I searched online for local places with high reviews. I called, they gave a quote and told me about the quality glass they use and I was able to book a convenient appointment time for within a few days. They were great to work with. I loved that they are a local family owned business. Its so great to have a new windshield! Id definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

As a consumer, I like to write good reviews when the service is earned. I found JC Auto Glass online and appreciated the overall good reviews. I also wanted to use a local merchant/small business. I called, was given a price quote over the phone, and was able to schedule the repair w/n about a week. They were on time and finished the repair quickly and as priced. I will use this company again if I need auto glass repair.

Some businesses have lots and lots of reviews and usually the really good ones have mostly good and an occasional 3, 2, or even 1 star review. I tend to try and support small businesses and sometimes that means rolling the dice on whether the reviews online are accurate and give an idea of the business youll be dealing with.Well, last year around May before a road trip to the East Coast I looked around and found a company that not only had excellent reviews but also was extremely affordable. Obviously at the time I thought it was a gamble but when I noticed that it was possibly a branch of a larger company I was suspicious again. However, I called and spoke to Omar and found out that despite the name his was a sole ownership. Omar is a perfectionist does fantastic work and was able to get our Suburban ready for the road trip, he went out of his way to clean and make sure that he left the car in better shape (and not just the windshield) than it had been when he got there. He was done in about 90 minutes and we were thrilled. Sadly I was so busy at the time I had forgotten to write a review, sorry Omar.Fast forward to today, my small car was in need of a windshield and I called Omar. The price was still amazing, the work was done in LESS than an hour and he was on time and came to the house to do the work. Omar is a gentleman, works hard, is dedicated to his craft and does excellent work. As usual he left the car better than when he arrived (including the windshield) and charged an extremely fair price. I cant recommend this business enough. If you need autoglass dont call anyone else. J. C. Autoglass is your only option, dont let anyone else do this work. They are the perfect combination of excellent work and excellent price. Below are the two vehicles, our Suburban with the windshield still in great shape, and the smaller car with a beautiful NEW windshield.

I had to get my daughters car fixed after a break in. I live across the country Pricing was 30% below the national brand. He did an excellent job and treated my daughter wonderfully; cleaning the glass out and letting her take the car before I had been able to finish paying for it. I would not hesitate to use the company again!

I just had the most negative experience with this company. I used them before to replace two windshields. I was happy with the work so it was a no brainer when I needed to replace two more windshields. This time the experience has turned into a nightmare.I have had to reschedule twice as they have said they could not get one of the windshields from their supplier. This process has taken about three weeks. I finally asked that they come and replace at least one of them as the cracks are in my line of view and irritating. The response today was that he did not want to do the windshields as I had made him quote me too low of a price and that he did not want to do the job. I said I was trying to give him the business and below is his response.“Thats not business buddy you made me go 30 dollars lower on each glass that are oem for Ford,but business to me is paying full price Ill see you after 3 thanks for your business”This is one of the most unprofessional business interactions I have ever had. My response.“Wow! First I did not make you do anything. Second, I have been patiently waiting and rescheduled with you twice. At this point I do not feel comfortable with you doing the work. This exchange has been highly unusual and in my view incredibly unprofessional. Cancel my appointment.”I do not usually spend time on reviews but thought others should know what they are dealing with or maybe not dealing with....

JC auto glass came out to my workplace for a small fee, and did a great job replacing the windshield.I had put off getting my windshield replaced for a year. I knew as soon as I got a new one, it would get another chip or crack. After 3 cracks had spread in all different directions, i was concerned about it being safe. I called my insurance. They told me it would not meet my deductible. And suggested I go to their recommended partner business (chain store) for a discount. Lol. The price they quoted was ridiculous. I prefer to support small local businesses.Of course, as expected, a month later, a rock flew up from a passing vehicle and chipped my brand new windshield. At least i knew who to call... JC autoglass fixed the chip, so it doesnt become a much bigger problem later. Hopefully I dont see them again soon, but I would not go anywhere else! Thanks

Called Monday to replace tundra windshield, $280 with tax installed outside my house in 40 minutes. I even missed the initial appointment (my fault) because my phone auto sent the call to voicemail and they came back an hour later . Omar is to the point. What he quotes is what you pay. He is responsive, even if it is after work hours. Totally recommend. If I need a hail or windshield job, I would totally call him.

They did a fantastic job replacing my car front windshield in a cramped parking lot downtown. Got the apt scheduled in under a week and they drove to me for no extra charge. The work was finished in under an hour and required nothing from me but unlocking doors. All in all about $240 for a new windshield, I just had to peel some tape off the next day.

I would definitely recommend Omar and his business. Besides being the best priced, they were very communicative, professional, and fast at replacing my windshield while I was home.

JC Auto Glass was great! They were easy to set up an appointment with, came to my house on time and replaced my windshield in 45 mins. They were very nice and gave me a fair price. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again!

Omar was terrific! He quickly and easily made an appointment to come to my home. He was prompt and did an excellent job.

Omar was awesome. Had an appointment scheduled for 10 AM, but with weather, he were unable to make it out to me. Weather is not his fault and he quickly offered to have me come into the covered shop that same day to get the windshield replaced (taking just 1 hour out of my day). Pricing was great - I have a 2014 Ford F150 with rain/water detection and the cost was $236 out the door. JC Auto Glass was the first company to reach back out to me and had the lowest quote along with the friendliest/most helpful staff. Omar also offered free rock chip repair for the first chip as long as I came back to him. 10/10 would recommend and will be going here for any glass repair in the future.

After a bear ripped out the back quarter window in our van, I was a little doubtful of using JC Auto Glass because the price quote was literally half of some of the more known companies. However, I could not have been more satisfied! Omar came out to my house when he said he would and replaced the window effortlessly! I had called about 10 other places, and no one was close to their price! The window looks amazing!

Omar is the man! Seriously half the price of anyone else and was able to order and replace the next day. He even came to my house. I was nervous about replacing the windshield in my Sprinter Motorhome because of my horrible experience with Safelite. They put six huge dents with a crowbar on my A pillers in my Subaru. Omar didnt! He was %100 professional. He even re installed my shades on the inside of my windshield at no cost. I did a road trip the next day and on my way back I got a chip from a semi truck. Omar came back to my house and filled it at no cost! I cant even see where it was. I will definatally be using him in the future.

JC gets the job done quickly and is affordable. He communicates via phone or text messaging and responds to questions on his website. He even sends you a text to let you know when hes close.
