I’ve bought two vehicles there and their attention to customer service and satisfaction is, in my opinion, unmatched by anyone in the Atlanta metro area. Every time I have dealt with the people at this dealership I have been very pleased. i love the jeep I bought here and the sales and service staff are amazing to say the least. I had two issues with the car and they fixed both of them under warranty in less than a day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a MOPAR car. The maintenance department is incredibly helpful. Vinnie, the contact I worked with was exceptional. He helped provide a great atmosphere and was honest with things like how long my service would take as well as informing me that for a more indepth issue they were unfortunately a little behind.Aside from just the people, the waiting area is incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of places to sit as well as nice amenities like the coffee machine that provided a surprising amount of choices.All in all, Im incredibly happy with my recent visit and hope they continue to provide exceptional service.

Did not not complete repairs as requested. Poor and lack of communication between service rep to customers. Parts were never ordered. Takes two weeks at minimum to complete simple repairs and replacements. Reps do not return your calls. They only communicate via text only with no immediate response. Surveys must be completed through Facebook??? They close at 6pm not 8am. Do not recommend this dealership since they will only do simple maintenance on the spot. They cannot setup appointments, nor complete the repair before the end of day. Your car will be held for days without notice until the repair is complete regardless of when you setup your appointment or if you can setup a appointment with them. Dont bother calling the manager, I tried 3 times for 2 weeks. DO NOT LET THEM STORE YOUR CAR FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS. RED FLAG RED FLAG

Great customer service and a great price. They don’t add any bogus fees like a lot of other dealers do. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I would highly recommend them. My sales consultant Travis and Jonathon in finance were very helpful and didn’t pressure me at all. Great experience!

My experience was great, I went for a basic oil change and they did that plus a lot more. They did a 120 point inspection and balanced and rotated my tires. They got me out of there at very reasonable time and made me feel great as a customer, I highly recommend this shop

If I could give zero stars I would. Service department had my wrangler for 2 weeks. Sat there for a week waiting to be looked at, I never received any communication from service department when it was being looked at or diagnosed 5 days after they said it was being worked on. I had to contact them everyday for updates. 3 out of 5 days I didnt even get a response. I had to call in multiple times to get the estimate for my check engine light. When I received the estimate, it was over 3k for a $70 part and a 2 hrs of labor for a camshaft sensor and a test drive. They wanted to flush all fluids for a check engine light. So they broke it down to $500 for check engine light. Wanted me to pay for diagnostic time, shop supplies (which is there was none since sensor comes with new bolt and new oring) Was transfered to service manager to discuss the estimate. Once I told service manager I wasnt paying for diagnostic time if they were repairing the vehicle and I wanted all diagnostic test results documented the service manager said he elected not to repair my vehicle for me asking what should be supplied by the technician and dealership showing the customer that the technician did thorough job on diagnosising the vehicle to make sure it was repaired correctly the first time. Dealership service departments that operate this way are the ones that are trying to take you. Ive running a service department for a dealership for twelve yrs and this not how you do business.

I brought my 2018 Ram truck in for service and I must say my service advisor Robert was very knowledgeable, helpful and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. His Tech noticed my screen on my radio was damaged and ordered me a new replacement to avoid later down the road having my screen go completely blank. Have no complaints! staff is super friendly and helpful since it was my first time there. The service advisor was easy to get in touch with through the texting service and the online MPI made it convenient to approve or decline added service. The service department did a great job getting my Ram sorted. Call on a Wednesday afternoon about a ticking noise. Joe was able to get me in the next morning at 7.45 and by 10.30, parts were ordered to have the repair completed the next morning. No fuss with the warranty and honest pricing on the brake and rear differential service.The waiting area is very comfortable, with nice work spaces and good wifi. Brought my car in 2 weeks ago for service. Radio shuts off while driving down the road. Car is still there.. had to order radio said 3 to 10 days. No tracking number. Communication is horrible. Still no car..Bought my car from here so figured they would take care of me. No luck.will not recommend buying, service or even stopping in to look around.Passed and disappointed customer

The service here is always on point! I trust them with my Chrysler. They find ways to accommodate me as much as possible. Glenda Frazier is so friendly and personable. She explained what I needed and was so helpful in saving my money. She got me deals that I didnt know about. The shop is clean and the people treat you like you are more than a number.

Since then I have gone back for oil changes and regular car maintenance. Everyone has always been kind and accommodating. The oil change has been a speedy process and they always reach back out to check and make sure I am satisfied with the work. I’ve also had to visit the body shop and Anthony has been AMAZING to work with. Robby, the general sales manager, has always been helpful and great to work with as well. Anthony the Collision Manager was very helpful. I really appreciate the great customer service I received in their office. I forgot to get the lady and the other young male working in the Collision Office but everybody was wonderful.

I had the absolute worse experience with Paulding Dodge. I called to have my business vehicle oil change and to have an inspection. We scheduled the appointment and was told it had to be dropped off that morning in order to have it ready that evening. I dropped the vehicle off and about 15 minutes later I get a text stating that my service would take between 3-4 days. I was very unprepared to leave my vehicle that long but I needed the service done. After 6 days (Thursday morning - Tuesday morning) I still hadn’t heard anything from the rep so I texted the service rep and told him I would be to get my vehicle. I got there to get my vehicle and it still had not been looked at. The rep told me that my oil had been changed however the dash still indicated that my oil had not been changed. So I really don’t even know if my oil was actually changed. Terrible service and very unprofessional to say the least!

