This location is FANTASTIC. I brought my car in yesterday after I hit a high curb and was extremely stressed out. Drew was kind, friendly and I felt like I was talking to a family friend. Armando got my car fixed in no time and it looks good as new. These guys are the best in town!!

Herb’s was very professional and efficient in fixing our car. It only took 1 week for them to finish with our car and get it back to us. The work was really well done and looked as if nothing had ever happened to the car. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is due Herbs not having staff answer their phone on Saturday when they are open. They send all calls to an answering service that tells the customer they are closed on Saturdays when in fact they are open.

Repaired here my car after rear end collision, whole team at Herbs was very helpful and professional. I’m more than satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend! Thank you a lot!

Friendly, attentive staff Even drove me home abd picked me up to retrieve my car.The told me 3 - 4 says, but it was ready after two days.The paint was blended in perfectly (which isnt easy with a six year old gold car).I used Herbs #1 store back in the early 1980s, was very satisfied then and their #2 store has held up the tradition.I highly recommend them for service, repairs and cost.

I went here based off of a recommendation from my boyfriend who had used them before saying they do good work and they stand behind it. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, they had great customer service, helped me with my rental and when I got my car back it looks brand new. I would recommend to a friend.

Herbs treated my car like it was their own. My tech, Eli, kept me updated on the progress of my repairs and reviewed the repairs with me when I picked up my car. I will definitely use Herbs again, if needed, and would recommend this location to my family and friends.

Sorry - left an earlier review for the Mockingbird location (where i left my car) - I now understand this is the location that is doing the work. Basically, they missed two dates - wont commit to a third. I have a great insurance company (USAA) but their members should have access to more reputable service centers. Avoid Herbs

Herbs performs high-quality work in a timely manner. The staff is very helpful, particularly at this location. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise, conveniently just a mile or two away. Matt has been especially helpful with my most recent repairs, which were a combination of an insurance claim and separate items that I wanted to fix.

No attention to detail. Terrible from the start. Me and my wife made an appointment. Received an email with confirmation. But they sent the WRONG address.11530 Emerald Street, Carrollton, TX 75229. The only thing wrong was the Carrollton part but who TF sends the wrong address to their potential customers. It sent me to somebody’s house. Spoke with the General Manager. Didn’t even ask about my appointment or any customer information for rescheduling to make sure we get in for repairs. Seemed apologetic but almost like he really didn’t give AF. Bottom line find a repair center with more attention to detail. I have photo proof of the email if anybody needs to see btw.

Disappointed that though they are no longer Herbs the choose not to honor the work they had done and is currently failing. Cracks and damage.

Stopped in for an estimate, just a ballpark on a dented fender and their too corp. No one ca. Give a straight answer without 3 forms filled out. Stay away, there are 10 better options all around them

Herbs #2 is quite frankly the best place to take your vehicle for repairs in DFW. Without a doubt there is no other place out there with better service and workmanship. From the very first call, everyone was sincerely polite and provided great customer service. They even picked up/dropped off my car just a few miles away. Even though I stated I would pick up the vehicle, they insisted that it was no problem at all. Now thats what I call service! They really do go above and beyond. My car looks incredible, no one can even tell it was ever in a wreck. It might even look better now than it did before the accident. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Might have been a little slow, but they did stand up work and honored every thing they told me.Truly upstanding body shop would recommend to anyone.

Took my car here to get repaired after an accident. There was horrible communication between the shop and myself. I had to call them every time I wanted an update. When I went to pick up the car there were multiple things broken that were not broken when I dropped of the car(headlight that wasnt affected in The accident, hood prop) The car battery was completely dead and the tires did not have the correct air pressure in them. The car was not vacuumed out like they stated it would be and the alignment of the new parts were not up to par. A few weeks of driving it everything seemed fine until someone almost cut me off while driving, I went to use the horn and found that is was not working. I took it back to the shop and they told me that the technician forgot to plug it in after working on the front end. I would caution anyone from bringing there car here to get fixed. It was not a pleasant experience.

Brought them a late model Audi with bumper damage that had busted several sensors in the car; they did great work and even handled sending the car to Audi for the sensor work.Very easy to work with, always answered any questions I had, would definitely recommend.

My Dodge challenger driver door has to be slammed shut, just to close. Went back they half adjusted with a attitude like its my fault. Now I am stuck driving a 2016 challenger with a half witted adjustment. Smh. One star is too many

They did okay on the bodywork repairs on my Acura, but I had to take it back a second time for them to fix some of the poorer repairs. I wouldnt go back there again.
