Wow, such a great and friendly staff! I felt so welcomed and they were very helpful. Great selection of drinks but I wouldnt go for any if their food items. Im in love with their cold brew options, especially the honey almond milk one!

Friendly staff, very quick service

Very friendly staff but inconsistent making drinks. The other day I got a mango dragon fruit refresher and it was very light purple and tasted like flavored water. They always put a different amount of the mix in it sometimes it’s super dark purple and very concentrated and sometimes it’s the opposite. Today I went and ordered a brown sugar Oat milk shaken espresso. The drink they handed me was white and tasted like they shorted some espresso and it didn’t have the brown sugar taste in it. It just didn’t taste like what I’ve gotten before. I had extra time so I went down the road and went to the I 30 & Cockrell Hill location and ordered the exact same drink and they gave it to me the way it supposed to be made. It was frothy on top and you could see the layers with the espresso on the bottom and it tasted like brown sugar. This location on I 30 & Belt Line does not make drinks right all the time.

Great place to sit and work, or just grab your drink and go. Staff is super friendly, and customers as well! Enjoy.

Ive gotten coffee here twice ever, and both times, I was shorted on the amount of coffee. I ordered a venti, and received my order with only 3/4 of the cup full. I even checked the size to see if maybe they’d run out of the correct cup size - according to their website, a venti is 20oz and my 20oz cup isn’t even full.Last week, I ordered a grande and received a tall size instead AND my cold brew was mostly all ice. So maybe 1/3 of the cup was actually coffee.For the insanely high prices you charge for coffee, this is unacceptable. And I shouldn’t have to check to make sure you aren’t cutting corners on product amounts when that higher price is supposedly because I’m paying for a better experience at Starbucks.

This Starbucks is pretty fast and always busy too. I honestly avoid it sometimes though because of the homeless people or person outside just about every single day. Any way management can ask not to have them hang around and try to talk to you every day? I’ve bought food and drinks and don’t mind it but then feel obligated daily. 🙈

It was quite busy, so bathrooms didnt get fast service cleanup like it should have gotten, but its understandable considering how busy they were.

Wow! This is a busy Starbuck’s location!!! Large location with a cool modern leather couch all down the center! Great mid century modern leather chairs that are nice and comfy but still easy to hold a laptop on! Great location near the Tollway and Belt Line in Addison. This is a happening location so bring headphones or be prepared for some socializing!

They are out of quite a bit of products.I ordered the only thing they had, when I arrived at the store, they told me they didnt have that either. I requested a refund, and come to find out, the refund was returned to a gift card, and NOT my credit card which I used.

The barista made my drink exactly as requested, I tasted it and it was spot on! The ability to make my favorite Srarbucks drink right the first time, requires attention to detail, and a strong desire to please the customer!!

Always great service. This is a very nice Starbucks. The employees are friendly and fast. I am always impressed by how quickly they are able to take care of the long lines of customers I’ve seen there throughout various times of day.

I know people say all Starbucks are the same, not true. This Starbucks is THE BEST! Today I was greeted by a cheery barista saying “Welcome to your friendly neighborhood Starbucks!” Every time I come here, they are kind and helpful. Got to sit outside on the patio and watch many happy customers walk in and out in mere moments because the drinks were ready so quickly! An excellent location!

This location was not my home location, like the Midway and Beltline Starbucks. But the Grande White Chocolate Mocha and the Coffee Cake were amazing as they always are. The vibe here was very peaceful and quiet which I really liked! I will always without a doubt, give Starbucks five stars every single time. Theres just something about that White Chocolate Mocha that just puts me in the best place at the end of a long day! Thank you Starbucks!!

The location is nice: 5 stars for that and the staff being friendly but 0 stars for maintenance! And definitely 0 stars for speed.First time at this location and it is the first time I see the restrooms being out of order for a location that provides service to the patrons in store and is a big inconvenience.

Nice location and building. Very nice staff also. But this is how my coffee looked. I’m taking some classes nearby and took the coffee to go. The moment I started drinking the coffee I felt something. When I empty the cup, this is what it looked like. I mean c’mon people I’m sure you can make a cleaner coffee or change the filter in the coffee maker.

I’m so disappointed. I got 2 honey almond flat white and 1 of it was wrong. Came back get it changed , even thou I had to drive 10 min and again it’s not right. I always get honey almond flat white and it don’t come with regular milk , as you see in pic there is a white color which is regular milk. And they are short staff take me 10 min to change my coffee. So I spend 21 dollar and gas and my time for wrong coffee

I visited this Starbucks around 10 a.m. this morning to pick up some drinks for my office. Their computer system was down, but the baristas happily took my orders and gave me the drinks for free! Great customer service - keep it up Starbucks!

