I would like to begin by saying I wish I could give this store 0 stars. My daughter took her car in for a front end alignment. She got a call from them an hour later stating that the left control arm was completely worn out and would need to be replaced and it would only cost around $400. The problem is that we had both control arms replaced two weeks ago. I called back and asked the receptionist for the cooperate number because I was going to call and report them. She put me on hold after which a person who identified himself as a manager named Randall picked up and proceeded to tell me the control are was shot. I told him that we had both replaced two weeks earlier and we would be picking the car up. He began to get angry so I hung up. My daughter arrived to pick it up but he wouldnt give her the keys until he lectured her on his 20 something years of experience and how he had a video. She said he was visibly upset, his face was red, and his hands were shaking. At the time she had no idea I told him I was reporting him. She was scared.

I was waiting to get my car serviced for an hour just so they get it started and it never happened. So disappointing experience. Ive been a customer for a long time and never had a situation like this but not all locations have these problems. Hopefully it will get better.

The staff were so fast and professional. I was really surprised that they were able to have my car in and out in the same day and even negotiated with my extended warranty company to make sure I got the best deal possible. Thank you for all of your help Tatiana and Randall!

I went in for my vehicle state inspection and was out in 25 minutes.

I only have a 1 so that i could write this review. I took my vehicle in to get an estimate on what was going in with my brakes. I was told it was my master cylinder. They said it would be 503.00 to change my master cylinder because they had to adjust the back breaks. I did my homework prior to my cost for the part was 115.00 and my vehicle doesnt require the back breaks to be adjusted. I felt totally taken advantage of because i was a female.

I cannot say enough nice things. These guys are extremely fast and efficient. Came today with a wheel bearing issue. In and out in less than an hour. Fantastic.

I had my brakes changed. Great service! Everyone was very nice and informative. They took me I. Right away and was out very quickly. The waiting room was clean and smelled great. I really liked that you could see everything as they worked on your car. Definitely recommend this place.

Very rude lady at the front desk. She did not want to explain how much and why the price was that amount when I asked her she very rudely pointed at the screen and said it like she didnt have time in her day to do her job I needed two tires an oil change and windshield whisper but because of her I will not being going there and would never recommend it to anyone in fact I will tell people not to go there

My wife went to Firestone to have an inspection done because I regularly HAD gone there to get oil changes done and liked the service. During the inspection they found that her power steering fluid was low and her serpentine belt needed to be replaced. The cost to replace the belt alone was over $300. Being a mechanic myself, I got home and checked the fluid, it was low so I topped it off. Then I checked the belt which they said was dry rotted and cracked and needed to be replaced immediately. The belt looked like it had been on a 12 year old vehicle, but it wasnt cracked or dry rotted. To get a second opinion we took it to another Texas inspection station. I specifically told them to look at the belt and give me their opinion. Their opinion was that it was fine. Firestone was simply trying to get an extra $300 out of a $30 inspection. I have advised the rest of my family and friends to not use Firestone. I would rather go through the effort of changing the oil myself then give money to a bunch of mechanics that completely fit the stereotypical profile of being crooks. Shame on you, Firestone, hopefully the $300 in the belt change was enough to compensate for years and years worth of oil changes and tire alignments/rotations.

Always great service here. No need to step out your car. They offer you a newspaper and get the work done. Price is good and service couldnt get any better.

We have used Firestone in Deer Park for over 40 yrs. Randall and his staff have helped and maintained our vehicles, plus others that we have had for friends done. Would not take them to Any other place. They are very professional.

Came in Saturday morning. Got 4 tires and oil change. There was a few other vehicles already there but, they got me in and out in a reasonable time. Randall communicated to me well. Explained all my options clearly. The service tech did a good, clean job. Overall good experience.

I was having brake problems on my 2012 3500 Ram dually do to my own fault of not keeping up on the service end of it. I pulled in yesterday and I was told that it would be a hour before they could get to it. They got to it in about 30/40 minutes and I was very happy about that. The guy that worked on my truck did a awesome job for sure. He replaced everything related to brakes on back end. It only took him around 2 1/2 maybe 3 hours. At first I was told it would be around 5/6 hours.My complain is that I got charged 2,026.00 dollars for around three hours of work. To me I got screwed big time on everything other than the guy who worked on my pickup. I talked to a couple of guys that did the same thing and the parts were around 640.00 for all four sides take it for granted they did it there self and didnt have the warranty and a certified mechanic do it. I didnt have the time to do it myself or I would have.I just fill like I got charged a out of state price really. I did call the 800 number on the back of my receipt last night and vented and explained my concern on the over all prices I was charged.I have dealt with Firestone all over the USA and not one time was I changed such as price.I realize my small about of money I have spent during my life didnt keep them in business. Im certain that my call will not do any good that I made last night. I can promise one thing if Firestone doesnt make something happen I will never spend one more dime ever at a other store and I will in courage others not to as well. I figure that Im good for around 10,000 more dollars till the end of my life. Like I said I know my little bit wont make or break Firestone but its the hole reason behind it.I guess I had a choice a Pearson always does and to be fair I was told the price ahead of time but what does a guy do when in my position at the time? It was to unsafe to drive and then when work is done you either pay or dont get your vehicle until you pay the bill. I never ever complain about anything ever but I was extremely over charged. Has anyone ever heard of 2,026 dollar brake job on the back end. Like I said the mechanic done a great job. The life time warinty means nothing to me. Great service and customer service. I replaced my tires and the TPMS sensor fault was still on. They didnt reset it and when I went back they told me the sensor had to be replaced. They replaced it at no charge because they didnt catch it when the tires were being replaced. I will definitely be back in the future.

