I had an issue with my jet tender emergency cutoff and key mechanism. Tal was too busy to take on this project. He did, however, take the time to diagnose my issues over the phone and work me through solving it myself. I was impressed with his knowledge and his generosity. In the future he will be my first call for any jet tender or jetski issues.
