This location is huge. Its is super nice and clean. Staff are nice. There are a lot of brand varieties.

08/13/21: This afternoon I went to Whole Foods on a whim. I was craving their Berry Chantilly cake and granola and bought my fix. I also tried some Indian food to go in their hot prepared food section. WF is a great store with lots of fresh, organic, and healthy foods. The prices are higher than the regular grocery store, but you’re getting nicer quality. I don’t shop here regularly, but on occasion it’s a nice place to get some specific/specialty items.Also, Ernest in the bakery today was really friendly. I was looking at cakes and another man was checking them out as well. I basically sold him a Berry chantilly cake on my own before I ended up buying one for myself. Lol It’s so good.

Always great food on the serve yourself food bar. Not very often you can find good, hot, well prepared food out in a food table. Theirs at this Whole Foods Market is an exception..

I usually shop at every Whole Foods that I can locate. I don’t mind traveling for whatever I am seeking in the store.I haven’t been to the Park Lane store in awhile.I had gone to several other Whole Food Stores on today and couldn’t find the organic kiwi berries. I walked in the produce area and saw a employee stocking fruit. I asked him if he could tell me where the kiwi berries were. He replied that they where sold out.I asked him if he knew when there would be any more in the store.. He nonchalantly said, “I don’t know, because I don’t do the ordering”. He went about his business and left the area where he was working and preceded to stock other produce.I have a small business.I have always told my employees that “I don’t know” can never invite customers.. Quality customer service is paramount.They should make the customer feel certain that they will make every effort to make their experience memorable and not regrettable.I left the store disappointed, but to my great satisfaction, I went to the Lemmon Ave. store.I found an employee stocking produce. He was very helpful and welcoming. He also had the sweet audacity to ask if he could help me with anything else.I was so pleased. The employee from the Park Lane store apparently didn’t care or know about customer service and doesn’t know that because of dedicated customers like me, he can get a paycheck.

One star for pure grossed out. I got halibut over here (see photos for date) from their seafood counter only to get home and find a worm in it! Its still moving!! I love seafood but this worm is an inch long. Its disgusting!!

This was my first time at a Whole Foods Market and I absolutely loved it for my first experience. There was an employee who seen me on the floor lost and helped assist me (I wished I remembered to ask his name). I will continue shopping here for my groceries. It was clean and well organized. I walked out like Krogers who. No lie.

We ship here regularly. Today must have been an off day. Freezer section had chunks of ice and frost throughout and all over the ice cream and other items. Staff was friendly and looking to help.

I love the fresh smoothies . I like the fresh hot food bar. My only problem is that the chickens are not consistently cooked. Sometimes theyre not done completely. Im looking forward to when they open the hot bar completely. I miss all the different types of vegetables available.

Overall they are good but I have not seen variety of fresh vegetables like okra, egg plants, beans etc

Not what it used to be. Mostly warehouse like now with smaller selections and paid shoppers zipping all around. Sad. First time Ive EVER left a Whole Foods without purchasing a thing. Didnt have it. Did have a nice experience with my Amazon return.

Dont care for Whole foods at City Line. Not much variety. Small store. Prefer the store at Park Lane. Always has what we are shopping for.

Very very disappointed in whole food. I went in to pick up a package and a couple of grocery however, I didn’t know Amazon closed at 8. I had my service dog with me and one of the employees came up to me and told me I had to go because of my dog and when I told her he was my service dog she asked what he was for and I told her for my ptsd which she replied that’s not acceptable and asked me to leave then I showed her my service dogs ID card and she said “oh okay” after all of that I left without buying anything and after I get my package I will not be coming back. All I can say is I’m completely disappointed.

Very clean, had lots of options for Gluten free! Even had gluten free ravioli! Made my day finally finding something I had been looking for. Clerk happily helped me look for an item.

Red Snapper was very fresh and the staff manager did a great job with the request we gave him for how we wanted it prepared for us.

I snag some sweet tea every time I go! I feel less guilty because its made with better ingredients. I love their salad bar and pizza. I especially love the giving tree they created for the holidays. This caught my eye and reminded me of the holiday spirit we should be putting forth! This store changed the way I see the donation prompts simply by stepping out with creativity and a little innovation. This store was also the store that helped me through my journey of having to change my diet and finding new foods I can eat and still enjoy. Thank you!! The only con is the trash is rather hard to know which goes where and Im certain I can be the only one using the bins incorrectly.

