Highly recommend this location. I will be driving the extra distance just for the service. Max was so helpful and educational as well. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other MAC consultants and she was patient with me, had a great attitude and loves her job. This location will always be my go-to.

I went to this MAC location to purchase new foundation and lipstick. When I discovered my favorite lip color (Milan Mode) was discontinued, Max went above and beyond to help me find a new shade I loved! I was torn between two colors and she took a poll of other people’s opinions in the store. It was awesome!! Will definitely be coming back to this this location!

Excellent customer service! It was our first time visiting this place and we were pleasantly surprised by the service and knowledge the personnel had. My wife wanted a full day to day makeup setup and despite the store being busy, Natasha (not sure if I heard her name correctly) helped my wife out with patience and she understood what she wanted. This place has a wide selection of cosmetics and the latest products that you could get.

I had the greatest experience at this Mac counter. All the girls were hands on and very friendly and helpful and encouraging, all extremely good at their job. My makeup was applied by Nataskia and she took extra care in teaching me how to take care of my skin upon application. If I didn’t have somewhere else to be, I could have stayed and hung out. It was that much fun.

This was my first time visiting Mac in Macy’s at galleria and let me just say it is the best Mac makeup store I’ve ever been too! The employees had great attitudes, helped me when I needed. They were just incredible.

Jerrica was so incredibly helpful and nice with my questions concerning primers and foundations. I left with a couple new products that she tested on me in-store and I’m in love! Can’t wait to use them.

Misti was a GREAT help. Very positive and helpful. She had great suggestions for me. I would go to this location just for her!

Keisha was great! I didn’t know what to get my wife but she helped me pick the perfect lip liners.

Sales girl was good but the label of the product was 12$ but after descide to purchase lady there said prices went high and charged a 1$ extra. If prices went high she should have changes the board . Based on people lady looks like she is changing mini lip stick prices. $ isnt a matter but hate to pay extra.

Everytime I visit this MAC Nataskia Always Takes good care of me! She is very good at what she does and you can tell she loves her career. I love MAC!!

Ms. Tonya at MAC in the Dallas Galleria was amazingly attentive. She took time to explain the product and tutored on how to do basic application. I really enjoyed my spur of the moment visit.

So i went in to grab a couple of things and no one spoke to me... and i was the only person in the store so that says something, i also had 3 large bags from the other shopping that i had been doing earlier in the day. so when i find what i was looking for i took it to the only worker in the whole store and asked for the item, as they dont have the items out they are under lock and key... i assume so people dont steal them... i guess. well this woman looked in 4 different drawers trying to locate where they put these items. when she finally found where they were i told her that i was ready to check out. she came up to the cash register and she told me that the cashier had just gone on break, and she couldnt find his password into the computer so that she could ring it up. so she told me that i could wait for him or come back from his 45min break or purchase it art another time. I dont know what kind of people run a store where there is no one that could check out a customer. like they wouldnt let me pay for the item i wanted... and she was not kind about it!! how strange! that is the reason behind the super low rating!!!

The make-up artist was amazing and so friendly...

I was waiting for some one to help me but after 20 min nothing happen.This Muslim (MUA) girl walked by side like 4 times she even asked me to moved but no help, same with the Indian girl.I guess they were too busy talking with each other instead helping the customers.

Going to try my new bought foundation. They did have a really good customer service though.

The lady at the MAC store was very helpful and she helped me find a spring lippie. Unfortunately they did not have it there but she called the Nordstrom store to see if they had it and they did! So, she was very helpful and I like my lippie!

I was gifted Foundation and Concealer from a relative from the Brand MAC, and I loved it. I ran out and decided to go and TRY to buy some more products. As I walked in to MAC I noticed that nobody greeted my cousin or I. As I tried to make eye contact with with one of the staff and approached her, she turned around and walked the other way. I stood there looking at the different colors of Matte Lipsticks, and no one approached me or helped me out. They werent even busy and there was plenty of staff too. I walked out of there and went to Sephora instead. Sorry MAC but if no one is wanting to help me because of my brown Skin color, I wont give you my money either.

