I went to Sewell Collision to repair my subaru. I worked with Brandon, who helped me dealing with insurance. The whole process was so easy. I didnt have to talk to the insurance at all. Brandon took care of everything from the beginning to the end, and negotiated the best deal for me. It took almost 3 weeks (mostly dealing with insurance to make sure they pay) to get my car back, but they do have an Enterprise on site, so its super convenient. I would recommend Sewell Collision!

After my parked car was hit by a DART bus, I figured I was in for a total nightmare… Thank goodness I called Sewell. Andre and the Sewell Lexus collision team took care of everything, from towing my car to their shop to negotiating with DART on repairs. The DART bus caused nearly $9,000 in damage to my car, but Andre made sure my car came out looking brand new.We always buy from Sewell because the customer service is so outstanding, and their collision team is no exception. I have had a great experience with Sewell Collision. Ive unfortunately had to put my car in twice in a month because of accidents. Both times Ive brought my vehicle in to get repaired, Ive been treated fantastically by the staff. Frank Reyes in the man to see. He is very good on keeping you up-to-date on what and how things are going on your car getting fixed. I dont live in Dallas but in East Texas and they go out of there way to make sure everything is going to be done professionally. I would recommend these guys everything to have them fix to car. Both times when I got my car back, it looked like it did when I bought it off the lot. They only use original parts to fix your car, never aftermarket ones. Go here to get you car fixed and you will never be disappointed.

This is my first and last time using Sewell, mechanic looked at flooded car and misdiagnosed it after having it for 2 months and filing with my insurance. He said everything was fine but 2 days later my engine blew while I was out of town. Sewell agent was rude and impolite .I will never buy a car or have maintenance performed by Sewell ever again .

Dont bother going if you have a small repair. Youll be on the back-burner for repair service which leads to you paying more in a car rental over your insurance limit. A 3K job should not take 2 months. Dont bother requesting the G/M director to call you to address your concern, because you wont get a call back.

My step daughter’s Infiniti Q50 had it’s lower front grill dislodged from the bumper clips. My Estimator Paul took the car to the back and 30 minutes later brought it back fixed. No charge. I always feel taken care of at Sewell.John

This is my go to place everytime! I have brought in my GMC Envoy twice to be worked on here. The first time was after someone skidded into me during an ice storm here in DFW. I dealt with advisor Bobby Roberts who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He keeps in constant contact to advise of every step completion. He is very dedicated to his customers and ensures that the work completed is satisfactory to the customers expectations. This second time I brought it in was for hail damage. I made sure to let Bobby know I would be bringing the vehicle back in to him. Customer service was handled the same as my first time here. I received my vehicle back to its original condition it was BEFORE it had encountered hail damage. I couldnt even tell there had been any damage done before! I will always bring my vehicles here for any repairs that need to be done. Sewell truly stands by their exceptional work and customer satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend Sewell AND working with Bobby!

My brand new Lexus was hit from behind while I was sitting at a red light, which shoved me into the car in front of me. I had a little over $20K in damages to a car that only had 2,500 miles on it. Nancy Soto, who works at Sewell Collision Center went above and beyond in keeping me informed of the progress of having my car repaired. She was extremely professional and understanding. After reading some of the reviews I was a little hesitant to take my Escalade here. I noticed that most of the bad reviews were from a couple of years back and after speaking with Justin on the phone, I decided to go with Sewell Collision, after all, it is a Sewell company.After intake of the vehicle, I was assigned to Dale Barr as my contact for the repair process. Not only did Dale and the Sewell team keep my updated on the process daily through text and email messages, they were very responsive to any questions I had, usually getting back to me in minutes. Enterprise rental car is on site so the transition from personal car to rental car was smooth and easy.Dale and the Sewell team promised my vehicle completion by the following Thursday or Friday. I was back in my personal vehicle by Wednesday!When I went to pick up the vehicle, I noticed that there was a screw missing. Dale immediately went back to the repair shop with my vehicle and rectified the issue. After I had gotten home, I noticed that the hood body lines were a little off, so I took pictures and sent them to Dale. He said to bring it to him and he would have it adjusted while I wait. I brought it to him the following week and I think I was at the collision center for about ten minutes total.A+ from minute one. I want to thank Dale Barr and the Sewell Collision team for making such an unfortunate situation as best as it could be with great communication and superb customer service.

