I delivered a load of steel pipe here today. The yard is tiny but everyone here is so nice! Totally wasn’t expecting that. It took a while to get unloaded but was not bad at all. The people in Denver are cool.

Good selection of products, prices are a little high and customer sevice is either excellent or comes with an attitude. Hit or miss on that one but this time it was great!

This company is knowingly complacent in fraud. We had a shady contractor that was supposed to order materials through Rio Grande that never happened after taking our money. Rio Grande lied to me that the order was placed. The conversation was recorded.Might actually be good news for us as Rio Grande will now be named in the lawsuit and we might actually recover our money thanks to them knowingly participating in fraud.Sucks to suck.

Appalling customer service and sloppy workmanship. When my order was delayed, no one bothered to inform me, and the item was never delivered as promised. The office at the residential products division failed to return multiple calls, and when I did get a live person, they seemed baffled by the concept of looking up an existing order. Eventually I had to convince a yard employee to go look for my item, and he found it lying in a pile. When I got it home I found it wasnt made to my specifications, and welds that needed to be at right angles werent even close. I didnt bother to get my money back because it wasnt worth it to me to have another series of unpleasant interactions with these people.

Good source for metal and fab, I did not experience loading problems when I have been there, and there WAS a mistake with my last order and it fell behind BUT the wonderful ladies at the counter absolutely bent over backwards to make it right and I will be going back there for ALL my future needs!
