Laurent Facchin was our Service Manager and he made regular trips to the boat to check the work and spent as much time as we needed to understand the work. Every member of the team that showed up to the boat was professional, courteous and incredibly skilled with many years experience at that task. We had generator, battery, inverter and plumbing work and each tech was an expert in their field and understood our boat thoroughly.When you pay experts to do a job you end up SAVING MONEY because the job is done quickly and only ONCE. Weve seen far too many other people stumble around the boat learning their trade at our expense. This is not the case when you hire a team that already understands your boat and the systems on your boat.Amazing is the only word that comes to mind. Were looking for a catamaran and last year visited them and again this year. Friendly people with a ton of knowledge. They are focused on US boats for the most part.

Been here twice now, Ive been really happy from the work performed. I did stay with the boat during the repairs (engine service, electronics solar added, winch solenoid changed, and a bunch of add ons). These guys are super busy but Jennifer can schedule you in if you call them (dont just show up at the dock). They are always great to call back to and answer questions. Thanks again guys, look forward to seeing you again. Now I will say the marina is a tough cookie as my Leopard 58 is the max they can lift, the lift operator bent one of my safety rails but Just Cats had it fixed at their cost. They defiantly are looking out for their customers

This review is a bit odd. Although Just Catamarans is a place we want to go to weve never been there, not even close so the only reason I can figure that it came up in my destinations is because I have been looking at their website for catamarans. I am giving them a 5 star rating in advance of our trip their based on their website, which is easy to navigate and the most mobile friendly of the sites Ive visited. I am also giving them 5 stars based on my meeting some of the staff at the Miami International Boat Show - they were nice enough and helpful although it was very busy. I will update this review after actually going there. Hopefully they will live up to this 5 star rating!

We did a major retrofit on our Fountaine Pajot three years at Just Cats and recently came in for a bunch of smaller items. They did an excellent job both times. These guys really know the FPs. Highly recommend them.

5/22/2019My wife and I recently sold our Matrix Yachts Vision 450 catamaran Happy Time through Just Catamarans. Our experience with our yacht broker, Jim Ross, and with the staff of Just Catamarans was exceptional and surpassed our expectations.We spoke with several brokers prior to listing our boat for sale. We chose Jim Ross because he immediately recognized that Happy Time, one of only four Vision 450’s worldwide, had many construction and design features not typically found on production boats, and that the key to a successful sale would be to find the right buyer who also recognized and appreciated those features that made her special.Jim is clearly an expert in the catamaran market; he gave us excellent advice about preparing the boat for sale, helped us establish a good asking price and kept us well informed during the sales process. I felt we were in good hands the entire time and there were absolutely no unpleasant surprises.Jim succeeded in finding the right buyer, and we sold Happy Time in short order and at the perfect time for us. I think the final sales price was fair for both parties and both parties came away pleased.I would be remiss not to mention how helpful the service staff and office staff at Just Catamarans were to us. Just Catamarans is a stand up company with quality work & services. When you read a persons rant about not being happy. They are from the same people who have threatened us. Refused to pay their bill as they in quote “we should be supported & happy for their lifestyle dreams”. Our attorney has all the copies of emails & texts we received in the middle of the night. In 20 years dealing with many different boat owners. His behavior was over the top. Threatening, derogatory using “F” “U” words. We lived in a nightmare for over 5 weeks. We notice this is his pattern in life. Any remarks made by; Going Digital, Krystal Sheldon, Randy Giordano are from one family that have taken an attitude that everyone should understand & demand that their needs come first. Most disrespectful person we have ever come across. I believe they use this tactic. Total attitude adjustment is needed. As, all they do is trash people & companies. I’m sure once he reads this he’ll be sending us F-U messages and my attorney is coming after you. We don’t want his $, we gave all his $ back, and he stayed for free. All we wanted was the nightmares of random threatening messages just to leave. Go someplace else. It not worth my peace of mind to deal with such hatred to others.

It has taken me a while to write this review because I wanted to be 100 percent and for it to mean something for you. Now I can unequivocally say that Just Catamarans is worthy of a five star rating.We planned our upgrades to the new boat for over a year because of delays in delivery and I think that starting as far ahead as possible and having thought through the entire process is a requirement for a great outcome. Originally we were going to have JC do just the usual, underwater lights, cabinet upgrades, radar. My plan was to use someone else to do the extensive electrical work I had planned until I met Rafael at the Miami Boat Show. When I told him that he was going to only do most of our work he set about proving that he could do it all, and he did.The electrical work was quite a bit for a smaller boat. We put in a large lithium battery bank, inverters in parallel, accommodations for overseas power, and solar to name the basics. It turned out to be quite a nice system that makes us feel like we are at home even on the water. With everything else that they did it took 6 weeks of work and a two week return for warranty work where they had to fit us into their already full schedule.I learned that to get good results that you have to plan through the work to be done, be present every day to answer questions, ask more questions, set a deadline, and yes, check the work being done. I did catch a few things that were incorrect but I wasn’t surprised given the complexity and how each individual is tasked with only a small part at a time. They really can’t be expected to see the big picture. Rafael and Laurent managed the whole project including a couple of my own subs to make sure that everything was done efficiently and well. It is absolutely worth paying whatever they add to a subs work so that you only have one person to deal with and go to with a problem.Once we left Rafael really got a chance to shine. There was my 5 am panicked call from a satellite phone when the steering broke and he was the only one that I could think to call, the uncountable texts that he responded to about how the boat worked even when it didn’t relate to what his crew did, and the care package that he shipped to me with supplies for repairing some things that broke and others that are just good to have. He didn’t charge me a dime for doing it, either.Then there was some repairs for which I needed a professional while I was out of country. I paid the bills and Rafael stepped up to reimburse me for things that were related to their work.Overall it was a great experience. The crew was friendly to deal with and took great care of my boat including keeping it clean and damage free while they worked. I suggest using them for anything you can get them to do as they are knowledgeable about every single system. And be nice to them. I think that having a fridge full of drinks for the workers, making coffee and boat swag goes a long way toward getting excellent results.

Laurent and the guys have been very quick and professional with our elected upgrades and warranty work. The service is the best of the best and I highly recommend Just Catamarans in Harbour Town Marina.

In my experience, this company was not honest at all and does really bad repairs which they really dont seem to care about fixing so I guess they dont have a warranty for their bad work. They sold us a catamaran and it seemed that they tried to hide a very big life threatening flaw with the mast (which they repaired themselves) by pushing their surveyor on us who, of course, said it was all great in his report. I feel like a fool, we trusted them because of how many good reviews but now I question these reviews as most could be fake. A few are from their own employees which is really deceiving! (Thomas Chambers & Rafael Escobar) Just an overall terrible and super stressful experience.
