My experience was absolutely fantastic. I came in for one specific vehicle and walked out with that exact vehicle. I havent had a car payment in over 5 years but they made me feel completely comfortable in the entire process. I also couldnt be happier in my Ram. My kids love it and so does my boyfriend. It has literally became our new family vehicle. I would recommend Lewis Ford of Dodge City 100s of times over for anyone looking for a new car.

Just hit town for work and my high speed fan started staying on. So I called them and they actually told me they couldn’t do it due to lack of techs. I asked for an alternate mechanic in the area and they couldn’t think of anyone.Asked when they might be able to get a spot open and they said they were backed up.Poor Customer relations and don’t care attitude.It’s sad but normal in today’s world.

Customer service was SUPER. Loved that the car we were interested in had 24 pics for me to truly look over the car before we ever arrived. We drove 2 hours to look at the car so we called ahead and filled out credit app online. We arrived and the car was showroom ready and the salesman were super accommodating. We walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra.

Got some repairs and some maintenance done on our Ford Edge. Replaced master cylinder, brake pads, rotors. Had the plugs and coils replaced and had them clean the engine intake and cylinder tops as part of the tune up. Spent just over $1800 for this. They did not wash the car or vacuum it out. I know its not much but it would have been a nice gesture that they appreciate me dropping that kind of money in their shop.

Ford Lewis of Dodge City has great customer service UNTIL you buy a vehicle and drive off the lot. i wanted to buy local for a reason but am very disappointed now.

Said I needed parts that werent even broke. I feel they tried to take advantage of me because the seen out of state license plate. Quoted me $1800. Got the repairs when I got back to the great state of Texas and my truck was fixed for $650. Thanks Texans

My husband and I were traveling from our home in east TN to Pueblo CO, and stayed overnight in Dodge City. Next morning, Sunday of course, the vehicle would not start. We had it towed to Lewis Ford first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. They got it in right away to diagnose the problem, provided a quote (even had necessary parts in stock) and had us back on the road by lunchtime! OUTSTANDING!! Staff seemed to genuinely empathize with us, were very accommodating, even suggesting great place to eat while we waited. What easily couldve turned our experience in Dodge City into distant painful memories in the years to come, turned around for us. We have very fond memories of this wonderful city and gracious folks. We hope to visit again soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Thank you all...you rock!!!

Had my Explorer serviced recently and everything was just as expected. The new service desk team was great. They went above and beyond, great job!

Made an appointment to have F 350 Super duty worked on 7/5/19 for 16th of July. Took the truck down the 15th and they finally looked at it July 23, said they ordered parts, but lost the keys and wanted me to bring another set so they could move it to mechanic area. Mechanic said it might only be a hydraulic sleeve and not the whole clutch assembly. He was right fixed it in 1 hour and total bill was $537. And I asked about the keys and he said I would need to get them from the service dept who called because I hadnt paid them. By the time I finally got the replacement keys another $120 was added to the bill. I will not be using the Lewis Motor dealer or service in the future.

I always enjoy the ease of an appointment at Lewis Ford. I’m able to work in the beautiful waiting area and know the staff is taking care of all the details.

This dealer is a waste of your time. They will not help you out at all when you have an issue with your vehicle. I bought a truck and not even 100 miles on it had mechanical problems. Called them up and was told all week that I would be given a answer on how they were going to fix it. No one returns calls like they say they will. Kim there manager told me he was going to put it in his agenda to call me back and never did. Do not buy from this place. They are nothing more than a rip off dealer. Going to contact ford and let them know how this dealer really runs. Not satisfied at all with them and will never go back.

We had a sensor issue with our 2018 F-350 6.7 Power Stroke while towing our 5th wheel rv trailer as we were traveling back to Colorado from visiting our daughter in TN. I called the service dept and Jim told me to bring it in and hed see what the problem was. We got there an hour later and Jim came right out and tested it and found an exhaust sensor issue. We brought in the next day and they ran a more thorough diagnostic and found that they didnt have the particular sensor in stock but assured us we could make it home w/out a problem. The Missus decided we should just fix it and they let us have our truck for the afternoon. The next morning we brought it in and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours and friendly as could be. Excellent customer service

Let me start off by saying we bought a 2013 Ford explorer with awesome service I mean hands down best service ever at a dealership. While we waited on our financing from our bank it was hit in the parking lot. They did everything plus more to make it right, they fixed so many things for us I didnt even know were broke or not working. If you need to buy a vehichle I strongly recommend this place you wont be dissapointed.Adam and Jaime Ackerman some happy customers right here!
