The facility is clean and well organized. The personnel are friendly and professional. They are straightforward, and I feel like, honest.I would feel safe leaving my vehicle with them to repair.

I had just move to Pasadena, TX and didn’t know where to go, so I looked up collision centers and their reviews and they were not wrong with the 5 stars. Lindsay, I believe, was always on point with keeping me in touch with every move they made on my car. The collision team did an awesome job in the repair of my front and back bumper. I’m super glad I chose them to fix my car. I have no complains about the work made to my car. I would definitely recommend this collision center and their wonderful working team.

I meant to do this when they repaired my car, but I was really busy. I was truly amazed at the friendly and courteous atmosphere. They kept me informed on what was being done. They didnt release my car as predicted because they were not happy with the paint job. When they finished with my car you couldnt even tell that I had been side swipped. I highly recommend them. Took my vehicle here after my mother recommended Welsh to me. I was very impressed with how courteous Bret was when we arrived. He took a quick look at my SUV and and gave me a very reasonable price. Normally I wouldve expected the repairs to take 2-3 weeks but they managed to get it done in under a week! They even repaired scuffs and damages not related to the accident and even detailed my vehicle!! Now thats going the extra mile! The shop is very well kept and you can tell they take pride in all they do. I would recommend Welsh to anyone in the future. Great honest work is hard to find these days and Welsh sets the bar!

This is a great place for auto body repairs. Very friendly people, did a great job!! A piece of trim work popped off about 2 weeks after I got my car back and I called them. Lindsey is super sweet and said shed order it and theyd put it on for me. They were even nice enough to touch up some of the small rock dings on my hood with the extra paint from my previous body work. So glad I found Welsh Collision on Google AND I used them based off the comments left by others. Some places I googled had terrible reviews!

Friendly, fast, affordable quality! After a mishap on our family vacation, the front of my car needed a little work. I took it to Welsh Collision after reading some good reviews on Google. I was not disappointed! They took the time to explain what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost and lived up to their estimate. I actually just picked up my car today and I couldnt be more pleased with the work I had done at Welsh Collision Center. The owner of the shop is polite and informative, the work was of excellent quality, the price was incredibly reasonable, and everybody there was helpful.My car is now back on the road in less than 36 hours and everything is just perfect. If I ever need to get any body work done on my car in the future, I will most definitely be bringing it here.

Just picked up my Toyota Sienna last night. The folks at Welsh stayed overtime so I could have my vehicle back yesterday, even washing it and cleaning the inside! Lindsey was great at keeping me informed about the problems/progress and Brad was super at explaining everything. I was able to leave my Enterprise rental car with them to be picked up today, so I didnt have to worry about that. This company was recommended to me by someone I trusted--Christian Brothers on Space Center drive, and I have to say the were 100 per cent correct.

Quality of completed repairs were beyond by expectations. Lindsey was extremely helpful on finalizing paint selection for my 2002 F250. Was better than new. They repaired heavily damaged right front quarter panel. Ensure parts were No 1 quality. Got my batteries replaced with Ford dealer with warranty. Have done this myself and had to work with different ford dealers till warranty was met. Replaced left fromt tire to match tire that the insurance paid for and had the undamaged right front rotor reconditioned and new brake pads. Truck now drives with no play in the wheel, brakes just as good when new and the front end alignment is true. Highly recommend this shop. Was so happy with my repairs that Im now having my sons Tacoma worked on.

Honest service and helpful friendly staff. Hated we lost our truck but was so relieved to have a knowledgeable staff to help us through the process.

Been going there for several years. My wife and I have had four wrecks and they made the car look like new. I have also referred for people to them. They give a lifetime warranty on the paint finish. Ive been back once due to my fault and they didnt charge me.

They deserve 5 stars...After Harvey, the seal on my windshield opened up a hole and so it when raining outside it did the same in my car. Their estimate was fair and for 5 days of work. Well they did it in 3 days and almost $400 cheaper then my quote. I appreciate the honesty because other locations would just pocket the $400. They are fast and friendly and I would use them over an over. I tried until it rained to make sure the work was done right and after last nights thunderstorm..everything in my care was dry. They even vacuumed my rugs and washed my car for me. Awesome place!!!

Decided to use Welsh after reading all the good reviews. Well let me say they were right very helpful, professional, answered all my questions and concerns. Very satisfied with the whole process and with lifetime warranty on their work what more can you ask for.

They are great people and took great care of my car. They worked directly off of the insurance paper work and they found more damage beneath the exterior of my car and took it directly to my insurance. Linsey was great at keeping me up to date about what was going on and when it would be done. They even washed my car before giving it back.

After seeing all the glowing reviews I decided to take my vehicle to Welch. I cannot recommend this business enough, they are the best! They take care of their customers with top notch service. They continuously updated me throughout the repair process. If you ever need work done this is the place you want to go!

I had a couple scratches in my brand new truck so I went to Welsh because I always drive by and they are always busy and Im glad I did. The owner looked at them said they could help me out. For a very reasonable price they got both of the scratches completely out, you could never even tell they were there. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would trust them with my vehicles no question.
