I recently got my windshield replaced through them. They did a great job and communication after I dropped off and when I picked up. My only compliant.. is they used duct tape on my windshield vs any other tape they could have used. I use to work in the service department at a car dealership, they never used duct tape. Especially during hot summer days.. duct tape was used. Now I gotta figure out the best way to get it off my windshield and my car.

Missed the first appointment then called and reset for later in the day and guess what another call saying they do not have anyone to send. And I am still waiting for my refund....RIP OFF

Meh. When they do the work, its great, though it can be difficult to get them to your location in a timely fashion.

I had to get my front windshield replaced and decided to go with Safelite after having some issues with Premium auto glass. John was the tech from Safelite who came to my house. He did an amazing job and fixed some of the problems left over from the poor job Premium had done last time. He came right to my house and gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way. Communication was great and my window looks perfect. I will definitely use Safelite if I ever have a cracked windshield in the future!

The visit to the store was fine - staff were helpful and friendly.I took in my car to get a windshield chip replaced. The technician was not pleased with his work, and said this to me. He assured me that the chip would not spread, however. And since he wasnt satisfied with the work, he wasnt going to file the claim with my insurance company.3 days later, the chip spread into a full footlong crack. The bill is now 400+ dollars to replace the windshield. We are unable to get any credit back for the initial poor work, as they never filed the claim to begin with.In the end, this store did poor work, told me as much, then deleted the history of me having taken the vehicle in. The poor work immediately spread and created a bigger problem - full windshield replacement. Ive called the store and it has not been helpful. I just wanted the chips fixed. It feels either like the store created a larger problem OR didnt take care of the initial problem, which led to the larger problem.Either way, theyve assured me that Im on the hook for it. Will not be using this business again.

I want to thank Safelite and specifically Carlos, the gentleman who came out to fix my girlfriends 2018 Audi Q5. He was extremely professional, friendly, and made the vehicle look like nothing had happened to it. He reassured me that he used to have an Audi and knew exactly how delicate/high-end they are. I really give him kudos for his professionalism and will definitely be calling back to ask for him with any additional issues.

Safelite installed windshield 2 too low and caused $2700 worth of damage to our 60th Anniversary Land Cruiser! I pointed out issue and took to second Safelite location and was told you dont know what youre talking about.. After driving one rainy month water leaked into electronics and I filed claim! Unbelievable!! First time we used them after SARScov2 closed regular Windshield shop! 80 hours of repair, waiting on parts and downtime we are finally back on the road.

I have had an appointment to get my windshield replaced for over a week. Once I take the car there they tell me that they have the wrong part for my car and to bad so sad come back in 3 weeks

Wow I got to say( I always said these places was a joke or ripoff!) I had to take t trip from Grand Junction co to Denver to get cancer treatment done. When going by Rifle co a car flung a rock up and bam. Today 1 day later here in Denver I was told this is good place to get fixed. They was right!!! Pulled up and friendly people took all my questions. Then told me no $$$ because covered by my insurance. They could get me in asap too. They said 30 mins to fix but only 17 min later they was done. Fast and chip is gone. A++ Yes they can not fix it all but for me it works good. Very happy to go home. Will recommend to others.

It’s literally as easy as their commercials portray. Tech was on time and called before he got here to let me know he was on his way. He got straight to work and was on his way in only 45 minutes. I’ll recommend this company to others.

Everyone was nice to me and the people in the shop are not bad people but they ordered the wrong window for my truck. No one apologized and they only offered to take the mobile fee off of my $250 quote. Now I missed hours of work and lost even more money. Not to mention they left the door panel off after I asked them to put it back on. Missing work for a waste of time and having a busted window before a snow day with your door panel in the back of your truck makes for a great weekend. They rescheduled my appointment for next week...but..Also notice in the picture below it clearly says Front Passenger and they somehow bumped the price up to $340! This is probably the worst experience Ive had at a business. They screwed up both the parts order, wasted hours of needed work, and then added $90.00 to my quote. How on Earth does that happen? Glass America just quoted me $202.00 out the door with FREE mobile service for tomorrow morning! Called Safelite and a machine picked up and said Sorry, call us back on Monday.

These guys had a mishap happen during installation but got a new windshield in quick and got.it in on time and knocked off $25 for the trouble.

You should have seen this picture before safelight fixed my window and vacuumed up the glass! It was done very professionally and within an hour it was ready! Lifetime warranty and great price. If you need a window fixed properly and fast- this is the place.

Had Jonathan as my tech and everything went smoothly. He showed up on time, was professional, and had the job done quick. Overall process was super easy and convenient.

I spent 30 min trying to get a quote and apparently they are to big now to talk to customers now so I will take my business to a company that wants it.