I come here at least once a week and I never have a bad experience until today. Let me first say Lisa is GREAT!! Everytime I walk in I see her in good spirits and she helped take care of the mistake in my order. Now let me say I completely understand the mask mandate, have nothing against it, but when I lift my mask to explain my order and you rudely tell me to put it back on thats unnecessary, especially when 3 other customers were sitting around without a mask on. I had it on and just wanted to make sure you could here me around the plexi glass and get my order right. The barista (Liz) of course got my order wrong. I was only trying to help you hun!!

Very slow. More than 15 minutes to order a cup of coffee. Id better go to Starbucks Barnes and Noble nearby next time.

Sturbucks just increased the price....I guess greed increased with pandemic rather than some considerations. While their profits are about 500% they need to increase prices.

Recently remodeled (8/18). Medium sized Starbucks with additional tables in the back.

Thought I was at the bank with all the plexiglass and masks.Coffee was as requested and the bakery box had plenty of choices.

Awesome barista provided me and my gang with THE Starbucks experience of a lifetime.They were welcoming, energetic, and kind. The master barista demonstrated how the clover machine worked, and pulled a new bag of Italian roast without making a scene. And really WOW’d us when they made our drinks right the first time, props to the baristas for following the drink specifications.I was skeptical about Starbucks in Dallas, as my first experience was one of the worst. But I can confidently say there is hope!Howard Schultz would be proud of this store.

Do NOT GO HERE!!!! I literally just walked out of there... there are roaches all over this place.. I was on my laptop and literally just seen 3 large roaches crawling around. Me and the 3 customers at the sitting tables near the back just packed up all our items and walked out! I have never been disgusted... I feel so gross! 😩 I will be posting pictures

The last two times I’ve been in this Starbucks has been an hour before closing. It’s really rare that a closing shift seems to enjoy closing having worked in the industry of retail and service for so long. So it stuck out to me that the closing staff not only seems to enjoy each other’s company but the customers as well. They always seems very genuine and even though they’re just doing their job in striking up friendly conversation, it feels like they actually enjoy working there, and they might actually enjoy making coffee. I have always had good service at this store and is kept very clean. Sometimes the orders are a bit delayed but to be fair they are generally very busy.Has an outside seating area and is kept very clean. Plenty of parking available.As far as meals, I would have liked to see some more healthier options with less carbs.

Very nice Starbucks right on Belt Line Road. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. For such a small store there is a lot of seating inside without making you feel crowded. For gorgeous Texas days there is also seating available outside that is shaded for most of the day. They also have window seating inside in case you want to enjoy the outside view while taking advantage of the indoor temperature.

This Starbucks is located in a walkable part of Addison, which is nice. It also looks like they recently completed a remodel, as the place looks beautiful and brand new.Nice crowd, capable and attentive staff. I like hanging out here and people watching while I work. This place is actually quite lively in the evening.

This place is great and visit every Saturday and Sunday. Christie who I think is the manager is literally the nicest and knows are order. Really welcoming and a big plus is they have a clover to brew coffee. Thanks for being awesome.

Honestly one the quickest Starbucks locations I have ever dealt with. Have no issues customizing drinks, if you choose to do that. Also very efficient and friendly. Will be my go to as long as I work in the area.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was hoping to come back later for something and she said they close at 9pm, but told me where one was down the street thats open till 11.I heard the Barista call one of the customers by name as he prepared his usual drink! Great place!

Visited this location twice in 2 days, once for breakfast and once afternoon coffee. Both times friendly staff and quick service. The coffee is good as I expected. Tried the bacon cheddar breakfast sandwich and it was very tasty.

The service was amazing, I also love their coffee. Personally, the mocha cookie crumble frappuccino has been my favorite drink along with the smores frappuccino, Keep up the good work !

Not so impressed today. I got the Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel. It did not taste right today. So I ended up taking it back. They tried to make the second better. It was marginally better. I think they must have put dark roast in place of the expresso. I give them credit for trying.It just tasted like barely coffee flavored steamed milk... so not what I was looking for.

My favorite Starbucks. They take the time to get to know regulars and remember what they usually drink. Staff is very friendly. Due to this being a training store, service can be slow depending on the employee/s. Store is clean and well maintained. As with any Starbucks, they have high traffic during lunch times so try using the mobile app. Saves me tons of time and avoids waiting in line.

