Came for a valve fix, frank and the team and very knowledgeable and honest people. Will definitely be coming back for my car issues & they are open late which is a bonus. Went somewhere else where they wanted to charge me a crazy amount, STS was fair and did not try to steal my money. Will definitely recommend others Im extremely satisfied with my service.

I have to say I am very impressed with there service. An incident occurred to my vehicle not on STS part, but the manager Mr. Neil is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I just wanted to take a moment to warn anyone who might be thinking of going to the STS Tire on Long Island Avenue in Deer Park to avoid this garage at all costs. I brought them my Ford Mustang in amazing condition to have four new tires mounted and their mechanics caused damage to all four wheels, with lots of scratching and paint loss and general damage to the rims, which up till then had been in exceptional condition, just like the rest of the car. I promptly brought all this to the attention of both corporate and the local manager, and after chasing them down for nearly two weeks and providing multiple documentary photos of the damage, they brushed me off with snide double-talk, denying any responsibility for the hundreds of dollars of damage their incompetent mechanics caused.They dont know what they are doing, are extremely sloppy and dishonest. They WILL damage your car and then deny that they did it, and refuse to pay to fix it. Just look at what they did to the rims of my car just to mount some new tires! Avoid them.

I was happily surprised to have everything done so quickly! As a woman it can feel scary going into a place like this. However I immediately felt comfortable speaking with the manager, Neal, while I waited. I will definitely go back to this STS to have other work done on my car. He explained things in a way I understood which was very different than experiences I’ve had in other stores. Five stars well earned!

I have purchased tires multiple times from, and had a 4 wheel alignment done at STS Tire in Deer Park. The manager Neal took the time to explain what the differences were between the tires I was considering purchasing and helped me select the best ones for my vehicle. His team also got the alignment correct, after I had been to 2 other shops that couldn’t get it right. I have referred my friends to see Neal when looking for tires and auto repairs. I would always go for any small or major problems and always be treated like family. I was never over priced if anything underpriced. They check everything not only what you asked or what the major problem was they will find other things and let you know to keep your car in its best driving condition. Working with Neal and Frank is a professional experience. Its like having a mechanic in the family who you trust. Their auto knowledge is wonderful. They easily make you feel comfortable in what they have found to be wrong with your car and how they can fix it and your cost(s). Recent repair was lower than the quote ... thats nice!Recently, I went to STS on a Friday afternoon expecting to leave my car overnight for an early Saturday repair. My wife was waiting in her car to take me home. My dealership recommended a repair for appx $200. STS quoted me appx $100 over the phone. I asked Frank what the repair involved and what I should expect as an outcome of the repair. He honestly told me that he wasn’t knowledgeable enough to answer my question. So he called James, the mechanic. OMG!! James told me that I didn’t need any repair at all and that dealerships routinely tell customers that the type of repair I was being recommended was necessary. It wasn’t at all. So because of James’ honesty, I was able to go home without spending a dime and feeling more confident that STS is a great place to go to. Thank you Neal for hiring Frank and James to your team. You guys make auto repairs comfortable.

This location is very clean. The employees are awesome and polite. The management is straight forward and dont try to sell you things you dont need. I will keep going here just from my few experiences with this crew.

Made an appointment the day before. Waited 3 hours to mount and balance ONE wheel. brought the rim back home and noticed 4 gauges colored over by sharpie. these gauges were from the mounting machine. so sad. brand new rim now looks like it was used.

I have used this STS for a very long time. I am very satisfied. Are they perfect? No, there have been a few issues through out the many years, but generally everything gets straightened out and taken care in a reasonable and fair manner. I just had my first experience with STS tire in deer park I was helped by an extremely wonderful and helpful man named neil. I was unfortunately stuck with a flat in my spare and desperately looking for a tire after two failed attempts at mavis and another local tire shop I reached at and they had 16 in stock, all prices and grades. Neil explained all of my options to me and helped me decide on the right one for me. When I made it there he was already working on everything for me and immediately got me in to the Bay to install the tire. (My last experience somewhere else I waited 2 hours and the man rolled the tire out to me not willing to put it on). They at STS are now HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me and I will travel from kings park to come here!!! Thank you.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE - THEY WILL NOT ENTERTAIN MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ON TIRESI bought 4 tires from them Continent LX Cross contact Sport 275/45R20, they charged by $320 for each tire (online prices are $250-$285 though). Total bill of $1674. Two months after purchase i had damage to tire which was not serviceable so i reached them out telling them that its covered under Continental limited warranty, their website expressly says If your tires become unserviceable within the first 12 months, we’ll replace them for free.+. They refuse to assist with the Continental tire manufacturer warranty (which is FREE on any any Continental Tire Purchase from any where) and told me they are not authorized dealer and i did not buy a separate warranty from them (WHY ON EARTH WILL I PAY THEM FOR WARRANTY WHICH IS FREE ON ANY ANY CONTINENTAL TIRE PURCHASE BY MANUFACTURER???).I had to call them multiple times, i had Continental Tires representatives on call telling them that this is covered in FREE Warranty by manufacturer, they should replace the tire and get the Credit from Continental. But the person did not listing, kept arguing and being rude with Representative from Continental and then hung up the phone. They will JUST NOT LISTEN TO YOU, they didnt even bother to check / ask anyone else. Just bang the phone down.The Continental tire representative in courtesy called another nearby location (just a local shop who sells continental tires) who were happy to service me for FREE because its under warranty (Despite i did not purchase from that location) and continental will give them credits.Runaway from these unauthorized dealers who wouldnt even stand behind a manufacturer warranty and over price you on a tire and then try to sell you their own warranty.

Wonderful service, quality work even a little short handed today. Honest with me, cost less then i was quoted. Very professional, ill be back next week with my other vehicle. Nice not having unwanted surprises with your bill.

I had a flat tire but I had my own tools and a donut to go on the car till I got home turns out I couldnt get flat tire off the car so I drove slowly 2 STS Tire here in Deer Park New York told them my situation 2 store manager John he said we will take your tire off your car for you no charge I thought that was exceptional so I gave their mechanic a $10 tip anyway I truly appreciated their help.👍

Went in for and inspection. The bald guy with a goatee and glasses in the front had me waiting 15mins while he was on the phone complaining about another customer savior how he gave the best price and no one could do better. He went on and on for 15 mins. I had to interrupt his conversation for him to acknowledge me. Plenty of better places to go in the area.

Recommended service for lug nuts when I came in for a axel problem changed the lugs but never did the axel when the job called for a hour and a half labor I was there for 3 hrs and when i left the same wheel with the lug nut he replaced Is now missing two lug nuts and stems and the other three are still lose with the tire hanging on by a thread I went to the closes mavis and the cannot help me as I need to go to the same sts location but there all the same company this is bs
