Mabru went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% happy with my purchase. After receiving my shipment the same week I ordered, which was much earlier than I expected, I was unfortunately surprised with some damage that appeared during shipping. After contacting Marbru support about the issue, Karina and Omar were quick to volunteer a solution and coordinated with the manufacturer to get the replacement parts I needed shipped directly to me. Mabru’s support staff was extremely helpful and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I had Mabru Power Systems install a DC powered AC unit in my 37 Axopar along with a 2000 watt inverter and an additional 110 VAC outlet in the aft part of the boat. The installation was challenging as there was limited room to install the unit to provide cooling for the cabin given the configuration of my boat. Nick Mabru and his team did an excellent job in providing a clean professional installation and the unit cools the cabin very well. Nick promptly responded to my many questions throughout the install and afterwards. I highly recommend Mabru Power Systems!!

Mabry Marine was so easy to work with! We needed a Vitrifrigo ice maker part right away and they helped us figure out the part number and got it shipped out right away. I replaced both existing heat pumps in my 35 Bertram with Mabru self contained units. It was one of the best improvements I have ever done. I was able to do the entire job myself. They draw far less amperage, they are much more efficient and I gained a ton of space. Their customer service is second to none. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I bought a 16 BTU unit installed professionally about 14months ago. The unit cooper coil failed and sprayed refrigerant all over the saloon. They took it in as expected under warranty but at a $500 cost to me for remove from the boat, and to take to Mabru, they supposedly fixed it, not replaced it, then after installing it again, if failed less than a week later w same problem. When I called, they now just give excuses, now for the first time suggesting it was installed wrong and that there was physical damage, NOT MENTIONED BEFORE WHEN FIRST TAKEN IN and now refused to pay for the repair/replacement or give me my money back. This is not a reliable serious company and the product evidently can not be trusted. The customer service is upsetting and not respectful at all.reply f/uWhat you reply is not correct at all. First, you say my unit was out of warranty, dont you claim you have a 2 yr warranty? (see website warranty details online) another lie. The fact remains that your company has no technicians of your own, therefore outsourcing the cost to your clients when something goes wrong with your units. Great business model for your bottom line, but not for your clients. Had the unit indeed been incorrectly installed, it would have not taken 15 months to fail. Therefore your suggestion that it was incorrectly installed is absurd. I have the photo clearly demonstrating where the refrigerant leak occurred in the middle of the evaporator coil and it was nowhere near any copper pipe, clear a manufacturing defect. No reputable A/C brand fails at 14 months. Why was I not made aware of any of these excuses when told all was fine and pick up the unit, why? what is your excuse for that? Terrible customer service. After a few very respectful and timely calls, we were able to arrive at a fair price between what was accidentally listed and what the actual price was. On top of that Linda was always a joy to communicate with (both email and phone) and Id look forward to ordering from Mabru again because of Lindas great customer support! We installed a 12,000btu Mabru 12V AC along with a 250amp Mabru battery in one of our workboats. We did this more or less as a test to see how the system would work and if it was possible to eliminate the generator completely. The system has been great and we will be removing the generators and installing these on our other boats in the future. With the engines running the battery stays charged with the engines off the battery can power the AC for 5-6 hours. Support has been great weve had several questions along the way and the owner of Mabru is always quick to respond even on a Saturday.

Amazing system, installed the DC Air Conditioning system on my Jeanneau Leader 9.0, now we can enjoy AC during South Florida 365 days a year of hot & humid weather...We decided to install this system vs a genset because it is maintainance free. WE got a 7K BTU unit with a 250Amp battery which is good to run for about 8hs before needing to recharge: system can recharge with boat engines or AC shore power. This is the best solution for wekenders and day cruisers with cabin.Installation team was amazing, so far it’s been a few months of summer and we are very pleased. Running the AC with no noise or fumes from the genset it’s such a great feeling!

Ordered a Mabru Pump 650GPH@24V / 350GPH@12V to have it sent to an address. Changed my mind about delivery address and called to change. 1/2 Tried to get some information on some batteries. Pricing seemed a bit high but based on my research they are worth it. I asked for discounted pricing and 2/2 the manager told me that it was not possible. I then asked for shipping pricing and she told me that she would call me back. That call never came.

