Amazing experience! Sam repaired my guitar in a way that saved me money and didnt waste any materials. He explained what he was doing the whole time and even threw in an added service! The guy who sold me my first pedal explained the tech behind them in great detail and was very friendly. AND everyone even got my pronouns right! I left happy and informed. 12/10, will come back again!

I’ve been coming to flipside for all my pedal needs for years. Always stellar prices, knowledge and service. I recently brought in the first “brand new” (factory bought) guitar I’ve ever owned for a setup. I am absolutely blown away with the result. The action is as low as can be, the intonation is damn near perfect, and the neck overall is smoother than butter. I cannot recommend this shop more for all your guitar needs. Flipside forever!!!

These guys are a first class, top end outfit and their service is second to none. Flipside is my go-to source when I am looking for a pedal. And if you’re a fuzz fan, they have some exclusive Stomp Under Foot pedals that you won’t find anywhere else (S.U.F. is another first class outfit, btw). If nothing else, look them up on the You Tubes.

Great gear and great prices. I love guitar pedals and this place has an amazing selection. Not only do they have a wide variety from the big companies, they support smaller boutique and local builders as well. I like ambient, fuzzes, and synth, the stranger the better. Talking to people who can point me to the weird as well as explain the plain jane stuff has upped my tone and sound game tremendously.

Best selection of pedals. All the employees are genuinely nice and friendly. Great small business to support. A smart idea that they do during times of Covid...before you enter you must sanitize your hands. Just a great idea. They care about their employee and customer safety. Fantastic guys here! Hands down one of the best music shop experiences I have ever had. Seriously. Anyone who frequents music stores knows the pretentiousness you expect to find. Even if they are good ones and even good people. But this place has none of that. Great people to chat with. Very welcoming. And I haven’t even mentioned the selection yet... this is the only store in Denver for pedals. Period. These guys have ‘em all. I was blown away how they had almost every one I wanted. I was expecting maybe one or two on hand but instead they had all but one or two. I’ve dropped a few pennies here before. And no doubt will I do so again.

The staff is awesome and pretty knowledgeable. The actual store front is very clean and organized. Ive bought a couple of guitar pedals here that have really helped me achieve a tone I love. I asked the staff for recommendations and it totally played off.Most of their equipment has pretty decent pricing and is either new or owned. The used stuff is a little more than a store like Music-go-Round but I think its worth it since its all in good condition and nothing youre getting is janky or such. Nick (Guitar Gutter) did a big job for my guitar. I had an Evertune bridge installed to replace the Floyd Rose it originally had. We tuned the guitars setup together and it now plays and sounds flawlessly. The guitar was done ahead of the initial projected schedule, too.

Flipside Music is a really chill guitar shop. Its small but it packs a lot of cool gear. Came in to get new beginner gear for playing the electric guitar. They were very helpful in trying to match my price budgets and the quality of their gear. Easy to talk to and answered all of my questions. Gave me a bundle deal as well. In total spent a little over $300 for everything and I will be using the gear for a while. I would recommend going here for any of your guitar needs, they are very experienced, friendly, and have a passion for it.

Totally cool guitar store!! Has all that wonderful feel of a neighborhood guitar shop owned by your best friends. Totally accessible inventory, they let you try out anything you can see. I was able talk gear with the guys and I learned a lot! A big selection a guitars and gear but if you dig pedals you will be in heaven! This place is a must for and Denver guitarist. Flip side music is a sweet little guitar oriented music shop, they have more pedals than all the other shops in Denver combined and they are carrying some awesome product lines.... Denver hasnt had a shop this cool since guitar X closed some years ago... I can totally see myself calling this place home! Check it out!

As a new guitar player, it can be intimidating going to a music gear shop. Not Flipside! Ive been in several times and the guys there are always friendly and cool. They let me know on my first visit that I was welcome to bring in any of my own instruments or gear so I can check out how they sound with possible purchases. Once I found a guitar I liked at another store (which they complimented me on and chatted with me about), they helped me pick out a killer Orange practice amp and I never felt pressured. I havent bought any pedals yet, but when I am ready - you better believe Flipside is where I will be going. Definitely worth a visit if youre in the market for any gear.

Highly recommended. I had a great experience buying a guitar here. Its a small shop but they had each of the guitars I wanted to try in stock. Im a beginner, so it was much appreciated that they have a small room off to the side where you can play in privacy. I love this place! Hands down one of the coolest guitar shops with the most awesome gear! I bought a Strymon Blue Sky from here a little while back and couldn’t be happier. It’s nice to see a shop that carries an awesome selection of boutique, top of the line pedals that are a bit harder to come by without having to go online, pay shipping, and wait for the gear to be delivered. Also, it’s refreshing to be able to talk to people who actually know about the gear they have in store and online. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable unlike certain chains that shall remain nameless... *cough* guitar center *cough*. If you’re in the area, I would definitely go and check out Flipside!!

Ike and Dylan are awesome - Ive been frequenting this store for a while and it gets better every time I go in. No sales pressure and they just love talking music. Huge selection of pedals (both new and used - basic Boss pedals up to Strymon) as well as a good selection of guitars/amps for the beginner up to the touring pro. Plan on stopping in for 15 minutes and youll be walking out an hour later wishing you had more time. Great shop!

Best pedal selection in town. There is no reason to go to GC anymore now with Flipside with so many great pedals. Good amps too.
