For example, the car was brought in to repair damage to the passenger side doors. Not only did they do a great job repairing the door, they also fixed a dent on the front fender without an additional charge. I had a great experience at R Collision. I was treated very well from the start. I had a bad frontal accident with my Honda which had caused my radiator and condenser to be broken. The hood, bumper, grill, and fender were all damaged. Anthony gave me an honest assessment of everything. Never tried to make up things or add things that wasn’t needed. That is a rarity in the auto business. He got the job in a couple of days and I am very happy with result. I got exactly what he promised and what I expected at a fair price. The office manager Irma was a pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and nice. She made me feel very comfortable. All in all, everyone there was great. I highly recommend it and I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you guys.

Amazing service; Jennifer practically saved my car. I have quotes from other shops and they quoted me $8000+, close to the cost of the car itself. Many shops saying my car is pretty much totaled. Jennifer fixed my car for about $2500 and it looks great. The wait is reasonable, and the communication is great, and the result is stunning. Jennifer answered all my questions and she keeps her initial quote. This is one of the best body shops and I recommend this place to everyone.

I found R Collision online, I read the great reviews & decided to stop by for an estimate. I was rear ended @ a traffic light & had damage to my rear bumper. The lady who hit me offered to pay cash instead of going through insurance. Jenn is amazing, she looked over my car thoroughly for damage & gave me a fair price for repair. She even contacted the lady for me to discuss & arrange for repair with rental car. The car was repaired in a day & looks beautiful. I was very impressed with R Collision & highly recommend. They were GREAT. I called them just to get the price and compare them to other shops on window tints on my car and they told me even if I didnt pick them that to make sure I got the real official tint and not something that would fade in amount of two years. Wonderful price and my car was worked on while I waited. Great customer service def. bring my car back here to get any more work done.

After my wifes accident with her 2011 Dodge Nitro Heat, we call them and they got her car within an hour and informed us when they did. The work they did, in the short period of time they had it, to her truck is OUTSTANDING! Its appearance is better than getting it from the dealer and their detailing job. Anthony is a perfectionist and I appreciate that fact. Professional, friendly and VERY fair to the customer. Tells you in up front what needs to be done and takes your opinion hand in hand with his suggestions. I drive a 04 Envoy and I am taking it to him for the touch up and detail. We had an unfortunate event occur with one of our vehicles resulting in my husband needing major repairs to the body of our car. It was such an inconvenience to us at the time given the fact we have a brand new baby at home. R. Collision had the most amazing customer service we have ever experienced which made our lives so much easier. I am compelled to write this review because of how wonderful they treated us there. They were so kind, patient and accommodating. We planned to leave our vehicle with them while we were away in hopes we could pick it up upon our return. We asked them if we could pick up our car a few days early, they (understandably) needed more time with our vehicle, but knew the importance of us needing our car back and made sure they would be finished sooner then initially planned. They even made sure they cleaned and detailed the car even with the short notice and change of plans!! (Our car looks 50x better then when we dropped it off). They also gave us some extra detailing ink for any future scratches!! Upon paying for the services, I stupidly wrote a check out of the wrong account and it bounced. We called them immediately and they had absolutely no problem at all with the mistake I made and told us to pay them whenever we were able!! My husband paid them 4 days later and they didnt even want the extra money we tried to pay them for the fee incurred from the bounced check!! The receptionist is just so sweet, the owner is honest and trustworthy and they make you feel like family. I truly never write reviews but just had to this time. Amazing work and amazing customer service. I wont be bringing our cars anywhere else!! Thank you R. Collision!!!

Theres a lot of auto body repair shops in deer park as well as the surrounding areas, but Rcollision is by far the best. They are kind courteous and wont break your pockets. You will leave with your car very pleased. This is the only place I will ever bring my car. I highly recommend Rcollision.

Ive been taking my car to R Collision for nearly 3 years now and wouldnt think of going any where else with my car. I am one of those stereotypical girls that dont know anything about her car except that you need to take it to get an oil change every 7,500 miles.Other shops that Ive dealt with before talked me into unnecessary repairs and overcharged me. Anthony (the owner) impressed me so much on my first trip there. He didnt push me aside assuming I didnt care anything about my car but instead he explained everything about my car and what was wrong. He is also very reasonably priced. I looked around for a long time searching for an honest, reasonable and prompt auto body shop and R Collision is definitely it. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

My husband and son had this place restore their old Chevy chevelle. $7000 later they will not complete the job they promised. The car was never wet sanded and they also cracked the windshield. Run from this place. They’re crooks.
