Clean store with helpful staff.Sometimes it takes some maneuvering to get through the iles. Quite a bit of frozen and refrigerated items that are good.

Nice friendly staff and tons of amazing products and a very affordable price.

Dirty store. Aisles messy and packed with boxes. Disheveled and disorganized. Cant say Ill ever be stopping in again. Cant believe this company lets their stores operate in this fashion.

Always stuff in the aisles and not on the shelves. I know its all Family Dollar stores but they need a public bathroom!

I used to work here so I know what all goes into a day at Family Dollar. Im giving it 4 stars because it is so much better than it was after it opened.

People was in the store shopping at 9:27 when I pulled up, I tried the door and the lady that looked like a tweaker had the door locked saying there closed when the door says they close at 10 and the day before i was in there at 9:55

Dont buy electronics there cant return them only for same exact item b.s. what if. Not compatible for what you need why do I want another one smh!!

Good deals but isles always cluddered

Check out was good. Didnt wait but a few minutes. First time in a long time. Thats before COVID-19. But aisles have too much in the way of customers behind the stocking of the shelves. Other than that.. its ok.

I have never been treated so badly in my life. They posted in store prices and refused to honor them. The corporate site refuses to accept complaints. Employees ( management ) can treat people any way they like and corporate doesnt give a damn. Enter at your own risk. Prices arent everything. Quality sucks. They dont take returns. Check your receipts, it costs more than you think. Management does whatever they want. Not like the other stores. I tried to remove all stars, but it wont let me.

Cashier was very rude and when trying to ask other worker where something was he was to busy listening to music on headphones to even hear me. Had to literally get in his face to have him take them out. Worst store I been in

If you could push a cart thru the store I would give 5 stars. Please hire some night time stockers!

People there are helpful. The store is kind of compact. They could use a bigger store for as much as they have in it. But you can find pretty much anything there that you may need, with good prices

Its kind of a toss up when you go to this place, I have been there and seen amazing customer service and friendly employers, but at the same time I have been there standing outside waiting for someone to finish shopping and the lady inside at the register stop what she is doing to tell me why dog has to be on a leash. Ummmm...... excuse me but if Im outside the store its none of your business what Im doing outside. And I didnt realize that was under there job description. You would think most people would just call animal control. In any case for the most part this store is awesome.

The place has really changed. I left the store when it was running great. Not anymore now its dirty, The staff is incompetent, its hard to move around some isles because of the boxes and the products on the ground. Many shelves are empty as well.

This store is fairly new and to see it in this condition was disgusting. It was dirty, disorganized , things in all the isles. I know I will never shop there again. Whoever the management is, is clearly not taking care of that store. At least the kid behind the counter was apologetic. Very bad experience. No stars at all!

Im trying to find someone to file a complaint, right now. Ive never seen that store so disheveled, it has always been one of the better ones. Ive also never been treated so aggressively, angrily and Im floored how someone can be in a management position and have customer service behavior like Antoine Taylor did today. I understand everyone has bad days or moments,but I get the feeling this was his normal way to behave and treat people. The store is terrible now. Its condition is so bad and yet its so new. Just disgusting.

Good store, but they cant keep no help & that poor old lady is always in there stocking shelves & trying to run the show on her own. THEY ARE HIRING IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR WORK. Cant walk thru the isles due to items always being scattered all over.

I shop at this store all the time,and I always am completely happy with my purchases.

It was very unorganized, there seemed to be no rhyme nor reason to where anything was. Kinda understaffed, too. Having said that, if you can discern a bargain from the not-so-much, then you can save money shopping here.

Store was a mess. There was clutter everywhere and boxes just stacked up and random parts of the store very hard to get around. But the clerk was very nice and friendly and apologize for all the mess you said that is something they are trying to get under wraps and taking care of due to changing of management.

I found what i needed. Pricing good. The enployees was kind.

The entire store reeked of weed, the cashiers were slow and rude.

Just spent over 350 buks had the wrong size curtains I had a receipt to return the wrong sized items showed I had paid hard cash. They wouldnt return the items I bought less than 24 hours earlier. They were old hens working at this particular location.. I hate this family dollar and recommend go some where that pays the employee to provide customer service . not the customer provide the worker a therapy session

Hard to find some stuff, kind of scattered all over instead of in one place. Cashier was awesome and helped me find a charger that fit my new phone.

Great prices and great products however need more staff, who actually like their job.

Store literally always has boxes all over the place and employees who have zero sense of urgency. Their card readers require you to put your pin number in regardless of what method you pay with. Garbage ass place.

The new employees have turned the store around and cleaned it up...the young lady cashier is always very pleasant and friendly when I come in.