We love our local Firestone store. Courteous, Professional and Knowledgeable. They go above and beyond every time we take our vehicles in to be serviced.

This is one of the locations that does things the right way. Yeah they RECOMMEND services, but so does every dealership. You can take your car here and they will take care of you and honor their word or you can take it to an independent shop where they usually have no guarantee or warranty. Anyways, love the people and will take my car here for years to come. They are one of the most highly trained and most knowledgable staff Ive ever met.

Avoid this place especially if you’re colored!! No type of customer service or respect not to mention outrageous claims made. They tried to tell my girlfriend she had a blown head gasket and quoted her $2800 for repair. Little did they know we had Nissan run a diagnostic test and knew the problem and wanted to know what they were gonna quote us. 2800 for a blown head gasket? Did they really just try and double the price? These are dishonest mechanics at its finest.

A complete and epic fail. I trusted Firestone to change the oil in my 2017 dodge 2500 diesel truck. They overfilled it by 6-8 qts. The overfill pressure caused the front seal to fail. Oil is all over the undercarriage and my concrete driveway is a complete mess. I don’t know the extent of the engine damage as of yet. Luckily the truck is under warranty. I will say Firestone has been willing thus far to pay to have the truck towed and fix it. You would think that by charging 166$ for an oil change it would at least be done properly not cause major engine damage to your vehicle!!!

Went to Firestone for oil change and state inspection. Guy who helped initially was not terribly friendly and seemed annoyed at his computer. After my service was completed, the woman who helped me was friendly and let me know about two worn down tires barely passing inspection (and of course a quote for two new ones). The work was done within the timeframe I was given while I was waiting, and everything went smoothly.

Staff is very knowledgeable, and efficient. A real pleasure to be around while they repair or maintain your vehicle.

Website says the shop closes at 7pm. Showed up at 5:50pm and was told they couldn’t perform an oil change because the only person in the shop was the “cleanup” guy? There was one car being serviced and no line. Why are you open till 7 if you stop taking appointments before 6? I’m a working single mom who has a hard time fitting maintenance like this my schedule. I’ve been a long time customer, but won’t be after this. I’ll find a shop who actually works the hours they advertise.

So I took our car to get an oil change today, usually my husband takes it. Randall the manager knows my husband and does a great job for us! The customer service provided by the old lady who works there sucks!!! She approached me with no customer service at all and seemed like she wanted to not work today. It’s one thing to tell a customer you won’t provide a service, but it’s another thing to say it with an attitude and dismiss me as if I’m not a customer who is here to pay this company and I’m the customer who makes this company money which provides the job you have. I hope this woman fixes her attitude or Firestone will be losing a lot of customers eventually. If you don’t want to work keep your miserable self home.

Picked up a nail while traveling in the la Porte Texas area. These guys plugged and patched the tire in less than half an hour and for about $20. Got me back on the road quickly.

Make sure you inspect your truck before taking it. Had rack and pinion replaced, and when I picked it up Randall was implying that I needed a new clock spring. Once I got home I researched what he was telling me about me was wrong with my when I picked it up(horn not working and air bag light was on). When I dropped off my truck the horn was working and the air bag light was off, then went to use cruise control and that wouldnt work either. When I took my truck back the next day the lady I talked to was very unhelpful and rude.

I walked in to get a fuel filters and a oil change on my truck and I was not acknowledge or help in any way this shop has poor service

Never again will I dare use Firestone, the most slowest service ever ,all though I will recommend it anyone that literally wants to spend there day at there service center. I would prefer anyone to take it to a small mom and pop shop that will get the job done in minutes. Ive been here so long I already missed half my work day for a single nail on one tire .

I was told buy a sales person to go figure out what size tire I want and come back rather then looking in his computer maybe working with me to find something he went and talked to his family friend about there camping I will be finding a new place to take my company truck and will be purchase tires for my other 2 cars from another company

This location is horrible! Not friendly or helpful! Once you purchase an alignment they make it very complicated if you want to bring your vehicle back to get checked on the warranty. Stay away from this location!

A woman named Michelle answered the phone and I was upset but respectful over the phone she told me that I can take my business somewhere else i said I dont care for the attitude, Michelle then sa I told her that Ive spent almost 600 dollars on the engine they charged me for a complete work on the tune up but they only changed 1and 3 spark plugs they said they could not change 2 and 4 spark plugs do to the fact it was as they said melted or frozen in and the only way to able to get them out is to possibly snap the heads or remove the head completely with the spark plugs i did however tell them no go on that cuz it just seemed shady so I left it at that then on top of it they charged me for shop supplies witch the money I pay to get my car fixed pays for that why do I have to pay for a can of wd-40 they use if thats the case Im going to take the can of wd-40 home with me.

They told my wife she needed a new tire that had a small screw in it on the flat surface of the tire. They wanted $200 for the tire. Took it to Dorsetts Auto and had it patched for $17.50. This isnt the first time they tried to screw her over too.

Had me waiting for almost an hour with my infant and toddler just to be told the inspector went to lunch. Something that takes 20 minutes top. Never again.

Had a flat on our work truck stopped here and was in and out in 30 min. Thanks Michelle and shop crew.
