The woman there would not print a single item for me. She said she was “bad at printing and was just subbing at the store”. While it was her first time working at that location, I just can’t believe she has no idea how to print while working at a print and ship store. If she doesn’t know, she shouldn’t be there.

Update your hours of operation on the website. I had to drive all the way down here for a work document thinking they closed at 8 (per the website) and they actually closed at 6.

This is hands down the BEST location for all things printing and shipping. I always come to this location with last minute projects that are extremely time sensitive. I dont like to rush things, but when I do I know I can count on the team at this location!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I work in the event industry and at the drop of a hat, something can go wrong or change. After calling a couple places close by and them telling me that they couldnt print my signage within an hour, Oscar and Tricia took my panicked phone call of printing needs and had an extremely fast turnaround. Theyre awesome and Ill definitely be asking for them next time!

Poor customer service. Rude and Condescending Customer Service at this location . I am a loyal Fedex print customer. I normally place my order and wait for my call to pick up my order and my frequented location which is not this location. Today I had an emergency print order of two docs to be printed. I immediately drove to location. Keep in mind I am fully aware that Fedex normally calls to confirm the order has been completed , but I needed to get there soon and knew my order was only 2 documents. I entered into the location , fully masked and followed protocol. I was greeted by a young woman . I informed her of my order and that I didnt expect it to be ready becaus i didnt recieve a call yet , but thought I would check just in case because it was an emergency document that was needed. The document wasnt ready which was no problem and they got to printing it. The women then decided to tell me in a very rude and condescending manner that I should know that next time , things have changed and I have to a wait to get a call before I can enter the store. I informed her that I know to wait to receive a call as I use Fedex printing on a frequent basis but this was an emergency and a small print order. She continued to berate me and told me next time she wont let me in the store. Well its your doors that are unlocked for customers to enter and now come to find out shes the officially door master which isnt posted anywhere.I tried to make the situation better by thanking her but she just rolled her eyes at me. She tossed my print order on the counter and said here it is. Didnt bother to ask me to check it to see if it was accurate. I picked up the print order off the counter and thanked her and she didnt say one word. As I was leaving the store I checked my order and it was not fully printed nor was there a receipt. I walked back to the counter to place my order and asked to have it corrected. She didnt apologize or nothing when she retrieved it. I therefore asked to speak to another customer service rep. and asked her for the managers business card. She gave me a card with the name Amy on it. But she too had poor customer service skills as her first words to me when I asked if she could help me were YAwhich is the poorest form of the english language when responding to a customer who seeks assistance. I told the 2nd woman who handed me the card that I didnt want to speak loudly but she insisted on standing further than 6 ft away and couldnt hear me. The 1st woman placed my completed order on the counter , didnt apologize and didnt say thank you. I am making a big deal out of this because i am a regular client of fedex printing and in fact have my favorite location that I visit . You can learn a lot about customer service from your S.Wadsworth location in Lakewood. They are exceptional with customer service , something this location was not today. You need to teach your employees how to speak properly and how to treat your customers. My order # was 1016370810808435. I hope to be contacted as you should have my contact info on my order. I hope to be contacted by an Area Supervisor and not just a PC response of google reviews.

By far the best FedEx location downtown! Great customer service, quick turnaround and inexpensive for special projects. Dont listen to the bad reviews on here. Ive been going to this location for years and have never had a bad experience.

I dropped off a package at this location, containing important legal documents for closing on a property in Rhode Island on the following day. I requested overnight shipping. They managed to LOSE my package a couple of hours later. After 8 stressful hours on the phone with the customer service (mostly on hold while crying and shaking), I gave up and JUMPED ON A PLANE AT MIDNIGHT to make it to the closing, across the country, myself.FedEx failed miserably to provide the service they got paid for. I, of course, expected to be reimbursed for the plane ticket at least, if not for all expenses. After 3 WEEKS of calling FedEx EVERY DAY and talking to 30-40 different representatives, talking to the executive department ( Beverly Smith & Maxie Kincade), they rudely DENIED my claim and did not pay me a penny for reimbursing my travel costs, days I had to take out of work to travel across the country, or the massive emotional distress that they caused me and my family. NEVER EVER again would I give my business to such a horrible company with such low respect for their customers. The tone and language that I was spoken to by the executive department, was extremely disrespectful. Shame on you FedEx, shame. I will be taking legal action.

Best place in the world to visit. I love every single person that works there especially the gentleman working Sat. December 2nd AM Shift. Give him a golden chalice or a RAISE. They are more than helpful, they are more than knowledgeable theyre perfect! What I like most is that then can translate my ideas into print without so much as breaking a sweat. How do they do this? Because FedEx rox!!!