Huge fan of Whole Foods, love the many samples from fruit to cheese, hell Ive even seen them sample beer...Im glad I dont drink. This store was pretty clean overall, not as clean as the Richardson location on Renner but still pretty clean. Love the non-GMO selection! Also, stay away from Xanthan Gum, its a horrible ingrediant!

Decent environment

So clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and willing to help out! A bit pricy though for some products that can be found commonly in other shops (Lookin at you, Topo Chico). Come here for the stuff you cant find elsewhere

If you bring recycle bags, you have to bag your own groceries while the cashier just stands there looking stupid. They also fail to communicate the new policy. No hanging signs or verbal communication unless you ask...just standing and looking and waiting for you to bag your own stuff. I had $300 worth of grocery. Another customer had to get out of line to help me...ridiculous!

Outstanding shopping experience. One of the best Whole Foods. Prices are a little high. But, worth it. Theres an 85% chance... when you buy a beer. Its good!

I like this big roomy spread out store plush with large wine/ beer dept...huge produce dept and lots of bulk items and a great salad/hot food bar(not open right now during pandemic) and a great seating area with bar(again not open right now due to safety precautions)....they have even started self checkout lanes!!! Awesome!!

This whole foods is so full of an abundance of fresh, prepared, boxed, canned and make it yourself foods. Using your Amazon prime gives you a discount and can pick up your Amazon food orders. The store is well organized and covid clean, even on a super busy Saturday food shopping. The fresh breads, bakery, and even vegan options are a feast to the eyes and gastronomic senses. Love shopping the bulk foods and variety of items other stores do not carry. You wont be disappointed.

Used this store for an Amazon return. The process was quick and simple. You dont need a box for the return, just give them your item and theyll take care of the rest. I had my refund processed before I even left the store

I like Whole Foods and this particular store is a large one. I found that the delicatessen employees where very friendly and engaging. I ordered some prosciutto and did not indicate the thickness of the cut since I thought it was common knowledge thin slices where needed. For half a pound I got 2 slices, very disappointed. I expected better but I also share in the blame here.

I like Whole Foods but Im so over their crappy customer service. Went today for salad bar and filled my plate, paid and then sat down to eat and they didnt have the apple cider vinegar. On a strict diet for health reasons and count on it being there. No worries, Ill ask the staff. First staff member side eyes me and says I dont work in this department. Bartender says Ive worked here 2 months and weve never had it. I give up and decide to just go buy a bottle because I dont want to deal anymore. Buy it at the guest service desk so I can explain the situation and she says Ill let the team leader in that area know. Really?! Thats it?! Didnt cross your mind to just put the bottle over there and let me use the 1ml I need to eat my damn salad!?! Not going back. Its not the $4 bottle, its the bad customer service.

Its a good spot for some good produce and its nice to have the Amazon locker built right into the store as well. everyone seem to be wearing masks and I like the dividers between the self-checkout.

I have both work for this company and shopped at this store The management is inconsistent and favored certain employees and consistently screwed me out of hours and therefore moneythe policy is wishy-washy at best and if you ask questions to confirm get ready to get your mind blown with a circle of well why are you asking this type of questioning Im not kidding I asked him a simple question they turned around and gave me a response that ended with a question so baffling that it threw me to the point where I forgot I was asking a question in the first place cuz now Im trying to think of an answer .. personally theres plenty of other stores out there to give your money tNow on to the food The food is overpriced to bland and honestly its not even worth it Ive only had one item from this store where Im like Im glad I ate thatIm sure not all whole foods are this one is

Nice to have a bigger/full sized WF in the area (White Rock location is pretty small & limited items). Super nice store & loads of parking, including underground garage. Only 2 complaints: where are your bulk coffee beans??? Theres a coffee counter for fresh java but its closed & no options to pick your own whole beans.And more importantly: In this time of COVID the restrooms could use some love. Over all, not the cleanest facilities Ive seen. And no automatic faucets, soap dispensers or paper towels...youll literally have to touch everything in here. Not only that but the manual soap dispensers were empty & they just had a single generic soap bottle on the counter. I find all of this very odd considering its an upper scale WF & were in a full-blown pandemic.

