There was a glitch in the Walmart app that caused my shipping items to be delivered to my home. One driver kept in contact with me so I was able to send her to my sons apartment since I was working at the time. A different driver was difficult to speak with & understand simply because of language. He left my order outside the salvation army donation center.I spoke with a male person from Walmart that evening & he suggested to go in at 7AM. I went & explained the situation to the lady in charge on 11/06/21. I showed her the proof & she helped me in 5 minutes. No rudeness, no hassle. Exemplary! Thank you so much!! Im sorry I forgot your name.

It was pretty easy to get what I needed. I use the self check out so I can get out quicker. I wish they had more checkouts with a little longer area to bag your groceries. We bring our own reusable collapsible bags and they take up more space.

With a ratio of 50/50 norms vs tweakers, this is the must go to place for prime people watching.

Great, everything was easy to find and if I couldnt find certain things the clerks were very helpful in going with me and locating them! The only thing that I dont like is that there needs to be more checkout lines open cuz everyone is in line so long, but I know theyre hiring right now and that could be the problem why there is a shortage of them!

One of my favorite places they have a big and tall section all my kids favorite characters in t-shirt and sweat shirts nice and felpful people

There is mixed numbers today.#2 -- for the cashier we had today. She didnt talk to usto say hi, didnt say how much we owed - just let us guess that she was done. She was handing all sacks to us. Got home missing 1 sack. Not happy we live 30 + miles away. After we got home called up the store.Customer service gets #5 rating. We went back to store they (Customer service)found everything she didnt give us!

Some of the new door greater are rough and rood, not will coming Customers, not smiling, not helping, not professional.Some or almost items not available especially in the food area (frozen, canes, dry food, ...)They did not check the expiration date. Not enough cashiers, long line. Not organizing, the price goes up too much. Some times wrong prices and they didnt believe customers. They are not professional like before.

Just about everything you need they have I love their clearance Isles but I wish there was more Clarence and less prices Witchwood be great and I want 24 hours a day open again

Supercenter Stores Are Better Than Regular stores. I found Everything I Wanted In My First Visit But I Didnt In My Next. This store Is OK But I Like The One In west Des Moines Better.

I love the fact that they have a delivery easy simple and very convenient order with your phone they do the shopping and someone delivers your grocerys to your house

Employees are hideously rude. Have called on numerous occasions and had to let the phone ring 5-7 minutes before they even answer, and then they just transfer you without telling you they are going to or to what department you are being sent. Pickup takes 15+ minutes to be brought out, whether its 2 items or 200. Clearly everyone who works there hates it and it shows. Never shopping at this location again. We live 2 minutes from it, but we will drive 20 to get to Target instead.

Last time I was looking for batteries for key fob. Very limited selection and none i need.This time my sweetheart got the covid!!!👎cough syrup and other thing make her comfortable. Oh got dog food and treats. Spent almost 400.00 on me👀😞wife gonna kill me! Found everything ➕

I dont hold Walmart to a high standard, but F this place. Tried to pick up an online order, app wasnt working so called the number on the curbside pick up sign. I guess nobody knows how to answer the phone at this store, as I called about 7 minutes straight. Touche Walmart, Ill go inside.Once inside they have a pick desk right at the front. Make my way over to them and tell them Id like to pick up my order. The gal says, let me go get that for you. 30 minutes pass, I finally get the app to work and reschedule my pick up for tomorrow. After this is complete Walmart and I are parting ways for good.

Today I went to Walmart. The customer service left something to be desired, I tried to ask two  Workers that were Stocking the shelves a question. They Both walked away from me like I wasnt even there. When I got up to the cash register, The young lady was talking to two other people and trying to ring me up the same time. Somehow my hamburger got missed. I got charged for it but it was not put into my bags. I tried to call Walmart 3 times and got hung up on all 3 times. I will have to go down the street to Hy- vee to pick up the hamburger.

Looks like Walmart deleted my 1-star review from another account where I said I walked out of their automotive center after waiting in line for a while and the cashier went to help a woman who butted in line ahead of me without telling the woman she would need to wait her turn. Nice job, Walmart.

My meds were ready at the pharmacy, & one of the pharmacists reviewed them with me. She also answered a question I had about one of the possible side effects. I easily found one of the self check-outs, which Im getting more comfortable doing. There were clerks close by to help if needed.

I found a lane that I didnt have to wait no more than five minutes. But walking around the store is sad. There is no way that all the shelf should be empty, this goes for the frozen food department too. There are to many mangers or lead persons walking around doing nothing while the lane lines are long. The store owners need to come down an get this store back on track.

Walmart had more empty shelves than they had full. Nearly all the milk was gone as was the lunchmeat.

This location is not my preferred. Their clearance section is way back in the corner so it seems like they have less interesting items as associates would have to walk clear back there to do get it there. Not to mention that it just seems to have less help and not enough ability to check out. I much prefer the West Des Moines or Altoona. Clarence section in those is always fun.

This place is an unorganized mess. Especially the clothes section. Having only 2 lanes open and forcing people to self checkout is a joke.

