My back camera was broken on my iPhone and I’ve never had anything break on a phone so I asked for recommendations on where to go and everyone said CPR in Dickson. Well worth it. They are super nice, customer service is A+, it didn’t take them long at all to repair it and the price was low. She even offered to help me with an issue I’m having with my iCloud. I’ll definitely be coming back for any other phone issues!

I had a Galaxy S8 that had a broken screen. They were able to take it that day and had it repaired by the following evening. Professional and very helpful. They took the time to clean out my charge port that had apparently become full of lint. They were the cheapest I could find and did an excellent job on my repair!

Had a iPhone battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. Stopped in there today. Within 10 minutes he had my phone ready to go. Super nice guy and the price was really reasonable considering what people charge to do this. I would recommend the drive out to dickson to have your work done. Thanks again for all you did.

My son dropped my phone face down on the tile floor while we were on vacation. Screen turned black, but the phone still rang. When I got home I went to CPR and started the process. The phone started to heat up and turn off, and it was looking like the phone was done for. They never gave up, and somehow fixed it, put on the new screen, and the phone looked brand spankin new.Definitely recommend them. Better prices than others, and you get the phone the next day, unless a problem occurs. Thank you!!!

Took in a laptop that needed a new charging port. They said theyd have to order it. Well it is a possibility that they couldnt get it, I can understand that. What I didnt understand was why they couldnt call me about it. I really dont have time to go back and forth checking on it. Everytime I called I was told I would get a return call about it. They had it for several months and never gave me one phone call! For a business to be good, you need to have good customer service by calling your customers. I didnt even care when they couldnt fix it, but I cared they didnt bother calling me! Never going there again!

I got my phone screen fixed from them and they give you a screen protector and a thirty day warranty. Im never going anywhere else, great service, fast service.

After a screen replacement on the moto Z to play I was attempting to put the same case on the phone that was on it previously and that I Have put on and off many times and the screen cracked from thumb pressure alone. Ive had the phone back from this shop about 20 minutes after having paid a 117 for the replacement. They would not warranty the screen only the labor. It was a very very cheap screen they put on.

Had my phone screen replaced. Spent over 100 dollars. Same day the screen was glitching. Said they would replace screen if it acts up for free within 30 days. I took it back on day 28 hoping it would quit glitching but it never did and when I took it back they would not replace because of a minor crack on the screen protector. Said it was redamaged when in actuality it was glitching and acting up the day I got it back and everyday since. So now I’m out 100 bucks and I have a glitchy phone that loses complete touch sensitivity at times now making me have to do a hard reset to regain touch sensitivity. And they said they would replace screen protectors no charge anytime but didn’t even change it out. Left my phone there for over 4 hours. Just to come back to the exact same screen protector and phone. This place is garbage!

I have an Ipad 7 model that I accidentally left on top of my car while loading up for an out of state gig which I was scheduled to perform the next day. The Ipad is incredibly important, as it contained the music for the gig itself - no Ipad, no gig! I found my Ipad about a block away from my house; it looked like it had been run over by a truck and the screen was shattered. Mike took it that day and had a new screen replacement on it the very next day and it works great! The gig was a success thanks to Mobile CPR!

My phone was never reseated correctly after two attempts (very important in full touch screen). Proximity sensor still not working correct. Very disappointed.

My iPhone 7 screen was completely shattered they did fix the screen however there was like a led spot on my phone my front camera sucks now the pictures taken on it looks like it was taken on an old flip phone, my screen will randomly freeze and I have to turn the screen off and back on, for live pictures I have to push the screen hard for it to even play also when I push on the sides it makes a cracking noise like the screen isn’t all the way on there. My fiancé said I had warranty on it but I didn’t read the policy I would have taken it back to be fixed if I had not taken the tampered screen off which I only did because I thought there was a smug under my front camera when they put it on. So something that probably could have been fixed can’t now because I didn’t read the warranty policy