Every time I spoke with anyone, they were great, but after I dropped off my car I didnt hear anything for a while. I know it takes a bit to order parts and such, but I think after a few days its worth at least a quick call to update. After I called to check in, they began sending text updates, so that was helpful!

My experience from start to finish was excellent. I was lucky enough to work with Chandler. When I first called explaining I was rear ended, he helped explain some of my options and really made me feel comfortable with the whole process and how it would work. He gave me an estimate right away, helped me transfer items to my rental car, and kept me up to date with how the repairs were going. My car ended up being ready earlier than expected. They did a great job and I am very satisfied with my overall experience. Ask for Chandler and you wont be disappointed.

If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I am so disappointed after taking more than one car and being a loyal customer over the years and only allowing them to take care of our vehicles that they chose to give us the bum rush. I wish they had better quality work, better customer service, didnt sell my information to other businesses, and actually made the repairs they were supposed to make. Sad to say they did not. They are higher priced than most and they are not quality at all. Go somewhere else.

I took my moms car to Sewell to have it repaired but was not able to have it done since it was declared a total loss by the insurance company. I dealt with Jessica who was extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole fiasco with the insurance company. We were able to get the storage and associated fees reduced substantially due to Jessicas persistence. Thank you Sewell Collision and thanks again Jessica for working with us!

Im not sure why I have seen any bad reviews for Sewell. When my brand-new 1000 mile only Subaru Ascent was t-boned by someone, we chose after lengthy research to take our vehicle to Sewell because we wanted the vehicle I drive my 3 babies in to be as close to new as possible. Their customer service is amazing. The paint work surprised even my picky husband. We were probably their worst customers, with how picky we are. Hubby is in aerospace and has much history with working on vehicles so he knew exactly what he wanted. If we saw even the slightest issue with anything, they would take it back and fix it without any extra charge to us. When this happened, they even took care of the added rental vehicle charges. We asked for paperwork showing our Subaru was back to OEM spec and they arranged to do this extra work for us through Subaru. I cannot say enough good things about this collision center. I hope I never have to use them again because that would mean another car accident but I would not hesitate to see them in the event that happened.

Ive been a loyal Sewell customer and have been pleased with the service I have received till now. I called in to get a quote on replacing a windshield that was damaged by a rock on the highway. The lady I spoke with was cold and rude. She refused to give me any indication of what a range of price might be because she said the car needed to be inspected to see what type of windshield it required. I told her that I purchased the car from Sewell and I could provide her any information that was necessary. She continued, in a robotic type voice, to tell me there was no way I was getting a range of price. I was simply trying to figure out whether I wanted to claim it on my insurance or pay out of pocket. I am highly displeased with the customer service I received from specifically Erika Chaveria. I asked to speak with supervisor and was told he was walking into a meeting. Very upset here am considering moving service centers.-Edit- Sewell called and apologized. It’s very unlike Sewell to have someone with poor customer service. That’s why I was so taken aback and appalled. Over all, we LOVE Sewell Cadillac and will always be a customer for life.

I was hit so I took my car to a body shop for repair but electrical issues could not be resolved by them so insurance said you have to go to dealer. Sewell would not touch my Cadillac because body work had been done elsewhere. You would think when you but an 80k+ car youd get a but better service.

My experience with them was awesome! I was rear ended and never had to go through that repair process before. Derek took care of me and kept me informed via text message every day. They returned my car to me fully detailed, smelled amazing and nice classical music playing when I got in. They were very classy and I felt like they took amazing care of me and my car! My car was here due to an accident which required 2 wheels to be replaced, one of the tires to be replaced & there was an alignment completed amongst other things.I picked up my car on Wednesday and noticed later in the day that something was not right with the steering &/or brakes while I was driving. My car only has a little over 10,000 miles on it so I know it shouldnt have made any noises. It was a loud grinding noise when I would turn corners on the street or change lanes while on the freeway.I emailed Zann & he told me that the car was driven by 3 people & they didnt notice anything but he advised to bring the car back in.When Jared (a mechanic) drove the car with me he heard the noise as well. AT THAT TIME is when they advised me that they supposedly told Progressive that my wheel bearing needed to be replaced but Progressive supposedly told them not to do it. The whole Sewell Customer Satisfaction is completely out of the window for me & I dont trust that they truly cared about my safety or my vehicle. Even if Progressive told them not to fix certain things (in an effort to save money) I shouldve still been advised -- especially before leaving! The 1st section of their pamphlet (in their office) says that customers will be advised of proposed repairs & we should also be involved in the decision of what to repair/replace. My car was there for several weeks & nobody told me about the wheel bearing being a suggested replacement. Are customers really not worth a $150-$200 part that could cause further issues in the future or put us at risk while driving 70 mph on a freeway? I simply do not trust the Sewell brand at all at this point & I am uncomfortable with the fact that my car is/was actually fixed in the best way possible. Theres no telling if a corner was cut with something else on my car that I am unable to detect at this point. Im only giving 2 stars since I feel the office staff, Zann & Jared were courteous. Im frustrated that I trusted the Sewell brand (especially since I purchased my car from them). They are on the more expensive end of options yet lack true professionalism & dont truly care about customers.

