This was by far the best car buying experience weve had! David Limas and the group are just honest, down to earth people. It was definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive from Wichita.

Bunch of crooks. Didnt wanna honor the guarantee and when one side of the suspension went out they wouldnt pay for both sides, which everyone knowsnofn1 side is bad both sides are bad, so yeah suspension goes out 2 weeks after the warranty ends and had to change the motor within the first year. Dont waste ur hard earned money there. Get the car facts before u do!

Their service team are most definitely the top in Kansas. Yes that includes every big citys dodge dealership . We had called and talked to about 50 + dealerships none could answer our questions, with some just simply said we dont know. They started digging into our problem and found a solution within hours. no matter where our families find ourselves in the states we will definitely always consider using them.

Went in to get my truck fixed, they gave us a goodish looking used car from the outside. Inside is disgusting. They had no gas in it, the steering wheel has sticky stuff and food crumbs all over the passenger window sounded like I was breaking when you tried to roll it down, and long with the a/c broken. It looked like they left it in the parking lot for years. Over all I wouldnt go back there.

Buying the truck was good what did not appreciate the fact that they ran my credit 13 times on a hard inquiry. Kevin who is the sale manager said he did it so he could get me the best offer, which he sort of did. But whatever not buying another truck for them

Everyone is so nice! They are a family business and it shows by how nice they were to my one year old in the show room. This was the best experience Ive had with a car dealership. They were respectful and considerate. We personally dealt with Jesus Bautista and he was awesome. He paid special attention to details that we wanted and was always open and honest with us during the process.

Our company truck broke down 15 miles away and he was able to limp it to them. They gave him a loaner vehicle to get him to a motel. They then work to get the truck fixed and got him back on the road. Beverly in service took care of our driver promptly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone!

Service department is great and very friendly. The technician explained what was done to my jeep very well . every thing was done on the same day. Dont like taking my jeep to the shop but if you have to I highly recommend them.

Oil change. Faster than Walmart getting an oil change done

Bad bad experience. I used to take my car here for routine oil changes and all went well. Expensive oil change ($40) but I like to take care of my car. This last time I took it they noticed the gasket in the oil filter housing was broken so the whole thing needed to be replaced. I thought it was okay to trust them since I had brought my car in before. Well they said they would give me the old part which they didn’t. Quoted me 550, end charge was 607. They charged 50 for the oil change instead of 40 like before (what changed??). And they did a warranty claim that I was neither aware of nor authorized. I tried calling and the rude lady at the front desk wouldn’t transfer me to services. I had to tell her to have them stop work on my car before I got a call back. They broke a piece on my car during installation so that had to be replaced. The one star is because they lent us a loaner vehicle, probably because we live out of town. Overcharged. Bad service. Deceptive staff. Overall AWFUL experience. Never going back.

Great Place to buy a Ram-tough Dodge yruck!

I wish I had read the previous review and stayed away from Lopp Motors. I called in advance to make an appointment for several extended warranty repairs. I explained to them the problems when I dropped my truck off and was laughed and told they werent problems. I was told Id be charged for a diagnosis fee if my warranty company didnt pay, but I had prior approval from the extended warranty company so I went forward with requesting repairs.I signed nothing, asked Lance in the Service Department to call me with details and I received no such customer service. The long and short of my truck sitting on their lot for a week was the Service Department complaining they hadnt worked on the truck since they were waiting for approval from my warranty company - which had given approval the same day that they finally called it in.There are more problems with the Service Departments communication, customer handling, and Jeff Lopps rudeness - than is worth my time or money.Im headed to Garden City!

Great service after the sale!

Very poor service and rude to customers. Lack of communication and they dont do payment or charge service. Had a problem with the transmission and they thought they had it fixed but didnt and my truck was sitting for 5 weeks at their shop. My warranty company also had some issues with them as well of lack of communication and suspicious work done to my truck. Got my truck back with the same transmission problem, a/c not working and my radiator was smash in with boot marks on it.
