They have a great selection of tools and other yard and garden products. I get frustrated by other stores limited supplies of products. When I cant find a good selection I go there. Its out of my way but there are times when a product is popular and you cant find it anywhere. I find it there.

Bomgaars is my husbands favorite store. It doesnt matter which town. They have a wonderful selection of everything you could want for your home or your ranch or your house. He likes to buy work clothes here. The staff is always helpful. And if you watch for their sales theyre awesome.

You cant get anyone to help you from 7:30 - 7:50 pm! I stood in 1 spot for 20 minutes made eye contact with 3 different employees and no one asked if they could help...so ...I went to Fleet Farm at 4 minutes till 8 and was in my truck at 8:03 leaving with the help of 2 people...thank you very much!

Good place to find everything you need and more. My birds love the bomgaar wild bird seed. I like to just look around

They offer a variety of pet foods and supplies for domestic and farm animals. Bomgaars offers many tools and materials for many projects. They always have discounted products and sales going. Ive noticed them being busier recently, but you dont have to wait long to check out.

This place is really great. I buy tools there. Power tools and hand tools. They have had really good sales on Dewalt tools recently. Theyve had storwide discount sales that were pretty good. The selection of hand tools is not that wide of a selection, but the stuff they carry is quality name brands. The sales are good too. The prices on their clothing items arent very low like the sales on the tools. But they have some nice clothing stuff. They have a wide variety of farm equipment.Yahuah bless you all!!

Disappointed..... I love going to Bomgaars to see and buy tools I dont need 😁. Especially DeWalt. Their selection is usually the best in town.I hadnt been to this store in awhile but decided to stop and see what was new. I left very disappointed. I found the store to be very disorganized, product out of place and a lot of empty shelves.

Every time I order something, they employee takes my contact and they say they will order what I need/want. They never call back, let alone give a direct and honest answer when I’ve called them about my order. I won’t be shopping there anytime soon for clothing.

Love this place. Just has a little bit of everything. A wonderful place to wander around and check out all the cool things. Of course this is from a mans perspective. Ended up buying a Stihl chainsaw for some limbs that I lost in a storm the previous night. Great service great price. Had everything I needed and several things I didnt know I needed until I saw them. That is the best part.

Great store. I get all my chicken feed and work clothes here. They have a huge selection of Dewalt tools here. They also carry keen shoes and my dogs are welcome here. One of my favorite places.

Helpful staff, a great store for men. It has tools. DEWALT, and lots of great heavy duty work clothes for that outdoor kind of guy.

2 separate employees willing to point out what I need is in a box theyre apparently too busy to open? Telling a customer youre too busy to help them is a great reason to try elsewhere 1st.

Want to kick someone out due to them closing. Didn’t even have the respect of an employee to ask if I could please hurry up and bring my things I was buying to the front of the store for check out. Straight told me I had to leave because they were closed now. So respect to a potential customer could have made it so much easier versus telling me I had to leave and I couldn’t buy anything. So rude.

Good inventory. one of my pickup truck windows came off the track and a lady clerk came out and held the window up while I taped it so it wouldnt fall back down. This is in 10 degree weather and I did not feel like driving around looking for a glass company with a window down as cold as it was. Very helpful.

Awesome farm store with so much more than you might expect. Of course animal feed, sometimes chickens and ducks of various breeds, huge hardware and automotive sections, firearms and supplies, hunting, and excellent service. Will continue to go back at again and again.

Bomgaars is a basic farm and home store. They didnt have what I was looking for on this trip, but they did have a bunch of other stuff that I didnt need. The employees that I spoke with were helpful and knowledgeable.

Employees were very helpful. I was getting some baby chicks for the first time and everyone was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips and advice

Prices were not correct so ended up being surprised at the register. Figured it out after checking out. Ended up being a hugh hassle to get it corrected managers need every piece of info including name number address etc just to give u your correct money back. He ended up not being professional. On top of that theres no way to see at the register what item are ringing up as before you check out. And there are no scales throughout the store when there are alot of things that are sold by the pound. Sad to say im not going back here again. Ill go somewhere else where the prices match the sales tag.

They carry dewalt tools here. Toys for kids here are great and sometimes cheaper too.

Lots of things. You can get just about anything here. From plumbing supplies to jeans. Only thing is the staff does not know where alot of things are at or even if they have them on their shelves. I have asked them for an item in the past and was told they dont carry that. Then after a little hunting found the item in their store.

This is by far the best place in terms of price & customer service. Especially if you are a dewalt fan this store is a must when they host sales on dewalt products.

Can take your dog in, huge variety of goods, fair prices, some of the cheap stuff is cheap material but you get what you pay for.

We don’t shop here often but was in yesterday to exchange 3 pairs of pants for a different size and got some pretty bad customer service... first of all I called before I went because I wasn’t sure I had my receipt and wanted to know the return policy. The young lady who answered told me I didn’t even need a receipt to exchange. Ended up having my receipt anyways so no worries. Fast forward to going into the store picking out my exchange, waited in line for about 3-4 people. Got up to the register told my story and was asked to let the man behind me go first.... now I work in customer service and I would NEVER do this, I would simply ask for backup. Then finally going to exchange and the woman at the register told me I do need a receipt (I had one) and that no one there would’ve told me that... I informed her what time I called and confirmed the phone number I called. She asked for an ID which was not a big deal but would’ve been nice to be informed that when I previously called and asked the return policy. I then had a line behind me, she asked for backup... then she answered the phone while in the middle of my transaction, now this woman was not unpleasant but I sure as hell was not pleased and she did not give any sympathy just kept stating the policy and that no one told me that. Now this is not the worst thing that could’ve happened but upset me enough that I will not be back to buy 3 pairs of $25 jeans... would much rather spend my money somewhere else. But hopefully this can be used as training to tell your employees how to treat customers how they would want to be treated. (And maybe go over the return policy with all of them.)

I tried exchanging a $1.69 pipe fitting with my RECEIPT and was told without a driver license I couldnt. If you dont have a license you are Stuck with what you buy at Bomgaars , even with a Receipt. Not a business where I want to spend my money. Just another form of discrimination against people that dont have a driver license.