Even though GEICO was denying coverage for certain parts and being apathetic towards my vehicle repairs, Frank Reyes did a phenomenal job keeping me informed at every step. Unfortunately I didnt get my repair done there but Frank was instrumental in getting my insurance to move the car. He was always on our side where as my insurance company kept deflecting and didnt seem to care causing us great distress. Frank is a life saver!

I started working with the guy named Zann Canida at Sewell Collision Dallas to fix my Audi. He sounded extremly rude and unprofessional. He did not listen or show any sort of willingness to listen to me and understand the concern. Not sure if this is the way they deal with all customers. Took my Cadillac in for what seemed to be a simple fender bender (I was rear ended at a stop light) with minor damage. Well Sewell Collision Center has now had my car FOUR weeks!! And Im told were STILL waiting on parts. Ive now been charged additionally by the rental company because Ive surpassed the timeline they cover for repairs. Yes, my advisor has been nice and the text message updates are great but seems like an extraordinarily long time for minor damage.. wouldnt recommend for timely repair.

I have had two vastly different experiences. 1st time I received perfect service and repair. 2nd time I was criticized about my collision on arrival. I provided the center with 2 separate incidents at the same time. I picked up the car and paid 2 separate bills and after I paid I was given an incomplete car... side mirror still broken front bumper not replaced and I paid for a $75 buff to my left quarter panel which I didn’t ask for. I entered the building again and was told to take it up with the agent and considering no agents were on site on a weekend I left and never returned. Never returned as a Sewell customer to this day.

Zann and team took great care of my daughter - easy drop off and pick up and the car looks great - with 3 teenage drivers, I use them a lot and they do a great job! I had a very good experience with Sewell Collision. Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. They have an email system that updates you every 3-ish days to inform you what phase of the repair process your car is in. I had almost $7,000 of damage and my car came out looking better than before. I would highly recommend Sewell. I worked with Michael Shannon who was very knowledgeable and helpful when i had any questions.

There are two great things about Sewell Collision Center of Dallas:1a. Repair Technology - this shop is certified by GM to do the most advanced repairs there are. If they can do those advanced repairs, they wont have any problem or cut any corners fixing simple bumper, fender, or hood.1b. Communication - you will get a daily repair status update by phone text or email!!! No more unnecessary calls, uncertainty etc.2. PEOPLE - Derek Merchant is the man :) He gave me a very reasonable estimate of the repair time and the car was fixed on time. No prolonging, no excuses... Great communication and organization!

UPDATE: Following my original post, Sewell got with me to finish the repair, i.e. replace the strut. The service was of the utmost professionalism and done the same day. From my overall experience, I can attest to their dedication to a high standard of customer service.ORIGINAL POST: It has been almost a year of back and forth and our vehicle is still not repaired.Since the moment we left the shop, the vehicle has pulled left, which has since been identified as a bent strut. The impaired strut makes the vehicle a hazard to drive and it is my wifes daily driver (she cannot drive a manual, or I would let her borrow my vehicle). My requests for them to finish the job have been repeatedly ignored.

After being a long time customer of Sewell GMC, Sewell Infinity, and Sewell Cadillac (10 family vehicles in 12 years), well it pains me to say, Im done with Sewell Dealerships and all associated Sewell businesses.Took a GMC Sierra SLT in for simple basic repair ($2,200) and was told my insurance company pays labor at $44 / hr. Sewell says their labor rate is 48.50 / hr.This leaves me with about an additional $400 +/- over and above my deductible, NOT ACCEPTABLE !!I cant believe Sewell is willing to loose an entire family of business over $400.00.Bye Bye Sewell
