I had an appointment at a NTB closer to my area, but was called an hour before my appointment to let me know they had no mechanics there to take care of my breaks. My husband called NTB Deerpark and spoke to Marshall the Store Manager who told him that they could do it there as a walk in. No problem.Get there and Marshall tells me he can do it on the weekend because it is thru Carvise (discount comp.). After back and forth with Caradvise (who says they are open and can be done) and Marshall rudly insistng that Caradvise wont approve it due to being the weekend he finally got off his power trip and said hed do it. Then when I was time to pay he entered a $95 charges for inspection that is supposed to be free. It was entered wrong but gave attitude because I had questions about it. If I didnt really need my breaks fixed I would have walked out. My account was charged over $400 but after looking at the receipt the actual charge was $100 less, so now after calling Caradvise Im waiting on a refund due to the overcharge. Bad service from Marahall the Store Manager who I witnessed giving other customers a hard time. Jeffery who actually got the ball rolling with my car after Marshall insisted it couldnt be done was great. He listened and explained.

No hidden fees. Got 4 tires for my wifes truck in under 45 minutes. Aaron was super helpful. Amazing team!

Fast service. Did my oil change this morning. No wait time.

Brought my 5th wheel in to get new tires. They took off the tires, but could not get the wheels off the rims.They needed a special part and the technician in charge of that was off. So we had to leave the truck and trailer overnight. The next morning, upon opening they completed the job and it was ready by 10.

Had a spare on and a flat. Manger and service personel were courteous very helpful.I needed it done quick they took care of the tires and did a great job!

7:30 am not even open yet and rude worker with tattoos was unkind and not allowing us to park with a trailer for a minute. Not easy to get around parking lot but just good reason why we do business else where.

Made an appt online for my oil change. They took me right on time. In an out with a tire rotation in under half an hr. Very pleasant customer service. Even offered to change my reverse light.

Jeffree was very courteous and patient with me. I came in to find out about the buy 2 and get 2 tires for free. He not only compared the toes, but the process and even sent or to a different location for the tired that I chose! I asked him which tire he would put in his wifes car and he was very honest and help me choose the right tire for us!! It took a while to get my Jeep back, but if you do it fast you may not do it right!!

Exceptional customer service from Jeff. Although there was a long wait, the wait per amount of workers that were there working on vehicles was exceptionally quick. He offered me the best deal available and of course I had to agree put all four tires on my car. It was way cheaper then competitors in the area and I had just left Discount Tire off 45 and Monroe prior to coming there. I waited longer there just to be told that the price of installation and everything else was going to cost way more than what was originally quoted. Im sticking to NTB from now on for my tires!

Bad service and bad management. This was the worse experience Ive ever had at a repair shop. I bought a battery that was improperly installed which later that night left me stranded at work after hours. So the next day I returned it to get one properly installed somewhere else so when I went back to return the battery to get a refund that is were it went bad. Over the next month I dealt with the runaround and the managers bad attitude of thats just not our fault even they did it wrong. It took the corporate office to get the issue resolved finally.. All this headache over just trying to get a new battery but one thing is forsure Ill never go there for any car repair again.

Went in for tire repair on my new car, witch had Pirelli run-flats. Manager said I needed a new tire and all they had was Continental brand. I asked if the tire was the same quality/run flat etc. as the previous one. He told me it was a better tire with less road noise, so I bought it. Later that week I found out that it was not the same quality and not even graded for my vehicle per the Continental website.

I needed some tires aired up on this Tri axle trailer for a customer. The tires were rated to be aired up to 95psi. Most places dont offer air up to that rating but these guys were able to make it happen. I was in and out without a problem. Friendly staff made the experience better. Keep it up guys.

They refused to warranty a defective tire because it showed some signs of hard driving. This set of Sumitomo HTR Z IIIs had 1500 miles on them and lost a chunk after one Drivers Event. I cant really see the point of a High Performance Tire if it cant take more than driving around town as their service rep said. The warranty excludes racing, but these tires have never been anywhere near a race.Edit: well after arguing with the store and corporate office on a couple of occasions they begrudgingly agreed to replace the tire.

I spoke to Mr. Russel about an estimate for some tires. He quoted me and when my brother showed up to the store Mr. Marshall wanted him to either install the tires in store for $280 more or he would not sell the tires.(because they were not in stock)I tried calling politely and see where the mix up was so they can fix it but Mr. Marshall wanted to hear nothing. He was very rude and aggressive and ended our conversation with thats what it is so you have a good day sirJust be careful with those hidden prices if you want to buy off of this store . I thought I was getting a buy 3 get one free but there is no such thing, they add the price of the 4th tire as installation.

