Great place to pick up specialty electronic cables and adapters. They carry things that are only available on Amazon or an online vendor. I’m glad they are local!

I highly recommend this place if you ever need something fixed. If I could give this place more stars I would. My sons nitendo switch was fixed and I am so thankful they was able to fix it. Thank you guys! 😊

Sold me an overpriced apple charger that only half worked the day I bought it. To make the charger work I had to change the angle which it was plugged in at. Doing this over and over caused the pins in my charging port to break which is going to be a $150 fix. Thanks radio shack for selling me this cheap, yet overpriced, garbage.

I am working in a construction site in Nashville with no cell reception in our basement office area. After searching on-line for solutions I found a weBoost ad. Found that Radio Shack in Dickson is a supplier of new and factory refurbished units. I contacted W. Harper, since I have known him for 5+ yrs, and asked him about the systems. After I got a close distance on exterior and interior antennae locations, he contacted the business directly. We purchased a simple unit and we now have a strong signal we can do our daily office items. He and staff were a great help and the emphasis he placed on return or upgrade helped make the decision even easier.

I can’t recommend this Radio Shack store enough! The owner Mr. Wyatt was so kind to entertain my nostalgia for Radio Shack. He and his employees went out of their way to make sure my visit was memorable. Plus they had everything I needed and some things I didn’t :) I’ll definitely be back!

My husband went in looking for a VHS that burns into a DVD. The young staff told him to go around the corner to ste E. Once my husband did as told...it was pitch black and no one was in ste E. Needless to say my husband came back to the car & we left. My husband is not sure if the young staff member knew what he wanted.

It is nice to know you can still have a store that is reliable for keeping specialty items that are hard to find unless you go online, in stock and ready to pick up! Didnt want to be bothered with me or answer my questions so she acted very short and made me feel I was not welcome there at that time. I dont know what she was doing but I left so she could get back to it and I have never been back. It looks like a junk store in there.

I suppose if you had a need for some odd electronic thing you might find it here and. It felt like I had stepped back in time about 40 years. To be honest I thought Radio Shack stores went out of business. I can see why now.

I have been doing business here for many years. I have bought toys for my grandsons, nieces and nephews. The little remote controlled trucks were a big hit with my grandson when he was 3 years old. Most recently I needed a protective case for my new Samsung S7 Cell phone. They showed me several choices and I bought the nicest one. Jason, who is an expert on Cell phone repair installed it. Now 3 months have past and the cover has saved me from both water and drop damage. Now they have a full line of products for cord cutting to save money. The staff is courteous and very knowledgable.

Was not incredibly familiar with XLR Type Mic plugs nor their gender. Store seemed to tidy and well-kept. Attendant was friendly, however and that deserves recognition in this day and age.

They got what you need in electronics. Sales person was very helpful, friendly nice to talk to. I shall return.

Ok, to start for those who are looking for a CORPORATE owned store. This would NOT be the place for you. This radio shack is privately owned and operated and therefore is more along the lines of the radio shacks of old, where you will find a lot of electronic items not easily found in other big box Electronics stores.That being said, you will also find a good selection of the items you can find in the bigger stores at very competitive prices.The owner is super pleasant and the employees very knowledgeable about everything we asked them about.Of course it is impossible for them to have an answer for EVERY question but in my experience. I feel safe in saying that if they DONT know the answer they will do their best to find the answer for you.They offer computer building, repair as well as cell phone, tablet and lap top screen repair.Definitely give them a shot if you are in the Dickson Fairview area!!!

Was overhelped couldnt just relax and shop on my own for suggestions and info about things that i wasnt interested in. They seemed desperate to make a sell them tried to upsell Bluetooth ear buds that were infact corded and had tp be plugged into your phone. I will go to a department store next time i am sure wal mart has 99 percent of the merchandise radio shack sells at a lower price and np pressure to buy just hate those crowds this time of year.

Products are over priced and very slow staff. Awful experience today. Bought a printer cord and payed $20 in cash and the left over change with my card. And now realize they charged whole amount on my card. Now got to go back in and try to get my money back. Never ever will I shop at Radio Shack again. Like I said its an overpriced limited electronic store that I dont honestly know how they keep the doors open. After all the years theyve been in business you would think they would want to compete with Best Buy or Electronic Express buy no they will be the shack thats only sells adapters and small items for 500% markup. Dont see a future for this business.

Excellent customer service

Do not use for computer repairs. Dropped the small part of to be un-soldered and the new piece to be re-soldered on. I was charged a $15 deposit. They said it would be done by lunch the next day. I called before lunch and they said it should be done. When I got there the repairman said it would be done in 2 hours tops. I cam back in 2 hours and he had not done anything. He had my number and should have called to let me know he is having problems. They would not refund the $15 deposit. They said it was a diagnosis fee. I TOLD HIM WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND GAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART TO HIM!!!! Never going back. Dude was clueless.
