I wish I can give this a zero. I’m sorry but the manager is too greedy. She doesn’t give a good explanation when it comes to buying your items in the store. If you decide to come buy items from the store just beware, make sure you get what you want or you won’t get your money back :)

We bought my sister a dress to be dama for her friend’s 15. The lady couldn’t even alter it correctly the straps were huge and didn’t fit day of the party. We heard she wasn’t even done altering the other girl’s dresses until the day of as well. She refused to iron pleats in the dress stating the other girls would want theirs pleated too??! Don’t waste your time and money dealing with this unprofessional woman.

When we picked out a dress the owner was very willing to help. When the dress arrived, she didn’t bother to call me. When picking up the dress she didn’t bother to talk to me once. Horrible customer service.

Mixed feelings about this place. She doesnt show up at the times posted on her door or the internet by several hrs. It says 10:30 she didnt open till 3. Theres a few more incidents. However, shes nice and has inventory at times that I cant find in other places. I wish her business well as she seems like a nice lady who runs her business solo.

The owner is not kind at all, when I told her my dissatisfaction after driving 4 hrs to come to her store just to receive a very poor service from her ... she didnt even apologize, she said if I like it I could stay but thats the way she is and treats people. I was not even rude when I told her how we felt. Too bad Des Moines doesn’t have many options when it comes to Quinceañera shopping.I recommend going to the small branch Estrellita fashion store, its just a couple blocks from the main store, looks like is the same business but the small store is managed by the sister who is a super nice lady ... she is totally different than her sister at the main store and she will really treat you with the respect and dignity all clients look for and deserve.The owner is not friendly at all, when I told her about my dissatisfaction after driving 4 hours to go to her shop only to receive very poor service from her ... she didnt even apologize, she said if I like it I could stay but That is how she is and that is how she treats people. On a personal level, very bad service, the lady is not friendly at all or gentle, she does not show you your clothes or attend you, she does not care about customers, I will never return