Great to deal with professional acting people. Had to have a tire repaired and an oil change and the mechanic took care of it immediately. Got me in and out in no time.

Store closes at 7pm not 8pm daily. It’s been 7pm for two years now, the Corprate office will not change it in their system due changing again in the future. Always go to the service managers or CSAs in the front, never the technicians for info or assistance. They are more knowledgeable and friendly. Otherwise not a bad place at all. 🙂

My son was stranded and Russell at in NTB was a godsend I think him so much and this company for hiring sent a considerate person specially in this time that were going went though OK

The store manager John was extremely helpful in getting my vehicle ready for inspection. Not only did he stop the inspection without charging me full price when he realized it was going to fail but he also tested my vehicle multiple times at no charge to see what needed to be done. He and the other staff were very friendly and worked in a timely manner. Not once did I wait any length of time. My car was taken right in and services provided quickly. I am very happy with this store and will return for future Services. Highly recommended!

I came in at 415. Needed 4 new tires and good ones too. Was told they they needed to get out of there by 5 so they couldnt install them that day. Last time I was here, they stayed till 6 to put them on. Why the inconsistencies?

Service manager put wrong size tires on my vehicle. I noticed tires were wrong which made my speedometer off by 10mph. Went back Sunday, they couldnt help because they had to go thru the mgr that did it. Called Monday, spoke to mgr who tried to make it right. Said I could bring it in between 7 & 8 am Tuesday. Here I sit Tuesday at 8:20 still waiting after they said the guy will be here at 8 to do tires and I had to tell them at 8:10 if they didnt pull my car in & start in 2 minutes I was leaving.Guess Im the only one here concerned about getting to work on time and doing my job.Now its 9:15 & Im back for them to repair my tire sensor. Light came on less than a mile down the rd. Service mgr tried to tell me its a Ford thing, gotta drive it. Luckily Im old enough to know better.

Took my work truck in to get maintenace done on it and was not too pleased with service provided. I told the girl that helped me out I specifically needed washer fluid and all other fluids topped off and I was told this was done. However this morning trying to clean my windshield and nothing comes out. Also got tire rotation and was told all my tires were topped off with air as soon as I pulled out 1 of the 4 tires was lower than the rest. All the major done was done I hope I know the brakes were done cause I could see the new rotors. If air and top off fluids needed to be charged to get done this would of been fine as long as it got done!

Rarely use them. Maybe if theres a good sale. Went there today and they quoted about $550 for two tires. It was a buy two and get two free. With the package they add youre essentially buying 4 tires. Found the same tires at Walmart. With their installation and balancing saved myself over $200.

I made an appointment early this morning and Ashley was very friendly and helpful. It was in and out in about 20 mins. I would reccomend this location very highly for customer service.

They are totally nice people, but their wait time is insane. They estimated an hour for my oil change. Over two hours later, they brought the car didn’t update the sticker, I knew my air filter was dirty but I wanted to see if they would check it, so I asked if they could check it before they started work on my car. When I was checking out he told me that they checked and that it was good. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

The tire repair was reasonably priced took a little longer than expected.

Went in for a simple wheel balance and rotation. Guy at the counter said it would take 2 hours but ended up taking 4! I understand 30 minutes, maybe an hour delay, but 2 hours?? Ridiculous. If time is valuable to you, go somewhere else.

Honest and timely. Will not perform any work if it is not needed. I took my car into have the tires balanced. They drove the car and realized it wasnt a tire problem. No charge nothing.

If I could give this 0 stars I would.The first time I went in with a nail in my tire, they broke the pressure sensor and tried to charge me for it. Only when I insisted that it had been in place and working did they search and find it in the trash where their tech had thrown it away. They gave me a new one but said they couldnt find a leak.When the tire continued to leak, I brought it back in and they patched it.Less than a week later and it was flat again. I brought it in today at 3:30 to give them one last chance to fix it. The guy at the front told me it would be an hour and a half. I came back at 5 and they hadnt touched it. I was told definitely by 7. At 7, they still hadnt touched it so I took my truck and left.Discount is right across the street, just go there and save yourself the frustration.

Theyre nice people but I would double check their work. For oil changes, check the oil level, confirm the oil dipstick was reinstalled (seriously), and check for oil spots under the car the day after. For quickest times, get there when theyre not busy based on the Google Maps popularity indicator.

