I took my car mid-October 2020 to get an estimate and decide whether I was going to file it with my insurance or not. I was greeted by Olga who inspected the damage in my car and explained the part that was needed, not only she showed me on the computer how much was the part that needed to be replaced, Aimees collision provided a detailed estimate of the costs and labor which helped to make a decision regarding insurance filing. I appreciate their level of transparency and their prompt communication via email as well. My car was fixed with no delays and both her and the gentleman (forgot his name) were polite, wore masks and overall good service.

I recently purchased new bumpers online and needed to have them painted. After looking around online, I found Aimes Collision. I cant say enough great things about them. I dont trust very many places with my car but there are a few things I wont do myself, painting is one of them. After talking with Olga and Eddie, I dropped off the new front and rear bumpers to be painted last week. I was ball parked a number and within 3 business days, my bumpers were ready. They did a phenomenal job spraying these parts and I am so incredibly happy with their work. The actual cost was below what I was quoted, which does not happen often. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professionals through and through. I will definitely be going back to them for any other painting needs.

It isn’t very often that someone goes far above and beyond your expectations. Aimes Collision not only communicated great but they went above and beyond and brought my car to me after I had knee surgery. I didn’t ask, they just offered. They are so nice and easy to work with and I highly recommend them if you need any bodywork on your car. I had a slight emergency that needed to get taken care of. I drive a 2009 Mazda 3, that has had no real problems except with the automatic windows. Over the past few years, all of the windows have begun making a horrendous grinding noise when I try to roll them up. The quick fix is to NOT roll them down. Well....one day I used a valet service to park my car, and they rolled my driver side window down. Oh no!! I thought to myself when I saw it as they pulled my car around. Im not a fan of driving with my windows down, especially when Im on the highway, so I felt like I need to get it fixed right away for that reason (and it was going to rain in a few days). I called the dealer, as I usually do (because I dont have a good body shop). I told them the situation and they wanted to charge me $350 to look at the car as well as replace the broken regulator on the window. I was about to just pay that because I needed it repaired, but then was convinced by my GF to get a second opinion. As I mentioned before I dont know of any other body shops that I trust. I searched Google and came upon Aimes Collision. The reviews were pretty good. so I was optimistic. I called them up, and was able to bring my car up to their shop immediately for them to look at it. I was talking with Olga about my car situation and she and her mechanic were under the same impression that the window or belt might have just fallen off the track and that a new window regulator wasnt needed. The initial quote that was given to me by Olga was HALF of what the dealer wanted. HALF. This was only if the regulator needed to be replaced. They took the car back to begin working on it. I waited there for about 30 to 45 minutes before they were able to tell me anything. The mechanic came back and told me that the regulator wasnt broken and the motor was in good condition. He mentioned to me that he would be able to get just align the window and/or put the window back on the regulator so that nothing would need to be replaced. Perfect! The window is now up. It can go down, but the risk of bringing it back up might still be there. I rarely use the window anyway and havent for the past year or so.....no biggie if I cant use it!! The work that was completed was free of charge. I insisted several times that I need to pay him something for the labor and for just looking at my car. But he wasnt taking it! I exchanged my pay for an honest review of my experience. Should I need any other repair work done I will definitely start here! Was not disappointed. Not all body shops are shady or creepy.

Shop owners and operators, Mr. and Mrs. Aimes (Husband and Wife) are both phenomenal people, willing to work with people, even when life happens--life for me means getting married, thus budget conscious, time crunch, and no ability to accurately predict my schedule. If they can deal with my whirlwind of terror with respect and professionally, I promise you will not regret Dialing their number! PS: If you cannot sit and wait for your vehicle to finish, they will send you pictures and an itemized list of the damage... THEY ARE THE ONLY HONEST SHOP I HAVE EVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE AND PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!

Excellent service! I expected the repair to take a couple of days and cost significantly more than the final total. Olga and Eddie made the process painless. They showed me that I really only needed to replace one small piece of the grill, not the entire assembly. The repair was completed the same day, and for a fraction of the cost. All I can say about Aimes Collision Body Shop, is that is my #1 collision shop from now on! I needed some body work done after a mishap on a torn-up street in New Orleans, one which left my car taking in small amounts of water. Took my car to Aimes Collision, after calling around for a whole week. Aimes where the only ones that saod to take my car and they will look at and give me an appraisal. Got the quote the 2 days after taking the car. Ms. Olga is really professional and said they will take care of my car. It took a while to get my car back, but that was on the part of the other drives insurance. Ms. Olga always gave me feed back on how the repairs where going. Hands down the best service you’ll receive!! I drive a VW Jetta, and I smashed it into a pole in our parking garage :( my husband and I have never dealt with the insurance company or had to have a repair done so we were totally lost! We called up and spoke to Olga, she was so wonderful. She helped us figure out how to deal with the insurance company and walked us through everything step by step!They got my car finished quickly and with top quality! You would never know my car had been smashed up. I needed a new bumper which had me a littler nervous because I’ve seen people who have had to replace theirs and the color was off, but not here- the color is spot on!We will be back to Aimes with literally ALL of our repairs. We cannot Reccomend them enough. Great honest service.

Well it looks like they deleted my last review. Must be nice to just show people what you want to. Just like how they screwed me on my car. Again to say. 5 months to fix hail damage and did a poor job where I had to go fix what they did. 2 years and the paint bubbles up. After posting the first one they asked me to come in. And been waiting a week for them to call me back. I highly discourage anyone from using them.

The difference in experience between Aimes and a body repair place that the Porsche dealership in Plano sent me to are as different as night and day. The owner, Eddie, personally met with me and made sure everything was taken care of. The repairs they did on my 2014 911 turned out phenomenal - - AND very importantly, they completed the work when they said they would - and at the cost that was agreed to. There were no surprises. If you want something done right the first time, a shop that is completely transparent and up front, doesnt cut corners and always delivers quality product/service on or before the scheduled delivery date then AIMES is the shop for you!I have taken many, many cars to AIMES and havent had a bad experience yet. Lets face it repairing cars, especially bodyshop work, is an art form and even when there are the occasional delays or more parts needed they are always up front with it and get it done right. They have fixed other shops terrible work of mine for my customers and have always delivered.Ive no idea what some of the other reviewers are talking about in their 1-star reviews, but let me assure you that your car will be as good as new when you take it to AIMES COLLISION!

Awesome experience. They fixed my daughters car perfectly!!!!!!

I chose this shop because they promised a two day turn around and the lowest offer of 5k. There was hidden damage which should have delayed me by a few days. The problem is they have so many cars they would only work on the car a little bit every few days. My car was in the shop for 13 days because they kept calling me up every few days because when they would work on it they would find something. Had they uncovered everything at once it would have taken at the most 5 days. What is even worse when they hooked it up to their electrical tester they blew everything in my porsche macan and then tried to hide it like it was pre-existing . They even returned the suv to me with the key fob not working having to drive it with the key. (Insane) . After demanding they take it to porsche dealership they tried a friend which cost me another 2 days in the rental car. After all said and done porsche dealership would have been cheaper and i would have had a rental car through them. The owners are very nice on the phone but be prepared to have your car there much longer than the promise and check everything prior to allowing them to drive the car to you
