His price beat all other quotes, being more than 1/2 that of others.Anthony and Clay came to measure and make a complicated template. They returned a day later to deliver and install and wouldn’t leave until the fit was PERFECT!This picky customer is overjoyed with the outcome and highly recommend these guys for your glass needs!!

I called yesterday 12/1 2020 and the owner Tommy was very nice and helpful. I needed a double pane window fixed at my home. He sent someone right away to measure it. And today 12/2 2020 Tommy called and then sent the guy right away to replace the widow. Excellent job. I highly recommend them. He quoted a price and stuck to it, he said it would be done the next day and it was. What more could you ask for. I would diffently use them again.

Best prices around town. Cheapest fastest I’ve found. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to replace auto glass or any glass. My car is equipped with safety feature camera on windshield and most places i called were telling me i had to get the camera calibration done which was another $200-$300 on top of glass replacement but Tommy was very honest and told me to wait until i get error. Did a great job.

Had windows replaced 2 years ago, they already r cloudy. Windows were not sealed properly, and the workers are not to be trusted.

Marginal. The tech changed my windshield, and lost some parts. The mistake doesnt bother me. That he kept it to himself and drove away without saying something does. What else did he not do? Id never use this vendor again.

Greatest experience with a glass company.I had to leave feedback about mr.glass...wow this is like a old world company great service took perfect care of my auto like it was theres. they changed the glass super fast & the installers did a perfect & clean job. I had another company replace my last windshield and dented my hood and used cheap glass but not this time I called Mr glass and found a winner thank you guys at Mr glass A+ I will use them again

I had to fix my windshield twice this year and both times the employees have shown me exemplarary service. I had came in today and within minutes they where able to go through and change it. I 100% would recommend everyone to come here. Fast service and saved a lot of money.

Tommy at Mr Glass, was recommended to me by another shop ..he not only changed my windshield, but went above and beyond to find a leak in my car, that had nothing to do with the windshield...after numerous shops couldnt find it, he did!! Now when it rains my car is DRY inside! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Tommy and the Boys over at Mr. Glass did the right thing. i was unhappy with the way the slider (in the side glass) was positioned and they switched it around for me. my Camper van is my Dream and when i saw the opening was not in a functional location.. i brought it back next day service DONE!!. I had gotten my windshield replaced by Safelite last time. It was a nightmare. I have the new lane assist technology. They booked me in the afternoon, replaced the glass in about 3 hours, but couldnt reconfigure the lane assist technology cuz you have to drive it at 40 mph+ and it was rush hour on the LIE. Dummies! Had to back the next day. Mr glass booked me in the morning, gave me a ride both ways to/from my house, and completed everything in about 2.5 hours.

Horrible customer service. Rude when I called for information, ignored me when I walked in to drop off a frame and disrespectful at pick up. Being polite to your customers does not take much effort. Word of mouth is your business FYI.