After a slow start with Mabru and poor communication last year I decided to give them another chance. I had them at a DC HVAC on our boat with a lithium battery and the installation and product seem excellent. Once Nic and Omar were working with me, the communication was excellent. The product and all-inclusiveness of the project are very impressive.

Had a different and allegedly a more powerful 16,500 BTU system with 24volts. Had countless issues and switched over to Mabrus new 7,000 Btu system which is 12v and is using a 250 amp lithium battery bank. Old system, when it worked at all could run without engine for maybe 2 hours.This system will run for 8 hours and all day with engine running. Cold air circulation despite the systems specification being about half of my old system is 30-40% better. Installation & support through all this has been outstanding. Quality company, quality product & quality people. Oh and if I ever need it that once or twice per year its cold, reverse cycle as well. I highly recommend Mabru for marine AC systems especially 12 volt. No need for any genset!

I was referred by a friend to Mabru Power Systems when I complained about the lack of cooling from my fwd MarineAir 16,000BTU unit installed on my Regal 38. We called to schedule a service call and they actually showed up in the time window that they said they would. They found that the unit had a hole in the condenser and the unit was dead so they gave us a great price to replace our existing unit with one of their units (SC17K) with copper fin evaporator. I was a little skeptical at first as I had not really heard of Mabru air conditioning units but the unit is amazing and I have no regrets. The unit cools better than both of my old units ever did. I was also amazed by their cleanliness. They cleaned up the area where the old unit was located before installing the new one, removed their shoes before entering my vessel to not track dirt and put down protection so that they would not damage the vessel with their tools or the AC units. After installing the unit, they found that the unit was not draining properly and found that my sump pump was not working. They did not leave until the installation was 100%. I cannot recommend Mabru enough. If you need service to your existing unit or to replace it completely, look no further than Mabru. You will not be disappointed!

Great staff! REALLY nice folks. I bought a marine a/c after shopping around in the Ft. Lauderdale area, and their price was about $1,000 less than Dometec for the same BTU unit. Plus their shop and office is in Dania Beach, very conveniently located. Somehow my bank never paid them on the debit card transaction, so I had the unit for a year essentially without paying. They were very polite and friendly the whole time, never made a fuss, and when I took in the unit in for service, they treated me like a friend. Highly recommended!

MPS recently replaced the Master Stateroom Air Conditioning unit on my 43 Post. The boat had a split unit that failed and they installed a 10,000 BTU self contained Mabru Power Systems unit. Nick and Alex did a fantastic job removing the condensing unit and the evaporator from my old unit as well as all of the copper lines that could be accessed. They installed the new system professionally with great attention to detail. Nick suggested that we add a baffle between the air return/filter and the A/C unit as the mounting location was right next to the bed in a locker. With the addition of the baffle, the sound level from the new self contained unit is quieter than the old split unit. Great product! Great people! Great service! Dont hesitate to call Mabru Power Systems.

Mabru did the installation of generators and A/C units on 5 of our boats (we are a sailboat charter company). They simply did an amazing job every time, always on time and on budget. And a big plus for us is we can get service/assistance almost 7 days a week from Mabru. Real professional and reliable team.

After a little confusion at the start, Mabru Power system, deliver in records time. The installation team was professional, and hard working, they installed 2 fridges, and 1 Freezer, in my Lagoon 440, take away the old ones away no charge. During installation they where taking extra precaution to not damage the floor, and work with the up most professionalism the installation also need to secure those item witch they did. They also cleaned up after them-self . They also suggested the scratch and dent... unfortunately nothing for the small size boat I have, but made me feel good.

The team here is wonderfull. The first time I called them, 6 month ago, they helped me address my Webasto AC issue over the phone completely graciously. Last week I called them again thinking I would have to change my compressor. 2h later I had 2 technicians on board replacing just a failed capacitor. Twice they could have made a lot more money on me and twice they went the elegant way. Not so common in the marine industry.

The Mabru Company, through Alain and Adrianna worked through many issues an installer (that I hired) imposed on my 4 a.c-heat units I bought through Mabru. They backed up the failures of an independent contractor to save my experience. Now that my systems are running tip top, after they sent a technician out on their dime, I am pleased to say these machines rock.I am so impressed with the quality of character they used in seeing through my experience as a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation - except to ask them who to use for installation!!