This review applies to late night service no longer offered at this location. Clint has always helped us after we have had a long day serving beer at the Colorado convention center Great American Beer Festival (GABF). He finds a way to package our precious company stuff to ship back home. Hes great. Just wish the place was still open after the GABF so we can more easily send our stuff on its way home. The Cherry creek location is very inconvenient. Miss you Clint.

Slow and expensive computers, always a line, and the staff is unhelpful (by design). It cost me $4 (and took 20 minutes) to print a one page shipping label because no one here could open an email link from Amazon... Id recommend doing everything possible to avoid having to come here.

Customer Care Is Number One, Got Fast AssistanceGentlemen greeted me as soon as I arrived, and were quick to give me a business card with the stores email, so I could send them a PDF attachment with the shipping label I needed. They located me the perfect bubble wrappadded envelope for an item I needed to return to vendor. They directed me to mail room since label was postage paid, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I noticed they have business work stations as well, with high speed internet access. Definitely a get it all done in one place to visit.

Stopped here to send a quick email to one of my marketing teams and the staff didnt know how to get the computer i rented for $1 a freaking minute to send its email. Totally insane. The email didnt send and they still decided to charge me.I dont plan on calling AMEX over $13, but I absolutely should.DONT COME HERE

I went to this location once to send something urgently and they said that Fedex had a new policy for which my ID has to have my current address or else I cannot send things with them. My license has my old address. I asked them if I could use any other ID proof to do so, and the man there refused rudely.After this incident, I posted packages from Fedex offices at other locations in Denver and they had no issue with what address was on my ID. They would just check my ID and then use the return address I provided them. I am not sure what this Fedex locations issue was or was it just a policy pertaining to their location, but my experience was very unpleasant here.

Terrible customer service. I asked them for what I needed and they said oh we cant do that(something any other fed ex would have no problem with), and I said thats a huge problem and they said back well thats your huge problem then isnt it. They were also extremely rude to other customers.Furthermore, this is a downtown 24 hour fedex wit ONLY two workers who can turn anything around in a timely manner!

Employees are incompetent and not properly trained. They are beyond stupid...they probably never even finished high school. I am in the airline industry and have used fedex many times and they had no idea how to apply my discount. The package not only never arrived, the contents of the package were missing when it went to the FedEx facility in Memphis... I spent $37 for an over night express shipping and still havent been refunded. If anyone from fedex is reading this, I am still livid and boycotting not only this store but fedex completely. You have lost a major customer. They didnt even put the label on the package after processing my order even after I asked them to do so. I couldnt believe these were fedex employees, everyone was rude and incompetent. The worst part was that when I called to complain about the package never arriving, the woman on the phone was unbelievably rude.

I went in to ship a bunch of supplies to Oklahoma, due to the recent tornado damage. They had requested specific items and two of them were bottled water and gatorade. So amongst the boxes I had to ship, I had a case of bottled water and a case of gatorade. Got in and this lovely lady who is always sweet and helpful began to assist me. She found out I was shipping it to Oklahoma and got even more eager to assist to get it there. I asked about the cases of water and gatorade because I had no idea what the protocol was for shipping them, she didnt know either. So she turned and asked the older gentleman next to her, he seemed irritated and mad that she asked. He had been standing there the whole time she and I were discussing the details of my shipment and completely ignored me and addressed her as if I wasnt even standing two feet away. He was arrogant, lazy and had an attitude about the whole situation. He was a prick. So while he was telling her that they wouldnt ship any of it because it needed to be packed and shipped by another store outside of Denver and that it wasnt his problem pretty much, I stopped him and said, Im standing right here and Id appreciate it if you looked at me while you addessed me. He was lazy and just didnt want to ship any of it because there was a lot. The woman was very disappointed with the old guy as well, so as I got all the stuff loaded back on my cart thing I told him that it was fine and Ill just have UPS burden the shipment instead. Jerk. Unfortunately I have to use this store for work because UPS is a pretty long walk, but I dont mind going in when I have to and making it completely awkward when I run into that lazy jerkoff. Cant wait for my next visit when I get to find out who his manager is...everyone else there is usually great though, except the older boob of a man with gray hair and glasses.

I was trying to print a document from my phone. To do that you have to email to them and print from their server. Well I kept getting an error message saying unable to connect to the file server. I showed the message to William, the cashier, and he said I dont know what a server is, so I cant help you.