I dont often leave reviews, but this was an exceptional service provided. My truck got broken into and the side window was smashed so hard (Im thinking because the tint was holding the window together) that the scumbags got glass all over the backseats and floors of the truck. I took the truck to this Safelite location for the window replacement. I was not looking forward to going and trying to vacuum all that mess afterwards. To my surprise, when they were done replacing my window, which they did a fantastic job, I saw that they also vacuumed every bit of glass from my truck. All of this in less than an hour. Thanks guys.....it was so very appreciated!

The people there were very friendly, and they were done with my car much quicker than I expected.

I scheduled an appointment to get my drivers side window fixed, and the day before I got a call that they couldnt get that part anywhere to fix it, and that I would have to buy it myself and bring it to them. Who does this?? If I knew what it takes to fix it, I wouldnt be bringing it into a shop. But at least now I know to avoid Safelite at all costs the next time I need a repair like this.

Set an appointment up over a week ago, dropped off my car and took an Uber back to my office. An hour later I get told they had the wrong windshield and that they would look for one but told it wouldn’t be done same day. I Uber back to safe light and they hadn’t even looked for the right windshield. Basically spent over $30 on Uber for no reason. Seems to be a common problem at this location. Taking my business elsewhere.

I just had my windshield replaced and it was speedy. The technician Chris was very professional and nice. He even cleaned all my windows and disinfected, wore a mask and kept distance.

Super service and great people! Ive unfortunately had to have my windshield replaced 2 times over the past few years. Both times, Safelite and their team were quick, responsive and did quality work. Thats great, but should be expected. However, the technicians both times (most recently Chris) were super friendly and did great work. Thats what makes its a great customer experience. Issue 2:This deserves its own review.This location has a very small and busy parking lot. Your car will be stored there and a replacement will take several hours. DO NOT leave any newer cars there without taking pictures first.This location returned my car with damage to the front. The staff took pictures to protect themselves but only before starting service. In my case a wrong windshield was ordered so I had to leave the keys and the car at their location. Upon return we saw the damage right away but we where assured that it was not their fault ;). I know it was. Unfortunately I was not able to get pictures showing the car intact from the office I went to just prior I dropped the car off. The manager told me they would not take any responsibility.If I had brought my car to Audi for service and damage would have occurred - accidents happen - they would have fixed the damage. Get better insurance Safelite people, this location pays cash and with that comes a lack of taking ownership of mistakes.

I had never been here before this. They were great! They helped me set up the claim with my insurance company. They dialed the phone for me. They explained the entire process, were fast with the chip repair, they even vacuumed out my vehicle! If I need a chip repair again Ill definitely go to this location!

Made an appointment several weeks ago. I dropped off my car and called a lyft home only to receive a call that they didnt have the parts they needed. Was able to call another autoglass company and have it done later that same day for cheaper than safelite. Dont waste your time or money here.

Quick and efficient

Side window replacement was quick and easy. They vacuumed out all the broken glass and my whole interior. They cleaned my windows too and all in one hour. Staff was polite and waiting area was comfortable.

Cost is a bit high

There no way to actually contact anyone at this location for appointments, follow up, or anything else. The menu system is horrible and even a ‘transfer to agent queue’ isn’t manned.

My technician was wonderful! So kind, professional, and excellent work on my vehicle. He was on time, and provided more attention to my vehicle than previous experiences. Reliable, quick, and friendly service. The little details and friendly service was what will keep me returning.

This shop is awesome! I stopped in around 11am today to get a quote for a chip repair. Ciara helped with that and let me know they could get me in right away. I met with Hunter, the technician that did my repair, at 11:30. The chip repair looks great and he even cleaned all my windows and vacuumed the interior. Super impressed! Thanks again!

Great place to fix your auto-glass problems

Not sure if it was this specific location, but they had a mobile guy (Chris, or Large) come out for a windshield repair that I arranged through my insurance. He was great about explaining to me everything that was going on and what to expect with the repair. While he was waiting for the glue to set, he vacuumed out the inside of my car and cleaned my window glass all around. Crack lines are still visible, but that seems to be the nature of crack repair. Large was great, and I highly recommend him for future work. Hopefully all of their staff are as good as Large.

Pricey but clean and professional

Better off using super glue! Had tech come out to repair a couple chips in my windshield, which went well, but 2 days later the chip started cracking. When i contacted Safelite they told me they don’t warranty their work and want me to pay for a windshield replacement now for a chip with i half inch crack coming out of it. They cant do a repair over a repair (even though its a new crack) and now it is going to cost my a windshield. I thought going with a large company would be better, but i was wrong. Not worth the time going with Safelite unless you like wasting time.

