They don’t pay attention to their customers or their needs AT ALL. On July 15,2020 I called the store at 3:04 and asked the man did they have Crochet Butterfly Locs 10 in he proceeded to tell me yes and said I’m the only person working I then asked around how much are they he then proceeded to say around 6.99 or so. So when I arrived around 3:40 I looked around the entire store before asking him he then told another girl to help me even tho she was already helping someone and he was just sitting there she couldn’t find it so she went and got him. I told him exactly what he said over the phone and he proceeds to say well I was busy so I said well you could’ve just asked me to hold and then got back on the phone after you were done helping the other customers. I drove 30 minutes over here just to find out he lied and they didn’t have any.

This place is the BEST hair and beauty supply I have ever been too! HUGE selection this is my first time here and I was blown away! So many hair choices, great well lit area for trying on hair. Every product and accessory you can need or think of! Cute shoes and jewelry too and some small apparel items! Got lucky and they were doing 50% off sale! This will be the only hair supply Ill ever shop now! Staff were nice too

First time there... They have alot in there but alot of this and that like a hair bazaar but dont come for blonde because they dont have much selection

I hate to give 1 star but I have to. The store had trash all in the front, that was number one. They had the 50% sale going which was good although there was not a lot to choose from which is understandable. However, the tax rate is 0.0825% in Texas. I pulled out my calculator because I am an educated person and showed I was literally being charged the full tax as if the product wasnt marked down. Im sure that is illegal, however, if you need an extra three dollars go right ahead and take it. Its not a big deal but Ill never go back. With that type of karma Im sure they wont be around too much longer.

This is one of my go to spots for my hair needs......the people are sweet......they always are helpful.......i love them....i would highly recommend them....oh and the prices are reasonable......

Bought a 10A Virgin Remy 180 Density FULL LACE WIG... paid $237. Worn it 4 times before washing the unit. Havent been a full week!!! Washed the wig and it MATTED UP so bad the hair was ruined.... couldnt comb the hair. It drawned up into a big matted hair ball. I was shocked and very disappointed. RIO VIRGIN HUMAN HAIR IS A HORRIBLE BRAND OF HAIR!!! I wish I knew... DO NOT BUY THAT BRAND!!! It cant be human hair...10A at that!! They refused a refund/exchange or any type of store credit. This happened to someone else too!! Ill never shop there again!!! Money wasted!!

I LOVED IT! Its hard to find a beauty supply I like so I was happy to find this one.

Some things were a bit over priced I feel like.. but the customer service is really friendly and there was SO many hair products to choose from as well as hair bundles, wigs, etc..

WORST SERVICE!!! OVER PRICED!!! SCAM!!!!I came here and bought needle and thread and hair wax. The man at the register charged me 17$ and said it’s because of tax. He had an issue that I questioned the price. I WILL NEVER BRING MY SERVICES HERE AGAIN OR ANY ONE ELSE.

The customer service has went down the drain. Something is missing from grand opening to now. Wasnt greeted upon entering/exiting, had to go ask for assistance to help me after waiting for assistance already. I understand some people was offended regarding the slogan, but some enjoyed the new spin and had grew to expect it upon entering. But now I see yall dont have us boo cause u didnt have what I needed in stock queen virgin wet and wavy.

Never going back to this place never again customer service is trash i have $32 worth of hair i dont need and just brought it yesterday and haven’t been moved out the bag or my car since i got it the hair quality is trash not to mention that I brought a $80 human hair lace front last week and had to remove it because it broke me out all over my back and arms like that need to do better for real for real

They have a huge hair selection with reasonable prices but there were several items that i was looking for& they didnt have such as a very common edge control. But i would recommend. They also carry pre-colored bundle hair& full lace wigs.

Its a nice beauty supply, but what I was originally searching for was a black owned beauty supply. This is not that, but it is an Okay store.

I purchased bundles from here the day I had them installed by my hair stylist once she put heat to the hair it started burning!!! This was suppose to be human hair bundles the ones behind the counter! The hair had to be blended with synthetic hair!!!! I’m highly disappointed!!!

It’s okay I just feel like they were watching me to hard. It was a bit uncomfortable to shop. So I just bought a rat tail comb. I wanted some good quality hair and they had this brand Rio I wanted to try that was behind the counter but with all the eyes and following me I couldn’t concentrate and for you all reading this think my agenda was to steal no it was not. I have money and I don’t steal I was brought up to believe if you can’t afford it then you don’t need it. I just felt very uncomfortable with the following and eyes because I’m looking at them and they looking at me. So no I probably will continue to shop in duncanville at Jenny’s yes I drive all the way from east dallas to oak Cliff to purchase my hair and accessory’s. Sometimes I go to Gold 7 in mesquite but they really have fell off to me now. I don’t like them as much as I use to.

My coworker came to this store recently and was yelled at to get out of the store. She is from Thailand and doesnt speak very good English but is very kind and lets everyone know she is learning English. She came in to this store to get a couple hair clips and look around because she has never been in this store. She was admiring the wings and even picked out a couple of hair clips already but was in the store maybe 10 minutes before Ahmed started asking her what she was looking for, she thought he was just being helpful at first and said she is just looking around. He then asked her again but in a more forceful tone and said something she could not understand to another worker. He then started yelling at her to get out of the store that he didnt want her in the store. She left but in tears. She called her husband while this was happening and got his voicemail so in the message she left him you can hear Ahmed yelling at her to get out. This was very unprofessional of them and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my wife to theGrand Opening and spent under a 💯 for 16,18,20 hair bundles plus about 15 other items ...today they ran a flash sale for 10,12,14... bundles for $15 ...drove through the flash floods and storm to get it for my wife...they are friendly great customer service and good vibe for shopping ...not like going other places looking at you like you stealing and you breaking bread I know where to go to keep my baby hair game on point .... bundles on backstock for summer time this the spot for awesome deals.👍🏾
