Stopped by this store to ask for assistance about a technical problem with our two-phone, three-line account.While the person wasn’t outright rude, as soon as he learned we purchased our service at a different ATT store he refused to help saying it would be better to go to the original store—which is in a DIFFERENT town 30 minutes away.When pressed for why, he rambled on about all are ATT but different stores do things differently and it would be best to go back to that store.Bottom line it was customer NO service because it didn’t involve a sale, just help setting up a feature.Shame on you ATT!

We had Julian help us. We were going to be late so we called ahead and were told if we could make it at least 30 minutes before close we’d be fine for what we were specifically wanting to do. We got there and he was really nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He helped us through every detail and didn’t rush us out or anything (which I probably would’ve done if I were in his shoes). It was a great experience and I’m very grateful to Julian!

“Emily” was able to help me solve issues that I had been having for days and could not get assistance over the phone for. I had tried and gotten transferred repeatedly, and Emily was able to quickly and easily fix my issue. If it were not for her assistance, I would not have stayed with AT&T. She was very polite and knowledgable, and she also saved a customer. Thank you for your service, Emily!

Brandon and Destiny were so nice throughout the whole process. I showed up super early to my appointment and Destiny got me right in and out! I was seriously planning on being there for 2 plus hours and was dreading it! So glad I changed phone services; it has changed my outlook!

From the customer service saying I was approved for my upgrade to getting into the store and not being eligible for my upgrade to being on the phone from 2:00pm to 9:00pm at night and get a complete run around the manager at the store does not seem to want to help he has no authority to call customer service himself and this whole experience has been awful I ended up ordering everything online by myself and having to drive to Murfreesboro to pick it up for even less the money as it almost 3-year long customer I would expect a little bit better than this especially for managers and customer service representative I have a few surveys Id like to fill out bout some of the reps . I have 3 different at&t representative Id to file MASSIVE COMPLAINTS . Im a forever loyal client but I will be treated with respect and I definitely wasnt

On Dec. 23 I purchased an iPhone 11 from this store. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was a problem with the iPhone when the system and apps updated. I returned to the store this morning and was told to take the phone to an apple store or pay an additional $55.00 restock fee to exchange the phone. I was also told that I would need to buy another screen protector that I purchased for $45.00 the night before since the one I purchased could not be used again. Since the phone was purchased less than 24 hours earlier I was not satisfied. I took the phone to another store and everything was made right with no additional fees. I will not return to the Dickson, TN store.

They took that info and put it on my new phone and installed all the accessories. Everything I needed they were able to got done which is huge though. We went into this store yesterday 08/05/18 to activate service with AT&T. Brandon helped us out. We had a few issues switching over one phone because it was a out of state number. He did all he could to get that number put onto the plan! He is awesome! I would recommend this store and Brandon to anyone! Awesome Job!

I wouldn’t AT&T was a problem with my phone and it was something I just couldn’t figure out and one of the sales associates name Brock was great enough to grab my phone and uses magical fingers and got my phone back to work and so I’m absolutely happy and satisfied with my visit this evening so five stars for AT&T!!!!!

Very poor customer service the manager on duty was very disresectfull we waited almost 2 hours and even then they went to the people that came in after me then when I said something about it they told me I had to wait my turn although I was signed in before them they never got to me and all I had to do way pay a bill that would have only taken a couple of minutes cause I had everything they needed in hand for them to pull the amount right up then as I was walking out of the store the manager was talking about me cause I refused to wait any longer for them to do that to me again

Lost some photo albums on my phone. Was hoping the lady at the AT&T store could find them for me and restore them. But she couldnt. Even though I lost my photos she did the best that she could she was very friendly and courteous

Terrible. I was offered a tablet that was so cheap it started to glitch in five days. Was told in the store I had 30 days to return. I called on day 10, returned the product on day 12 and was told it was the charging port that broke.... in 5 days? Then I was told I could not return or cancel this line because that had to be done in 14 days. It was day 12 when I returned the product and they would not cancel the product. Obviously they do not know how to count. Not to mention I asked to speak to a manager several times in which I was told he was in conference meetings and would return my call promptly. Never received a call back not once. I have called and the lady on the other end hung up on me when I told her that I better hear from the manager because if not I would come up there physically and demand for a refund or a new product. Considering I have insurance on the device. Oh did I mention that I had insurance on the device and they would not send me a new product. When I got home I had a bill double the amount of what I was quoted. I ended up calling customer service and the lady was very helpful and fixed everything the Dickson AT&T office wronged me on. I appreciate AT&T. I have been with this service since it was Bellsouth and have always been pleased but this is by far the WORST STORE EVER! Go to Nashville or Franklin

Great staff. Very knowledgeable about their products. Made me feel welcomed and they got me out the door with what I needed.

Went in to purchase 2 $1300 phones and sign up for a plan. Was taken immediately, but just getting into details of what plan and total cost, sales rep answered the phone, then helped a customer who walked in, then helped another customer who walked in. As we left the only other agent apologized saying it was just her and a trainee. Im sorry, but what is the point of a sign in sheet? Whatever happened to saying Hello! Ill be right with you! and finishing with the customer in front of you? I feel sorry for the customers in there before us who appeared to be waiting as well.

The guy was super helpful in explaining what I needed to have done, and even managed to help me find a way to get my SIM card sized from a micro to a nano without having to replace it.