Its been over 96 HR and still no phone call back about when they are to get the oem glass for my 2020 tacoma I was told 24-48 hr for call back time. if that was the case I would have had someone else install my glass instead of my vehicle sittind at the dealer for over a week.

I cannot recommend this shop as they do not respect their customers or their customers time. I tried to use this company twice in the last month. On the first visit, I waited an hour and a half for them to install a new windshield into my vehicle. After that time, they told me they cracked the new windshield and I would have to come back for another install. And then expected me to pay for the cracked windshield that they were going to replace in the future. I paid when the job was completed correctly. On my second encounter, I made an appointment for a different vehicle for warranty work on a job they had done previously. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they mistakenly scheduled it at a different location. So again, my time is not their concern. Both visits were handled by the manager, Bernie. These were his mistakes. He scheduled the second visit at the wrong location. I am thoroughly unimpressed and will find a different company for any future auto glass needs.

Dropped in quick because my rear view mirror came off the windshield I had replaced a few months back at the Aurora location. Without hesitation they quickly grabbed my truck, started the work, came back about 10 min later and let me know the adhesive needed to cure and itd be another 10 min. Awesome service!

I had them fill a rock chip in the windshield of my 2010 Crown Victoria and I am thrilled with the level of service and professionalism I received. I scheduled through their website at about 8AM, showed up for my 9AM appointment and I was on my way by 940. The staff was friendly to myself and everyone else I saw come through the waiting area, the service itself was true to the time estimate they provided and the end result looks great.

Every interaction I had with the folks at Safelite was very pleasant and polite!

If i could give ten stars I would. The man who first answered my call walked me through every step of the process and personally contacted my insurance company right there while i was on the phone, and in no time I had found that my insurance covered everything. Within a few hours two gentleman, just as polite, were at my parking lot fixing my windshield! I only do these reviews when I getSERIOUSLY GREAT SERVICE!

They ordered a part for our driver side window, called us when the part arrived, scheduled our appointment, sent us the name and picture of the technician ahead of time, and called us when the car was ready. They vacuumed the front seats. The technician identified the right problem without any overselling. Their price was comparable to two other shops but the service experience set them apart. Ill be bringing another vehicle to them soon.

Safelite incorrectly told me that body work was required to replace rusty components around my windshield before the windshield could be replaced. I know that this was incorrect because I took my car to a competitor without telling them about Safelites rust diagnosis and they replaced it without any trouble. At best this was a misdiagnosis that I was told would likely cost between $300-600, but at worst it was an effort to funnel work to the auto body shop that they recommended. On the day that I received the misdiagnosis and before I took the car to a competitor, I noticed my parking placard for my apartment was missing. When I contacted Safelite they told me they couldnt find it but led me to believe that they would pay the $100 that my apartment would charge for the replacement. After poor communication about the issue for two weeks the shop manager finally called and told me that it was not possible that Safelite had lost the tag because they hadnt done the work on my windshield, and theres no way that anyone would remove anything from the car until they start work. I explained that the tag was missing the day I took the car back from Safelite, not when I got it back from their competitor. He said hed check the shop again and get back to me, but he didnt. I have no stake in having Safelite replace this pass over their competitor that ultimately completed the work, I just want to be able to park in my lot again. Frankly, if I thought it had been the competitor who had lost it I would be delighted, because I’m confident that they would be much more expedient and accommodating in rectifying this mistake. Unfortunately, I know that my pass was missing the day that I took my car back from Safelite’s shop and I would not feel comfortable lying to the company that actually did my glass replacement just to get my pass replaced. Ill be paying for my lost pass and Ill be sending my friends and family elsewhere for their auto glass needs.

I had my glass replaced recently and could not be happier about the service I received. Obviously the installation went great but the technician went out of his way to provide customer service you just dont see these days. The technician not only replaced my windshield excellently but also cleaned my other windows and also cleaned the cabin of my car. There was also an issue with a wire being cut during the installation that was my fault for not mentioning beforehand, the tech was very apologetic (again mostly my fault) and gave me a discount on the install. The tech also gave me a pretty accurate window of arrival which was very helpful.

Great service, friendly staff. They mentioned that my windshield replacement could take up to 3 hours, luckily it only took about 2 hours. Easy to set up the appointment through my insurance company.

Thanks for pulling a bait & switch on me, and purposely keeping me out of the loop until it was too late. Don’t promise me an original dealer glass part over the phone and make me wait a week for it to come in, and then install a cheap aftermarket low quality glass and leave me stuck to pay for it after it’s already installed. If you value the integrity of your glass, Safelite is not the place you want to go.

