Joe, Todd and Wyatt were fantastic.We had just sold our house in Colorado and we are moving to Tennessee. When we realized our hummer could not pull our trailer. We found them after going to two other dealerships, who were fine but not outstanding. We traded in both our vehicles and got an awesome truck. They are honest, straightforward, and their prices are fair. They gave us the best trade in value for our vehicles than the other two dealerships we went to in town. I would recommend them to anyone. Their service was top notch from beginning to end and no high pressure sales at all. They took the time to get to know us and gave us the best deal possible. My husbands work truck broke down on our way home from Arizona to Illinois. We were worried about not making it home before the 4th of July. Had called ahead from another state to make an appointment to have my truck serviced since my wife and I are on the road and they not only got me in when I needed it, but had me in and out fast. I only needed the oil changed but they checked the entire truck to ensure I would not have and other problems down the road. Very nice people.

I brought my husbands Silverado in for an oil change and service. Also, to have the air filter and cabin filter checked. The young man at the counter came in a short time later and advised that the cabin filter did indeed need changed. I was there for about an hour and a half.When I first arrived I asked if there was a loaner car available and was told no. It would be a very nice perk if more loaner cars were available. I live 45 minutes out of Dodge. It would have been nice to be able to other business while I was waiting on the pick-up.The young man at the desk did an amazing job and was very courteous.

Had a great experience with the team at Lewis Chevy in Dodge City. They went out of their way to make my trade in experience a memorable one. Especially the Sales Manager, I think his name was Heath. He found the car I was looking for and even washed it himself. Okay he didn’t do that but he had it cleaned up. The sales person Cesar was also very helpful as he picked up and delivered my truck so I could stay at work. Even bought me lunch. The service group has also take care of all my vehicles in the past and I know they will in the future. So if you are in the market for a new or used car go see the group at Lewis Chevy in Dodge. They can be a little windy but nothing compared to others I have dealt with and theirs is all in good humor. That Heath is a character.

This dealership is so unprofessional. That one sales guy acts like he owns the place. Hes so cocky and pushy. He drove by us when we were shopping for vehicles and he honked at us, that was so disrespectful. Once we went inside they left us alone for what felt like hours. I honestly rather have a different salesman. I even find his name annoying, Whyatt or something like that. Im taking my business across the street next time.

My husband and I were passing through on our trip from Mississippi to a wedding in Colorado. While stopped for gas, he got something out of the trunk and the trunk would not close. Your service department was awesome in checking out what was wrong with the trunk. They couldn’t fix it for us, but the mechanic went into our trunk through the back seats and zip tied the trunk closed then moved all of our luggage back to the trunk for us through the back seat. They were awesome! They went above and beyond! Thank you for the great service. Oh, we tried to pay for their time and neither would except payment. Thank you for your time and talent.

Our truck broke down 17 miles east of Dodge City on a 108 degree Saturday and we were hauling our camper. We had it towed to Lewis Chevrolet, and Joe picked us and our pets up in a loaner car and got us to a KOA. Truck was diagnosed and part ordered on Monday and was repaired and we were back on the road by Tuesday thanks to Jesse in service department. Could not ask for a nicer bunch of guys!

Tony with the service department is awesome to work with. They did a fantastic job getting my suburban in with a transmission problem even when they were short handed. They go out of the way to take care of the customers, they go beyond just selling you a great car. They will always be there for you when little problems arise like a flat tire. Just recently I found my tire went flat and I was stuck on the side of the road. I called them up and they sent someone on their way immediately and got me going again. That’s what I look at when I choose a dealership it’s the overall customer service.

Over three weeks to repair a clutch on a Zo6 Corvette.

When to get my oil changed...3 weeks later I check my oil and there was NO oil in my motor. So I looked and the filter was loose it was dripping oil and my oil screw was leaking oil. It wasnt on tight enough. I will never take my car in there again . They are lucky my motor didnt blow

I went in for a recall, they said it would take several hours when it really only took about one. They didnt have a shuttle service provided and they didnt check my tire pressure like I asked..

Good place help me get the truck I wanted to get. Dont know if I will go back.

Went in for a valve cover leak and took for ever. Then when they was done they didnt even bother to call and inform me it was done. Not even a week has gone by and its leaking worse then before!!!

After they bought out Magouriks they should still honor the free oil changes, instead of nickel and diming you for services that were included in the oil change. Other than that, the service was good.
