A++ Jeremy and his team have helped me with two of my vehicles recently. One was a chip and the other was a full windshield replacement. The process was super easy and efficient from the get go. Henry was very helpful while setting up the appointments and getting everything squared away with my insurance which is always a headache normally! Seamless!! They showed up to the appointments (one at home and one at work) on time, called ahead, and were super friendly upon arrive. Service was fast and perfect with no surprise fees that always conveniently show up with other places. 100% will use them time and time again! You won’t be disappointed!

I needed my windshield replaced and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. They gave me a time block and they showed up within that time and replaced the windshield super quickly. Adam was the guy who came out and he did a really good job.

Would not use again. Scheduling was easy, they arrived and called just as stated, and the windshield seems fine. Price was just OK. The problem is the marks they left in the paint around the windshield in the paint on my truck. These were definitely not there prior to this installation. couple of them are even dents. Very disappointing.

Jeremy did a great job on my side window after someone broke into my car. The quote was competitive. I had a specific situation where that window doesnt roll down and Jeremy was able to rig it so he could finish the install regardless. Hes clearly a pro and has done this many times. Highly recommended, worked quickly but still made sure all the clips in the panel were reinstalled correctly.Came to my home address, arrived within the estimated window. Made this all very easy.

Ive had three windshields replaced by this place (2002 dodge ram, 2001 Ford Ranger, and 2011 Nissan Titan). They have done a great job with all three, fast and easy with no complications. Great service...fast and easy

The sealant for the windshield is terribly messed up and you can’t see my VIN through the cut out at the bottom of the windshield. I didn’t notice until I had someone come out to replace this windshield. They couldn’t believe how terrible the work was when I said it happened almost 2 years ago on the dot!

I am not completely happy, but they did the best they could without me having to get body work done. It looks like the tech used a prybar to remove the window trim by bracing on the fender. This left multiple dents and scratched the a-pillar. They took care of it and had a paintless dent repair company work on it. Its 90% better and they didnt hassle me on it at all, they just took care of it. I didnt bring it to their attention for a month since I didnt notice. Mistakes happen, its just what the company does next that matters.

So I scheduled an install, hoping for a same week time frame, which, to my amazement, I got. The guys who came out to repair my windshield were great. Unfortunately two days after the repaired the chip in my glass my windshield cracked while sitting unmoved in my driveway. On contacting the company they told me it was $220 to replace the windshield, and this was a discounted price because the job was under warranty! I had gotten a quote from another company for $250 not including a discounted warranty. So Im pretty thrilled their warranty covered that $30 bucks. Especially since they charged me like $80 for the chip to be filled. Pretty disappointing. I think Ill pay a bit more money because Im having some trust issues with this company now.

Quick and Easy! I got home and around the same time Evan showed up, it took him maybe 20 minutes to get it done and he was on his way! After reading some reviews I was weary, but the quote they gave me was literally half the price of anywhere else so I figured why not. I called at 10 or so in the morning to get a quote, they said if I could get there by 5 they could get it done the same day. I decided to take my chances and showed up at 455. They were very friendly and took my car in right away. About 45 minutes later it was done, paid for, and I was out the door. I couldnt be happier. Customer service and quality of work is outstanding.

I had a great experience with Precision Auto Glass! The quote was about $70 less than other competitors. My technician, Evan, was absolutely fantastic. There was an issue with the molding around my windshield so he personally went to one of their vendors, picked up the correct part, and replaced the molding for no additional cost. All in all the replacement took about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Jeremy, not only do I have a new windshield but my rain sensor also now works on my Audi S5. Whoever installed the prior windshield never installed the rain sensor gel pad correctly! Last year I had a new windshield installed on an A5 Audi. Took 4 hours at a different brand shop. Today it was about 1 hour. Would recommend Precision Auto Glass to anyone.

The installer that came to my house noted the incoming snow and recommended that the windshield replacement be performed in their shop, then proceeded to call and make all of the necessary arrangements.After I left, I noticed an unusual amount of wind/road noise coming from the passenger side of the windshield. When I called, they had me come right back in to check it (the rubber seal at the door/frame connection wasnt completely reset). Thirty seconds to make it right demonstrates that great customer service is timeless!

Kevin did an amazing job! After a bad windshield replacement job by another company, my windshield was whistling when I got on the highway and went anywhere above 65 mph. I called up Precision to see if they could fix it and they made the appointment-making process so easy! Kevin was perfectly on time and was easy to talk to. It was a little hard to figure out the exact source of the problem but he was perfectly willing to apply several fixes to make sure all bases were covered, and he offered to come back and look at it for free if it didnt work out the way it should. No need, the problem is fixed now! So grateful for Precision!

After a major hail storm here in Castle Rock, I needed my windshield replaced sooner than the two weeks a national glass company quoted me. I searched for local auto glass repair and found Precision. They were able to schedule the replacement install less than a week after the damage occurred. James Hill met me at my office and completed the install very professionally and efficiently, and was very sweet to listen to my hail story, building in a little bit of that customer rapport that I find very important. I would refer anyone I know to Precision Auto Glass and if they happen to get James to come out and install, its a bonus!

I had never had my windshield replaced before, so I was a little nervous and didnt have any basis for what constitutes good service and a good price. After searching for some quotes, Precision Auto Glass was the cheapest by over $100. They also had the most professional and helpful response back to my initial quote request (which I had submitted through their website). I was able to get my windshield replaced the very next day, and the employee replacing my windshield (Evan, I think) met me at the parking garage outside of my office building where he performed the replacement. He was very professional, very friendly, and happy to answer any questions. The whole procedure took about an hour, and I went back to work while Evan replaced the windshield.Hopefully I dont need my windshield replaced any time soon but if I do I will definitely go through Precision Auto Glass.

Precision auto glass puts the ass back in glass, cause damn my new windshield is sexy! The entire process was painless, and the technician didnt smell like Donald trumps balls after the first debate. He was on time and finished installing my windshield in about the same amount of time it takes to streak across the full length of a football field. Speaking of streaking, the windshield was beautifully clean not a streak or blemish in sight. 10/10. Would use again.

They technician came to my work to replace my windshield and he was not able to because he had the windshield for my old car. I have a 1989 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 that had a majorly cracked windshield. I call precision and the next day a technician shows up on time at my house, greets me respectfully and professionally and installs my new windshield within 20 minutes of arrival. I have to be honest, these guys are THE BEST! A few years back I had Safelite replace my windshield and it took them 4 tries! We recently had our side window shattered on our 2013 Honda Fit during a snowstorm in Wyoming. Being relatively new to the Denver area I had no idea who to reach out to for service. Luckily we called Precision Auto Glass. Our Technician, Evan, was extremely thorough. Not only did he give us a 1 hour window for the service call, he even called on his way to let me know hed be there in approximately 20 minutes. He was friendly, professional and thorough, going out of his way to let me know what protocol to follow after the repair. After vacuuming up the damaged glass he even expressed concern for my dogs paws in case there were small shards of glass that didnt make it into the vacuum.