Overpriced massive company that has too much over head to compete with local companies. Here youll be looking at about $300 for a windshield. If you go on Craigslist youll be looking at $120 and supporting a local business. The staff is probably pretty nice though.

They did a great job with my window, very knowledgeable and convenient.

They screwed up my name, Company name, address and other info when setting up an appointment. The woman I spoke with did not even bother confirming any info. When they finally came out to replace the window (3 and half weeks later) they did a bare minimum job. It says on the website that they vacuum up the broken glass. None of that was done. The molding or weatherstripping around the window seal is coming apart and they didnt even put the door handle back in the correct spot. I get most of these window replacement places are busy but for being bigger company you would think they would have better customer service and the installers would would pay attention to the details.

Eddie was awesome. Very kind to work with, did an amazing job, and communication was great! I would recommend Safelite to anyone needing their auto glass replaced.

Disregard the negative reviews. The customer service here was top notch. I showed up 30 minutes late and was told I might have to wait a little bit longer. However, my technician Mikael took my truck right in and got me out the door in under an hour. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. They did an amazing job replacing my windshield as well! Ill be telling everyone to go here.

After issues in Nebraska with Safelite and a rude customer service phone rep, this Safelite was awesome. Even though the rep said they wouldnt fix the windshield wiper that wasnt put on right, I stopped here anyway and they helped me on the spot, less than 5 minutes and gave me their direct number to call if I had an issues in the future.

Issue 1:friendly staff, subpar service.I have a windshield insurance on the car and unfortunately was directed towards this location for replacement. The insurance had the cracked windshield inspected in Utah while we were on ski vacation and found that a factory windshield is needed for a replacement. This location tried to get away with an aftermarket windshield that did not get installed only because it did not fit some of the necessary electronics. I dropped the car off and was informed that they were not able to do the job and it would take another day.

Drop on in! service was in a drop of a dime. I walked in 15 minutes early to have my vehicle windshield replaced. the representative at the desk pulled up my paperwork in a minute a second later walked out to looked at the vehicle. I was informed big league in work right away and that the time is going to be less than what was previously quoted. this was amazing Newsday here because I have work to do in 2 hours. the representative offer me condiments in television and was very professional. thank you for the great service Safelite

Windshield install was so poor air came through and the dash vibrates. Had to bring it back and have them do the job again same week of service.Fast forward 8 months and the windshield splits completely in half left to right.The windshield from the original manufacturer lasted twelve years and 220,000 miles. This one last 8 months and 16,000 miles.Last but not least you cant even call these guys on the direct phone number anytime you call you get directed to a 1-800 number Nationwide database and wait on hold 15 minutes to talk to someone.1 🌟

Terrible service!!! Do NOT go to safelite. I went in for a small chip and it turned into a massive crack in my windshield. Manager said there is nothing they can do about it and thats the way glass works. Awful.

Recently had the back window on my vehicle replaced, they did an excellent job. I wanted to get the windshield replaced about 2 weeks later. Online quote - $380. Glass America quoted $250. Having been a safelite customer for 15 years (in Colorado thats about 15 windshields) I called and asked if there was any sort of discount they could apply. They would not, and actually quoted me $420 over the phone. Sorry to say Safelite, you lost a customer. And anyone reading this, I highly recommend getting a quote from Glass America!

7 hours to install a new windshield that has a huge Distortion rate in the line of sight. Obviously no one bothered to check the class before or after installation. My Dash is also pretty filthy. Not happy! They need to manage this place was better. They even had your nonchalant about the whole thing I should have said hey we can take care of it first thing in the morning instead I got scheduled a week out. Thats not going to work for me.

I came in to fix a windshield with a L type hairline fracture about 7 inches. Amazingly, the crew at Safelite were able to fix this complicated rock break. The team went on to fix a minute chip in the center of the windshield and amazingly, that chip caused a fracture across practically the entire windshield. While their efforts were to go above and beyond as I had not asked for this chip to be repaired, this caused the windshield to have to be replaced. A dicey situation, but the Store Manager, Murry Hamilton, made the call to replace the expensive windshield for the price of the repair. Hats off to Murry for making this decision. I am grateful and now very loyal to this shop for their honesty and swift action to replace the windshield. A shout out to Murry is in order. Thank you.

Super professional staff but the quality of the glass installed is subpar. Windshield lasted approximately 13 months. Was told that there was a stress crack from a rock that caused the windshield to crack all the way up the middle. Was told windshields only last about a year in Colorado. This is unacceptable. I just want to make sure everyone is aware that the warranty only covers if theyve installed incorrectly. Ive lived in Colorado for 20 years and this is the first windshield that I have ever replaced in the five vehicles my husband and I have driven in the state over that timeframe. My recommendation to Safelite is to find a new supplier.