Pleasant staff... need a bit of help knowing their job. Told my tires would be No problem, get there and wait a while to find out they are unable to put my tires on. Other tire shop nearby did it NO PROBLEM!!!!

Worst experience with buying tires Ive ever had. DO NOT BUY HERE!! My 2009 car had 41,000 miles, mostly highway, on it and was like new. Bought 4 Michelin Defenders, price was about $15 too much per tire according to a comparable price, no big deal. But before I let them take the car, I pointed out a scratched mag wheel on my car from the last tire repair at another dealer. They called me to pick up the car and claimed I needed a front and rear alignment, rear brake shoes and rotors and this would be $579 extra. I said no thanks to the alignment and brakes and went down to pick up my car. All four alloy rims were scratched all over the surface, they will have to be refinished. Then I noticed the manager put on the receipt that I refused alignment and the vehicle was out of spec. So I guess that means they wont pay for repairs if the tires are defective. Also I originally requested road hazard warranty for $99 and lifetime balance for 39, and these werent on the receipt either.

Came in late with bad brakes! Very helpful staff got me out quickly without costing a fortune. Definitely recommend.

They claimed my car could not be aligned when I left it because the inner tie rods were bad. I had replaced the inner tie rods 6 months ago and took it to a shop that said there was nothing wrong. Then I proceeded to take my car to Brake check on highway 3 and they gladly aligned my car for $80 instead of $100. These people are lazy I would not take your car here.

Went into NTB today to figure out why my wifes tire keeps going flat. The tire wasnt bad and fairly new. Searched the entire tire and couldnt find a nail or screw anywhere. Spoke with the Manager Marshall, he assured me they would figure it out and find a way to fix it or replace the tire. Well it ended up being a self tapping screw that was barely found. They fixed the tire and sent us on our way. Wait time was short and they saved me a good hunk of money. I dont leave reviews much but this really helped us out alot. We just had a baby and really needed this break. Just want to say thanks again to the guys and Manager at NTB.

They give out misinformation over the phone and have no concept of how a queue works. Tried to get my car inspected twice now. First time I was told over the phone that they do inspections all day but what they actually meant was all day that the employee doing inspections was working (until 5pm). Tried again a few days later and had the great experience of them letting two people who got there 10 to 20 minutes after I did get there inspections first. Terrible service, terrible management.

Don’t go here unless you have all day to wait!! There was 1 car in the bay and 1 vehicle waiting. I was told it would be a couple of HOURS before they could get to my car. Their excuse was they only had one technician working. This is not the first time it’s taken more than an hour to get a simple oil change. It doesn’t matter if you get there right when they open - they take their sweet time getting the job done. I don’t know why anyone would use them. They’re also rude and won’t work with your schedule. I will never take my vehicles here again.

I bought 4 tires and as soon as I drove my car on the highway, it was shaking a lot. I took my car back they said it needed another balancing. Once done, I drove it again on the highway and still shaking, but less. My car didnt shake even with old tires. I told them I wanted to return the tires and they said it was over the date allowed. A few days after that, I noticed my wheel lock key was missing, so I went back to the store and they said they didnt have it and to wait cause it was mailed to me. I never received it! They keep giving me the run around to order me a new one. Dont go here! Not worth it! I ended up with $650 cost, bad tires and no wheel lock! 😠

Set up an appointment for a complete tire installation, showed up and still had to wait in line. After the wait, I had to start the whole process from scratch. So please tell me why I spent time online locating tires, choosing all the services and extras only to go my appointment and get treated like a walk-in... so I went to the shop down the road and got everything I had on my order to include the discounts.

Went there to get a new set of tires on a Sunday since discount was closed, ended up costing me an additional $150 because one wheel hub had stripped wheel studs and then they didnt even finish my vehicle that day so had to miss work on Monday since i had no vehicle...$150 for a couple wheel studs i can buy are any auto parts store for a couple dollars each? Really?

My wife took our pick up in for an inspection. The person waiting on her said they would put the wiper blades laying on the back seat on for her. He punched it into to the screen and said here, pointing at his computer, never just saying what the price would be. When she got the bill, she was charged 24$ to simple use 2 minutes to install 2 wiper blades. I stopped by the store to ask and the person called my 60+ year wife a liar. He then had no desire to finish our conversation and started walking away. To think I had even met him outside to keep any other customers from hearing. Never got his name or position though he was working the counter and only person I saw around. Sham companies do business this way.

Least expensive full synthetic oil change Ive ever paid for. A little slow, but it was lunchtime on Sunday, so understandable.

The associate Ashley was especially helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable of the mechanics of my cars suspension. I will be returning to have more work done.