This is a really nice Starbucks, in a pretty shopping center in a nice area. They have a nice patio, and its great patio weather! Check it out.

This Hass to be one of the busier Starbucks that I visit. Staff are always friendly and orders at least for me are always pretty quick and accurate. A nice mixed crowd always makes the mornings a little more fun.

Im here everyday. The staff knows me and is very friendly. They get to know all their regulars which is a nice friendly touch. Coffee is always consistent as most Starbucks are. Its newly renovated with a nice modem touch.

We stopped in here to grab a cup of coffee after heading to the museum. My husband ordered something that he didnt like, and they replaced it for free. We were thankful that they did that for him.

While you can make the statement that every Starbucks is the same, it comes down to staff and this location has a great staff. They are always helpful and friendly and given this location is always busy, that is a refreshing change.They have the normal selection of coffee and food items you would expect and they do accept mobile orders so you can just pick up at the bar after ordering from your mobile device.

No drive thru but still a good spot. Never have had any issues with my order. Relatively quick

Nice spot and the baristas are the best in the area. Is super-crowded almost all day long though. Best feature is the convenient location, one block West of the N Dallas Tollway on BeltnLine in Addison.

Not all Starbucks are the same, this location is awesome. It has a Clover press so you can choose from a number low cost brews besides Pike Place. The community table in the center of the dining area seats 10 and is really fun to work at.

Theres a work area in the back of the shop, but for some reason its blasting music like its a night club. This isnt my office, but people everyday escape to a Starbucks to get work done. Im guessing this isnt going to change anytime soon. Plenty of people complain, and its been happening for awhile. Dont come here if you want to read, study, or get some important work done.

Ok, this is an Extremely high volume store, and they are prepared for it. They have a system that absolutely churns out the drinks. There were 12 people in front of me, and I ordered within 5 minutes. My drink was ready in under 3 from that. This is including everyone that ordered his the app too. Really a great starbucks experience!

Staff has always been rude. I usually go in the morning and if you dont like early mornings then you shouldnt work that shift... its nice to have smiling faces and cheerful people in the early morning instead. Also, today I got there at 5:30 am and no one was there. It was was still closed when online it shows the store opening at 5 am..

Starbucks is like my 2nd office. I like how this location has plenty of tables around the side, where its a little quieter. Coffee is same as other locations, so no problems there. The only reason I docked a star is because I felt rushed when ordering. The guy at the register seemed like hed had too many espressos :-) I understand this can be a busy location at peak hours (this was in the middle of the afternoon) I was the only person in line and the place was 50% full. Slow down a little bit and make us feel like were welcomed in your establishment.

Worst experience in a Starbucks, the service is so slow they don’t have any sense of urgency instead of making it fast for the customer to get their drinks they keep talking between them (employees). Cashier was rude did not smile nor got our drinks correct. When getting our drinks I asked friendly to an employee named Justin if they had nitro lids, right the way shut me down and say “we don’t have nitro lids” and kept doing whatever he was doing without any apologies. I noticed the nitro lids infront of me and he followed up by giving it to me with nothing said. I work retail management and I would hate for my team and my customers being treated this way.

3rd time (in 2 months) that Ive gotten the complete wrong order (at this location), but the order is correctly printed on the cup.Ive only been to this location 6-ish times in 2 months... so half of my orders are wrong?? lol.I put over 100 dollars a month into the Spring Creek/75 (plano) location, and theyve never got my order wrong. Not once. Ever.As the picture says, I ordered a White Mocha, and got a dark roast. NOT a regular chocolate mocha... Its just black coffee. I have no idea how theyve screwed this up 3 times.Not only that, but I sat there for 10+ minutes (without complaint as I dont like confrontation), waiting to get the order. And the store wasnt even that busy.If you pay $5 for a coffee, you think theyd get it right MOST of the time.Ill be taking my business elsewhere I guess. :D

Maybe this location was having a bad day but my experience was not the normal for Starbucks. I visited on a Sunday around 6pm and was not greeted, ever. The employee just looked at me, didnt even speak until I spoke to her and all she said was do you want the ice or the hot. It was not busy at all yet there was trash on tables and the floor and the 2 employees ignored it. I had to go sit in the very back to find a clean table. The bathroom was disgusting, 7-11 bathrooms are cleaner. Definitely will go to a different Starbucks from now on.