I love Whole Foods and especially this location. I like the layout and it’s not small like the other ones. I just wish they were more considerate when laying out the vegan items. They do not separate the vegan goods, for example the blueberry muffins are in little bags with no stickers. Labels are below the wracks but they’re still mixed up. Another problem is that I had ordered a cake and requested vegan and one of my friends noticed the nutrition label listed animal ingredients. :(

HUGE Whole Foods with a good wine selection and the usual mix of diverse produce and unique products you won’t find at other grocery stores. This Whole Foods had a dedicated Amazon pick-up and return desk - which I’ve never seen at a Whole Foods before - and a large self-checkout area for speedy contract-free checkout.

Four stars only to the products, the layout of the store and the good selection of ready made sushi ...and the helpful personal shoppers peppered all over the store!!Some of the Staff at this location however! Dear Buddha! The rudest cashiers, yelling at people for bringing their own bags and just being absolutely unbearable! This is a place one visit because for me specifically, it is practical, as well as helpful when I need supplements and food to prepare meals required by a special diet...however some of these ladies at the registers need a lesson on how to treat the people that support the place that employs them ... someone needs to take care of training these personnel more intensely...The personal shoppers are usually very helpful... I will continue to support this location because in the end I am happy and a moment of interacción with one of these miserable women at the register won’t ruin my happiness!!!

Pretty sad excuse for expensive grocery store food. Extra dry chicken and burnt veggies. Whole foods has always delivered great food and great service but they seem to use covid as an excuse to leave old food out and provide bad service.

This whole foods is great! Whole foods stores normally have a lot of things to choose from but this one has been one of the best Ive visited! Nice quality fresh fruits and vegetables! Theres lots of staff everywhere so you can easily ask for assistance in finding products! Found all of my organic products I was looking for! There is parking in the garage next to it for shade on super hot days! But theres good parking space outside too.

Just a quick tip. We drive 35 miles to this location primarily so we can get our favorite local milk. We might pick up a few other items, but they can be found anywhere. Limiting people to two gallons makes no sense. Some of us have big families, and no one is going to hoard milk. If we can’t get enough milk, we will just buy a lower quality organic milk at a local store. It’s not worth the trip for us.

Robert in the Florist department is extremely rude.Me and my fiancé where looking around to do special order for flowers. We said hello and he simply answered like he was bothered “what”. Like if you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there then what the hell are you doing .... we asked how the process was to place a special order he just rolled his eyes cutting us off from any other questions. Took our business else where ......

Borderline dangerous with all the Amazon shoppers I almost got knocked over twice! What’s the rush it really impacted my shopping experience. The Amazon people with baskets rushing around almost knocking me out of the way! Is there not a better way?

Worst Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. The staff is the opposite of friendly or helpful. I don’t mind paying a premium for groceries if the quality and service is worth it but you won’t find it at this location.

Long time since I visited Park Lane - Dallas store and was blown away by selections and levels of activity. Apparently its now a Prime Distribution location, so bigger, brighter more to choose from. 👍

They had all the things I was looking for but I had such a hard time getting around the store. Between the stocking carts and the tons Amazon shoppers, it took me forever to get through the store.

Really nice store if you want to buy some healthy organic products and this store has pretty much everything you could ask for. Products are priced extremely high so you have to think twice before buying anything. I bought some chips and I was satisfied with the quality. Cakes are really great here.

The flagship is better than ever. They added an Amazon pick-up location, which I use all the time, since I work all day and dont want to leave packages out in the open.A few years ago, the place seemed almost like a ghost town. Not anymore. Its hopping every time I visit.Excellent produce. Great meat and seafood. Huge selection of organic items, including their store brands.Yes, I shop at the other high-end grocer down the street from time to time. But at times it can be a chore shopping there. Fighting to get a parking spot. Narrow aisles with people maneuvering them like theyre on LBJ Freeway. Clientele there is on the rude side.WFs parking lot and store are easy to navigate without feeling like you need gladiator skills.

Nice layout, typical great produce and butcher sections. The coffee bar is solid and the prices are reasonable. They always have a good rotation on their beer and wine taps. They are pricey, but you probably knew that already. You are paying a premium for the organic and natural goods and you get the service and expertise that comes with the price.

Wholefoods is a bit over priced for me. I prefer Central. We use to frequent the stores to go to the bar precovid. They do have a great beer and soap collection (PRIORITIES)!

We shop here once a week. Employees are super nice & treat us like a close family. Worth paying to eat this better food. Gluten free options are good. Has grass-fed best meat and chicken.