If I could only put 0 star I would. Terribly rude and condescending staff. I purchased my very first Mac make up online and received some little freebies with my purchase. I liked the little samplers so much that I went to this Mac store to purchase the item. I unfortunately forgot the sample at home and cannot remember what it was called. When I tried to ask for help and describe what I was looking for to the 2 MAs that was there (they were chitchatting when I came in and did not even ask if I needed any help) they looked at me like I rudely interrupted them and haughtily said that they have a bunch of products in that line and that they cannot understand what I was looking for. Being a first timer at the actual store as I obviously was I would think they would have been a little bit more helpful especially for an inexperienced customer. Its just sad that customer service is obviously not their priority.

One of the employees came into my Starbucks (also in the mall) and SCREAMED at us for making her drink wrong. Telling us we had no brains and she made a huge scene. We apologized and fixed it but she was biligerent and so over the top about us making a mistake with her drink. Mistakes happen, and lord knows shes not perfect. Wish I didnt havent to admit that she made me cry, but she did. Wish she didnt tell an entire room full of people that I was stupid, but I guess that she just wanted to put somebody down today. If thats the way she treats other people, theres no way Id even consider going to MAC. Wonder what her customer service is like there.On the other hand, one of the employee thats a customer, Cole, is an absolute sweetheart, so if you do go to MAC, only buy from him.

I came to this MAC store to find a makeup artist for my wedding day. A person who introduced himself as Dustin (instagram dustedbyd, but everyone at MAC called him Cole) did my makeup, and I wanted to book him to do my wedding day makeup. He agreed to be my makeup artist for my big day, and we kept in touch for months. Wedding day came around, NO SHOW, didnt asnwer any phone calls or text messages!!! 3 hours before my wedding and I was scrambling trying to find anyone to do my makeup! Its been a month since the wedding, and still havent heard anything. Dont go to this MAC store and definitely dont book Dustin for your special event. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!

Great place short lines

This was my first time in a MAC store and it started off with it being National Lipstick Day on a Saturday. I arrived and the place was busy as could be with phones ringing left and right from girls calling to ask if there were any free lippies left. The store had a long line and the attendants/MUA were working as fast as they could, not loosing their cool and being as welcoming as possible. I arrived at the cashier/MUA and she was very kind. The gentlelady ahead of me had taken a while to dispatch but my cashier/MUA stayed calm and friendly. I promise she probably answered 6 calls as she checked us out just to answer questions about free lippies being left. However, the whole time she was kind, courteous and collected. Great job staff! Keep up the good work and youve won a new client !

I visited Mac and I ask for help three times, and the personal who worked there, they dont care about the customers, specially the manager in training that was she said she was, I asked for help and she told me, Im sorry Im busy and I didnt take Lunch all day, !!! what a customer service !!!! she doesnt know what she is doing, 2 people besides myself were waiting to be help, nobody help them, they decide to walk out. meanwhile the manager in training was talking with her coworker doing nothing... I think this store need better customer service, I was there to buy more than 1 item, I decide to walk out.I just dont recommend this place, they rude and racist, I went to sephora and omg they helped me a lot. if you want make up and be treated good DONT VISIT this location better run to sephora. I rate this Mac location - 0.p.d to the owners.. hire people with brain, who knows what is the importance to customer service

I love Mac and Macs products but every time I go into this location, I am not greeted ,nor am I helped, I went in there yesterday to return empty containers to recieve a free lipstick, I was in there for 40 minutes before anyone helped me , and guess what I walked out without my lipstick....

This is the second time I go into the MAC store and not get noticed. Each time I end up helping myself but this time was even worse. I purchased my product and as I was walking out I noticed the person gave me the incorrect color. Yet I thought no big deal right? I walked back in to exchange the foundation for the correct color and when I went to the registrar to the associate that rang me up, he mumbled under his breath that he was not going to help me out.Another associate was kind enough to hear and help me out. I would have understood if I went in rude and aggravating the associate for the incorrect color, yet I was not. I am also in the retail industry and would never treat my customers this way. Horrible customer service.
