to push out sales so numbers can look good. I did get some resolved I couldnt get out of my loan even after hours of signing and fighting witn the banks but they did help trade me into a pickup a little more affordable.

Sales person friendly. They dont know vehicles other than yoyta. Bought truck after being told it had big rear end. It does not. Had to drive back to get the step bars shown on the sales site..two hours to do so. I bought the bars.The ones they had go to Ford or another manufacturer. Was given 4 oil changes to cover cost ha bars 200 oil changes 70, plus I have to drive 2 hrs. Anyway, steer clear if youre buying anything but a yoyta.Update: It has been two months since the dishonest people at this dealership sold me a Ram bighorn which is actually an SLT. They wouldnt even activate the 2 month free Sirrus trial when I asked for it. This is a standard anywhere you buy a vehicle now. Took them a month to get the overpriced gap (595 but started at 895) and warranty removed. Owner wont return calls anymore hmmm. No apology from anyone. STAY CLEAR from here.Only two and a half years to respond...laughable at best..buy anywhere else 11/16/18