We are a first time Jeep Grand Cherokee owners, and it is my wife’s vehicle. We bought it after test driving 14 different models and brands. My wife liked the way it road and it met our needs. We chose Paulding Jeep as it is the closest Jeep dealer to our home. Our 2014 Grand Cherokee is a well taken care of vehicle and spends most of the time locked in a garage. Paulding Jeep has done all the Maintenance on it. Oil changes, tire rotation etc.We have been very pleased until our last experience. In April 17, Our Jeep went into Paulding Jeep for a routine oil change and rotation, however this time when it was in the dealership they called and recommend we change the differential fluids. I agreed. A few weeks later I discovered that the rear differential was leaking fluid. I brought the Jeep back into the dealership to discover why it was leaking. I associated the leak with the maintenance that had just been performed. Jeep had it a day and called me to say that the differential housing was bad, and the leak was coming from the case seam and needed replaced. I challenged that and said how could a housing just go bad? Paulding Jeeps reply was it sometime happens. I was upset then to find out that our Jeep had just gone out of warranty and the repair cost was $2500. John Frazier indicated that they might be able to work with Jeep and reduce the price. After a few days John came back and said that something was approved and that it was only going to be $1200 for the repair.I will concede that our Jeep has gone out of warranty. Paulding Jeep offered to see if they could get the price reduced and had an opportunity to do the right thing and cover the full repair. They chose not to. The fact that they reduced the price $1200 tells me that could of covered all of cost. A differential housing just doesn’t go bad. It was a manufacturing defect and should have been treated as such. This vehicle is pampered and well taken care of. Was the housing leaking before it came out of warranty? I don’t know. If it was, then the previous maintenance visits would have caught it. I question that the fluid level was ever checked in the previous maintenance visits.We love our Jeep but have now have reservations about continuing with the brand. Brand loyalty is more than the product you win it with service and support. These are just as important.Tom McNuttAcworth, GA

Great experience at a “body shop “ They looked at damage, told me what I needed and explained the process. When I picked up the car it looked like new , they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside. Flawless experience and I would return if ever needed again.

I am in the market to purchase a new a new truck and trade in my 2014 ram,but I remembered the service treatment my daughter received at this dealership. It was horrible the first time she went in to have her vehicle serviced for air conditioning not cooling. They told her after having her car sit there for three to five days. That it would be about a month to service it. No offer of having a loaner car while they had it. And if your service advisor is not there no one else will help you. That’s crazy. So we took her car back and took it to a local shop who fixed it same day. The second time we went she had no brakes at all. So they kept it three days after the fourth day I went in and they said the same thing it would be at least a month and the cats that are sitting here has been waiting that long. So I took the car back home and discovered I only needed brake fluid. This place is not the place is all I can say and it made me decide to purchase elsewhere.

I was in the market to buy a car, however I hate spending hours in the dealership. While on the dealerships web page, I requested more information for a particular vehicle. Within minutes, I received a call back from a representative. The representative (Mrs. Walker) sent me a live walk around video of the car. After I completed a credit check, arrangements were made for the following day to view the car -- it was currently Sunday night.The video walk around and the low miles was good enough for me. We made arrangements for the dealership to bring the car and the paperwork to my house the following day. That was awesome, being that I lived one hour away! I’ve been without my vehicle for 20 days total this month and all I need is a cooling fan. Just an unsettling experience. My vehicle was there for a 7 for the same problem that they couldn’t find. Charged me $654 to clean my fueling system and rotate my tires. Also changed my water pump which my warranty covered. After keeping my vehicle for seven days rotating my tires and changing my water pump . I received the vehicle back. And the problem was still there. So I took the vehicle back. And now they located the problem “HOPEFULLY”. And now my total is $1625 for a radiator mount and A cooling fan and now I’m waiting for my vehicle after 13 days from taking it back. My suggestion to future customers. Make sure you have Other transportation in order because they have no loaner vehicles and can’t accommodate you in any way

Scammers!!!!! They sold my sister a car knowing it had been in two accident and when she calls and tells them that it’s not running right they did absolutely nothing. They set her with the female car sales agent Nicole and she was nice but didn’t care or have the decency to show her the carfax. So we are contacting a lawyer. Stay far away from this place.

I do not recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are lie, and then take your trade to the auction and lose it. You sign the paperwork and walk our with the vehicle and 2 months later they renig on their end by not paying off the trade and tell you that you were never financed. Im sure 1 can find a more honest Dodge dealership.As of 01 June 2021 the vehicle that was traded on March 23rd, has still not been paid off and dealership does not know the whereabouts of traded vehicles. I strongly advise that you find another dealership to buy from.

Terrible experience trying to buy a vehicle fromthis dealership remote. Sales representative kept me hanging and then didn’t have the courtesy to inform me that he had another offer. Extremely impolite as well.Hopefully the service in person is better!

It would have been nice to have just got the key made for my RAM 2500. The sales guy hanging around in the service bay was not a feature i would call professional. This review is specifically for the service department. Stef always takes time to answer all of my questions and to address any concerns. This is an amazing state-of-the-art facility, and I always feel very comfortable having my Jeep worked on here. From oil changes, all the way through extensive engine repairs these guys do an excellent job, and all of my repairs have been done in a timely manner.

My ram 1500 was fixed in a timely manner. Was ready to pick up on the scheduled day. Couldn’t be happier. Called several times while they were working on it to keep me updated and informed on what was going on. Would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their car or truck fixed.

As soon as I landed back in US they had the truck up front waiting for me and paperwork ready to go. They even stayed past the closing time to insure everything was done and done right. 5 stars does not even come close to how good I was treated and how fast things were done. Doing all this while I was not even in the country puts them well above any other dealership I contacted.
