A few weeks ago I had a Horrible Time getting my car fixed.When I set up my appointment with Tony the manager it was an AM appointment. They were two hours late, 2 pm.the day after it snowed & rained. The windshield leaked.They claim to have a Great Neck location but I needed to bring my car to Deer Park & leave it with them for 2 days.Tony called and said the car was ready but I had to wait 3 hours at their shop. I came to learn Tony is the owner.

I had a bad taste in my mouth when I made my appointment to replace my windshield. I should have listened to my gut instinct. I live near Great Neck Called 411 & was given the Touch of Class #. After being on the phone for 1/2 hour (constantly being put on hold) all insurance was taken care of & the appointment was set for 2pm the following day & a 1 hour installation. Only then was I told I has to drive to Deer Park & they had moved.I arrived at 1:45 & was told my car would be next.I didn’t get out of there till 5:45 -- 4 hours .Listen to your GUT

A few weeks ago I called a glass company to replace my windshield. I chose Touch Of Glass because they are closest to me. I made an appointment to go to their location & thank goodness that I did, I quiver to think of these people going to anyones home.It was the first appointment of the day & I arrived 10 minutes late. I was told that they put another car in the shop.& said they tried to call me -- I had no missed calls. I agreed to wait an hour and sat in my car reading.an hour & 20 minutes went back in and was told I needed to wait another 10 minutes.They brought my subaru in and I sat in their waiting room. It was supposed to take an hour. After about 40 minutes Nick the installer was talking with Tony, the Owner & I could hear them. They went into the shop and shortly after began yelling at each other. Tony went back to the office & I could hear Nick swearing on and off for another 40 minutes.When nick brought me my keys he talked about what a great job he did and Im sure he was looking for a tip, how rude after nearly three hours of my time. Two if these hours in a terrible environment. I would have given 0 Stars but you can not post unless you click on a star.I should have read the reviews first - dont let distance be your guide.

I live about 2 miles N/W of this Deer Park company. Very cordial to get you in the door BUT...My windshield was replaced about 6 weeks ago. The windshield leaked at the first rain drop. After calling 3 or 4 times in as many days I was contacted by one of the owners, Tony, who said he would call me in a few days to set up an appointment to bring the car in. I needed to leave the car for 36 to 48 hours in order for them to dry the car out.About 20 days from the dated of installation my son visited the shop and learned from one of the employees that Tony had been thrown out of the Shop by his business partner. THEREAFTER MY CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED.I had the car fixed elsewhere and I still smell the moisture in the carpet. I will need to go to court on this damage.Stay away from this company.

My new car got a cracked windshield on the LIE.i did a search and found touch of glass long island.I am glad i did , they made an appointment to come to mereplace my windshield and settled all the payment directly withmy insurance company. could not have been easier, I highly recommend !

Touch of glass is the bestThey came to my house and worked with my insurance companyNick was the one that helped usHe works with all insurance.We found them becaus safelight cancelled our appointment due to lack of service advisors who could fix the glassI will always refer Nick and touch of glass

The lead tech Nick has constantly out performed the corporate guys on t.v.my, FERRARI windshield was 9,000$ , and Nick the most accredited auto glass tech in new York handles these task with confidence and swaag. , and he will let you watch him fix your car and engage you ikn top shelf convo.I would marry my daughterf off to him ,