Initially, my mom had me take her car up to NTB to have her tires rotated. When the attendant returned inside the store, he informed me that a post had fallen off of the wheel. He said that because it fell off while he was loosening it, not tightening it, we would be the ones responsible to replace it. I called my mom to let her know what happened and because we could not afford the repair that day, she asked if we could at least drive it home. After the NTB employee said yes, I left.My mother was very upset about the extra money that she was now going to have to spend. She called the NTBs main offices and left several messages, letting it be known of her compliant. Her phone call was returned very quickly and not only did her post get fixed for free, she was also offered 3 free oil changes. NTB may have made a mistake...But they were more than prompt in repairing the problem, and, helping out with the free oil changes.. 5 stars.. Not for getting it right the first time, but for correcting the problem in a timely, professional manner.

Got an oil change with a coupon.It was very good, but the the coupon is to get customers in just so they can show you more work your vehicle needs that cost A LOT$ 1800$ which thank God I have a husband who can fix it for half the price!

Came for a simple tire changed. Ended up waiting for 4 hours!!! They werent even busy. 1st time at NTB, worst experience ever, will be the last time I come here. Even waited to even see someone for 8 minutes. Ridiculous.

My car wasnt running right, always steering off course so I took my vehicle to ntb and their mechanic Robert did a phenomenal job at fixing my alignment, not only that but he was very patient and thorough with the job!

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today from the Service Manager, Erin Molinaro. Very confrontational and disrespectful to this customer. I have never had an issue before with this store. Especially, when John Guzman, Manager, helps me. He goes out of his way to help anyway he can. Erin on the other hand, said she couldnt fix a flat 2 hours before they close because she didnt want to take a chance on having to stay past closing time. Very disappointing, since we bought these tires from this store and purchased the Road Hazard. l wont be buying tires again from NTB...all because of the service I didnt receive, a disrespectful Service Manager and not honoring their Road Hazard Warranty that I paid $81 for.

Sent my wife there to get a new battery in her car because I was at work. They charge 165 for and new battery and install. She waited 1 hour for them to put it in and then proceed to tell her the car wouldnt start!!! She waited 3 hours because they put a dead battery back in the car!! Im pretty sure thats basic mechanic 101? She waited that long with two little kids because a incompetent mechanic!!!

They were very professional & courtious. I was out of there before the time they said I would be.

I will never go back. Slowest place dropped my moms truck off early this a.m.Thursday only to come back from an eye doctor appt and shopping at wal mart around 2 plus hours and I truly believe they completely forgot about the truck... Never even touched it. There was 1 customer in the waiting and 1 car in the parking lot besides me. 0 excuses. Not the 1st bad experience Ive had here but it will be the last

How do you do a front brake job with only three new pads and not turn the rotors. I guess you thought no one would check your work ?I will find some one else to do it correctly and take the Company Business some where else.

The splash guard under my wifes car was hanging down. Stopped by NTB on East and asked what they would charge to fix it if they could. It cost us about 15 min...NO CHARGE. Not the first time NTB has done us a favor and service like that is why well be giving them our business time and time again

Ive been to this place twice and both times had to wait for a ridiculously long time. Not enough customers there to justify such a long wait. They are definitely in no hurry to get anything done. You have been warned.

Went to get a new battery and I was told if it is a carry out tire or battery you have to pay cash. No thanks...spent my 200.00 at Firestone instead. Seems like an odd rule.

Have been in multiple times and recieved absolutely no service due to the front not being manned. Came in today and waited around 15 minutes. When we decided to just leave and go somewhere else an employee walked to the front from the garage and just stared at us.Would not recommend, will not be going back

I took my truck in to have the universal joints replaced. Supposed to be a 0.9 hour job. They had my truck for 2 days because they broke the caps on both ends of the driveshaft. They couldnt find the parts and had to have them made and then charged me for the parts to be machined, removed and put back together. I will not return to any NTB due to the poor customer service. Any other shop if they break it they fix it. Not at NTB of they break it YOU pay for it.

I only give them one star as I could not give them less. Go there with less than 2 hours to closing and you will be turned away. I had read the reviews but went anyway. They were right on the money. This place is a pigsty. The people working were putout by the three customers there. I was just going to buy 2 gel batteries. Ill spend my $500 elsewhere.

Never again. They make appointments but it still ends up being first Come first serve. Made complaint about store and Never heard back from management on the issue. They really do not care about keeping customers. It is not a store issue because I have been to two NTBs and they are run the same way. Appointments mean nothing.