The staff there are friendly they help me find items that I need it for my road trip because I forgot some things at home and I was in a rush to get back to the hotel because its been a long day at the getting off of work late. They made my night better. The three workers that help me find items there

This Walmart I would say is above average. They try to keep things stocks pretty well and decorate very creatively. Its pretty crowded during the summer or during rush hour but thats to be expected.

Lines backed way up for self check outs, not going to be good for the holidays. Bring cashiers back and I can spend less time in lines. 20 mins in line for 3 items, what a JOKE WALMART.

Great staff & and they dont hide if you look like you need help. If youre concerned about COVID-19 go early in the am or close to closing 90% of customers during peak hours are unmasked

Im posting about prices, and cleanliness. First off, there is not much cleaning goin on anymore i noticed. And price gouging, like all the the rest of greedy businesses, and people of the towns that are ELected.Prices are Never the same, what happened to the day when ya got what you paid for. I had more money when I was 17 yrs old, getting paid $3.75 hr. And thier head spinning Auto Services offered, is unprofessional, with no courteous mannerisms, esp. the actual service worker to vehicle. Price s need to ROLL WAYYY BAACKK😊🙃😊. Plenty of parking space for this neighborhood Walmart. With pharmacy, photo service and auto services all included. You can get a subway for quick bite too.

First Walmart outside of Arizona ive been in. But it was very nice! Clean and curtious. No lines.

Out of everything here lately it seems. No Gatorade, bottled water, I cant even remember what else but most if my grocery list for sure. Very disappointing. Didnt even have bags for me to use at the check out... that was the real kicker. Sad. Maybe they arent open 24 hrs anymore for other reasons...

What can I say its Walmart, the prices are low the customer service is not great. Came to get a ezup shelter, the shelves were empty and the 1st employee I found was more interested in having me look elsewhere rather than help. As I walked away in the middle of a floor display I found what I came for. But then again this is Walmart and low cost is their game not customer service.

I avoid Walmart until i need several things but i needed to go Monday and there was not a single cart available. I took a basket and hoped for the best. It ended up not mattering because half of what i came for had an empty spot on the shelf. Im glad 3 people can watch me check myself out though.

Fast to find what I want, but to many of the employees just stand around talking.

Walmart is Walmart they have everything you need in the they have everything you need and then some for daily household me for daily household Needs.. One problem I do not like is that when you park 1 place they close the door an hour before the store closes on 1 side and the poor set for your car is your car is so when youre not feeling well you end up having a much farther walk than should be.

I did not notice so much on the inside of the store, but the parking lot was a disaster with trash everywhere.

Always a fun time at the South Side Walmart. Unfortunately today we were unable to get what we needed done and that was fix our flat tire. It was to say the least aggravating but its Walmart.

I asked a employee where something was and just pointed then trying to purchase a items with a employee standing their just walked away and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to call someone to purchase the item in electronics not happy with this Walmart and its structure of training employees need to be cleaner and more helpful then pointing to the department

Always like Wal-Mart for most things. And they had darts, which we cant find a anywhere else so far. So it was a good trip.

This Walmart is definitely one of the nicer kept stores. I was only going to give 4 stars because it was irritatingly busy, but that really isnt Walmarts fault.

Got a back tire replaced at Walmart on SE 14th and as soon as I got home the front end driver side hub cap and tire were completely falling apart. I called the store and everyone I spoke to acted as if they didnt know what happened to it. Extremely poor service and customer service. Do not ever take your car to Walmart. I would rather spend a little extra to get service from technicians who are competant and care about their customers.

I hadnt been here in about 5 years.I received great help regarding what I was looking for and I am using the C Charging Cord now that works great that a very knowledgeable young lady helped me choose in Electronics.I was able to purchase everything I came for.

They never have anything in stock in the grocery part of this Walmart and they never have any actual check out lines open unless its an Express line its all self checkout trying to ridiculous

For me its easier to use Walmart. I been going there so long I know where everything is. The prices are great and they have almost everything. No lack of customer service either.

Used to like coming to walmart. especially during the late nights when i couldnt sleep. but the downside is they now close at 11pm. but recently when i visited walmart it was 20 mins untill 11pm and they had a rude employee standing at the door telling customers they could not enter the store. even if they were coming in for 1 item and their visit would not take longer then 20 mins. this personally took my 5 star review down to a 3.

I found pet supplies here at walmart that i couldnt find at other pet stores in the area. I dont know why i try to shop other places when walmart is my one stop shop. This walmart was clean and friendly staff also!

I try and avoid this place as much as possible. When I have an issue And bring it up to them I get treated like Im trying to pull a fast one on them or something. The employees just seem run down and cranky.

If I could give a negative star in the triple digits for their online grocery delivery I would.Josh the manager had nothing but excuses while I a disabled,poverty level person who cannot drive because of medical reasons was told twice ,(at the end of the month no less),“That they could not deliver my groceries because they were short handed and they would refund my debit card & food stamps and to reorder for the next day”...I ordered my groceries at least 3 days ahead,how is that my problem?That sounds good on paper but it could take up to 34 hours for the money to show in my account again.It’s the end of the month I’m thankful to have it the first time.So here I sit unable to drive,no bread & milk and no help from customer service

I went to Walmart on SE 14th in Des Moines to purchase some annual flowers for our outdoor pots. The selection was fair to good, the price GREAT and the plants were in decent shape due to adequate watering.
