What can I say - best set buying experience I have ever had! I gave Pete a budget to work with, and he gave me honest and educated recommendations within the parameters Id set. Not once throughout the transaction that you try to pressure or sell me on anything that was out of my price range. I did however end up purchasing a set that was over the original budget I had in mind, not because I was pressured into it, but because it was simply a drum set I had been set on having since I was in high school (DW Collectors Series). I should have posted a review a year ago, but I didnt realize that I could on Google. Anyhow, I just want to say, when my son became interested in drums, I was at a loss on how to proceed. I knew nothing about them. I was worried that I would buy a set that didnt have good hardware, or that wouldnt last or I would get ripped off. I decided to make an appointment and the experience was great. The gentleman that runs the show (Ive forgotten his name... sorry) was extraordinarily patient, listened to our concerns and needs and set us up with a very nice set of drums, symbols and hardware that fit our budget. My son loves them and bangs on them regularly. He also took the time to explain some basics to my son regarding setup and tuning. In short, we got a very fair deal and a lot education. The whole experience was a lot more friendly and comfortable than I ever imagined it could be.

I met Pete at a music store. He was there when I was having a problem with a certain item at the music store. They didnt have the correct item I had called ahead and asked for.This guy stepped in and went miles out of his way to grab what I needed and drove all the way back to the music store to bring it to me.Just when I was about to drive 40 miles back home.