I have been working for more than 25 years in yachts and airplanes repairs, we bought 3 self contained 17,000 btu, because the 6 compressors of the 2 chillers webasto that we have on board were not able to cool enough, Mabru Power Systems come up with a simple solution, removed 3 air handlers and replaced with self contained units, now the yacht is kept so cold that there is no need to use the chillers while is at the dock, in addition with a single shorepower of 50 amps the house and the 3 self contained units runs perfect.Excellent service and the MPS air conditioners are incredible.Traditional brands cant beat this air conditioning units, they are so efficient and very well made.Nicolas Mabru is one of the best technicians Ive encountered in this part of the world. thank you again Mabru !!

Mabru Power Systems was very responsive when my newly installed an A/C unit in my new 2018 Axopar 37 foot boat stopped working after my boat was delivered to New Jersey. They immediately flew up a tech to replace the original unit and install a new unit. They also were very responsive as respects a charging system issue, where they flew a tech up to NJ several times in order to diagnose and fix the charging system issue on the boat. I would recommend them to any of my boating friends.

Purchased a new Axopar 37. The dealer engaged Mabru to install a generator and AC System. They did an incredible job installing the equipment. Unfortunately, a couple months after taking delivery, the generator failed. It turn out that it was defective from the manufacturer. Mabru stood behind the product, sending service techs over three hours each way twice to take care of the problem, ultimately replacing the generator at no charge to me. In my experience the difference between a good company and a bad company isnt that they dont have occasional issues. Its how well they take care of the problem when it happens. Mabru gets 5 stars for standing behind their work.

I had a terrible company/installer-Justan from Ocean Works Marine who didnt finish the job or come back to fix it once issues started so after months of trying to reach him I called this manufacturer directly and they were so great, sent someone out to change the unit and did what they could to help fix it! I appreciate all their effort and would recommend them! :D

In October 2018, I purchased an Indel Webasto marine refrigerator from Mabru Marine for $1463. It arrived defective and we spent two months in discussion, including with the manufacturer. In December 2019, Mabru and the manufacturer quit responding to my emails and phone calls, so I shipped the unit back in January.Mabru charged me for their initial shipment and a restocking fee (neither of which were stated in their return policy), and credited me $999. I had paid $300 to ship the refrigerator back.So, I am out more than $700 for attempting to purchase a refrigerator that was shipped defective, by a company that quit communicating with me.By the way, the manufacturer said the returned unit worked fine after they fixed it with a part “they could have sent to me” – but never offered to send a part, a technician or troubleshoot it over the phone. As I said they quit returning my emails.

Really bad experience. Ordered a $18k generator in November 2015. Still wasnt working in July of 2016. Had to call kohler direct to get any help. Kohler was terrific and solved the issue. All we got from Mabru was promises promises. 0 follow up. Too bad and a shame on them.

We recently purchased a new sailing cat that was built in Cape Town and therefore has many foreign built components. We were having a few problems with the refrigerators and freezers. A friend recommended Mabru so we called and found out they were the local service company for our make, Vitrifrigo. We explained that we were leaving for a month on the boat in 3 days and wondered if they could fit us in. A young man named Nick came out the very next morning, trouble-shooted all of the problems, left to get the appropriate parts, and returned later the same day and fixed 4 problems. Ive rarely had such a positive experience with any marine repairs. He was pleasant, prompt and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

MABRU power systems is all about customer service at a fair price...before any work was started Mr. Mabru and his son Nicolas visited the boat to take measurements and to decide not only the correct size but also the best placement for the 9k KOHLER generator, once a game plan was thought out their team of super qualified technicians Mauricio, Claudio and Robert showed up to perform the work, they took as much time that was needed to complete all the work and to make sure care was taken to protect all the areas of the boat. the installation was so flawless, I also had them install a SPLENDIDE washer/dryer combo as well. as they were working through the boat the uncovered some pre existing electrical issues that they also fixed with ease. any time you receive a call from the office to schedule work times you are always greeted by Adriana always pleasant and professional... again on the final day of installation we had another visit from Alain mabru in person to do a final inspection on all the work... all i can say is they really care about the quality of their work and that you are completely satisfied. I originally ordered a Vitrifrigo Fridge/Freezer from another dealer. Installed it threw away the packaging to find out it was a double Freezer. I explained my issue-Not good. Mabru Power Systems another Vitrifrigo dealer had the fix which I will install this weekend. Easy to do business with and thanks. A $60 fix on a $2000 plus problem.
