I LOVE their coffee, and I refuse to drink ANY other kind! Love one of dark roast, the Italian Roast, and of course the medium blend, Pikes Place roast is a great anytime coffee, but the REAL diamonds, come twice per year, the Thanksgiving roast, and the Christmas Blend, which are my 2 favorite coffee roasts of all time! So much flavor, that my splash of 2% milk, and sugar, just compliment them to perfection!!! Thank you Starbucks!!!! You could lower prices a touch, but otherwise, we die-hard coffee people just adore you, for what you bring to our worlds every morning, noon, or night, when we NEED that boost! You guys ROCK at the Crown Point location too! From management down, everyone that works there is AMAZING!! Great people to start your day with!!! Thank you ALL CP Starbucks staff!!

Make good coffee but this place is always really dirty in general in store and behind the counter! Would rather go to one off Broadway but they were closed thats my favorite! Good coffee no matter who makes and always clean from store to be hind counter to the bathrooms very clean!

This is my go-to Starbucks location. They do seem to be getting busier and busier over the past year, but they are always trying to work hard and move the lines quickly. Sharon is always SO sweet. She always says hi to my dog and offers him a pup cup. She even recognized him when my husband brought him through the other day instead of me! It was a really sweet gesture that shows they try to get to know their customers. Thanks for making my mornings brighter with cold brew and conversation :)

Yummy pumpkin spice latte

For some reason every time I come to this location they mess up my drink. They remade my drink twice and still got it wrong. I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch with no coffee, nothing super unique but Had to go back to return the drink and get a refund. Please train your workers to make drinks correctly so people don’t waste there time having drinks remade. I will never come back here yet again

Not a happy camper! For the 3rd time Ive been there they say that they dont have the toffee nut ingredient they need to make my salted caramel mocha! I guess Ill need to start visiting other coffee shops!

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. While other Starbucks that I’ve visited have returned to letting you grab your own mobile order, this one is so disorganized. The “mobile order” pickup table is now a folding table with a sign that says for Uber Eats only. They put all mobile orders by the drive thru counter assuming that everyone who mobile orders will be picking up in the drive thru which is not true, I indicated on the app when I placed my order that I would be picking up in store, yet they still put my order by the drive thru. When I arrived, I stood by the counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me and I had to tell the barista my name 3 times in order to get my order. As someone who is hearing impaired and has trouble understanding people with masks, this was an awful experience. I will not be back.

New to the town. First time at this one and the people were friendly and the line moves faster than others Ive been in.

I usually do not like going to this location but Rebecca was amazing today!!!! She was conversative and extremely nice. She went out of her way to offer and give my dog a pup cup when every other time I was there, workers claimed they were not allowed to give them out (clearly lying). She absolutely made my day and my awesome drink!

Completely empty line, no business rush or customers inside at all, yet still when i asked for a custom refresher with 3 added things i got none of what i wanted added, no cream, not even any ice, but was still charged $6 .... drink only 2/3rds full

After driving from the state line border to drop my daughter off at work, I decided to drive a couple blocks to this Starbucks for a coffee. While waiting in drive thru for my coffee, I realized I should probably find a bathroom before my 20 min drive to work. After inquiring at the window about the availability I parked and went in. I could not believe that someone had the nerve to YELL out as I walked out the doors seriously youre gonna use the bathroom and not buy coffee?. Obviously that girl does not need her job. Probably one of the rudest things I have ever heard. Especially when I spend so much money on coffee. Next time I will just wait to go to St John for my morning coffee where the employees know how to act.

Was in for yesterday without realizing it was 2 for 1 Happy Hour. Drive through was around the building, inside was crazy busy. Employees did an amazing job , they were so calm and focused! Looked like they may have been short staffed, but service and quality were never sacrificed. Very impressive staff!

This is one of the better starbucks in the area. The drive thru in particular is updated and they can actually hear you without having to scream your order. Consistently is the biggest thing with starbucks right? This location is always on point with the drinks, no matter how complicated. I would go here more often if it was closer to Schererville.

I went to Starbucks on Wednesday evening and yesterday night, I was taken care of by Jason on both occasions. He was great, very helpful and polite! He has a great attitude. I have gone to this location multiple times and he is one of the only people who has always had a smile while taking my order. In general my experience with him is always a pleasure and I believe he deserves a raise.

Who doesnt love a good Starbucks coffee as a little pick me up in the morning or afternoon? There are so many delicious drinks to choose from, that its sometimes a struggle deciding which one to get. Dont be intimidated by their fancy lingo for small, medium and large. Just order a medium if thats what you want. Theyll know what youre talking about. Id give them 5 stars if the coffee wasnt so dang expensive, but I keep going back so the jokes on me!

Slow but worth the wait

This store is clean and staff is friendly. The line is always long and it always seems to be busy, but the wait time is never too long as they are very quick and keep it moving. Its in a prime location. Parking is great, and they have a nice sitting area outside.

Starbucks is starbucks everywhere so no complaints on the drinks. It was stressful watching a barista take off her mask to take a sip of her drink, put her mask back on and continue making beverages.

Great service and very fast too. The store was clean and they kept the customers moving through quickly. Great selection of coffees, both hot and cold. Friendly staff made the visit nice. Recommend trying a drink suggestion from a barista if you want a new taste today.

Youre average Starbucks. Is not the best place to study as there is a lot of customers in and out. Not very quiet. Patio is nice in summer months.

Weve been going to this location for years. Theyve had their share of turnover and most employees have been really great. Unfortunately the majority of the current staff is not very friendly or helpful. In addition to our regular visits, weve also been going for the after 3 pm Thursday specials since early spring and never needed a code. On Thursday May 10, I stopped and was rushed through the ordering process, got to the window and was charged full price (shouldve been half off). I asked for my receipt and the barista hesitantly gave it to me, then quickly closed the window. Thanks a lot, guys. You couldnt tell your regular customers that they needed a code this week? To top off my poor experience, my drink tasted terrible. They were crazy busy and I got my drink very fast. I assume they were just throwing stuff together without regard for following procedure. Overall, this location needs some work.

Drive thru was quite busy on a Sunday morning, and I got my drink inside. Wait was at most 2 minutes. Quick service and a place to sit and read undisturbed makes this an all around good coffee shop.

I remember this being a typical Starbucks. It was located on a busy Street in the middle of the block. That always makes it difficult if you want to make a left turn when you exit.

Ive never had a rude employee here, and theyve also never gotten my order wrong, even one time. I would definitely come here every day if I could afford it.

I use the mobile app to order here about 95% of the time bc inside is super busy, like 100% of the time. And you can forget about the drive-thru. Staff is usually pretty nice. My experience with the mobile app is great - my drink IA ALWAYS waiting for me. The one time it wasnt, they issued me a $5 gift card and my drink was free.

I dont think this store has a manager. No one shakes the teas, EVER! Ive been in a McDonalds with a nicer staff. If you go to the drive thru, 9/10 youre waiting at least 5 minutes at the window. It just seems like theres no leadership at all.

Cannot make a London Fog correctly. First attempt, forgot the vanilla (easy mistake) and the second attempt they just gave me tea because the barista didnt know what it was and the other barista simply said, oh, its just Earl Grey tea. How does that pass the sanity check? If I wanted an Earl Grey, I would have just ordered that. Literally the worst attempt at making a rather common drink (been through over 10 states in a month and this is the first one to swing and miss this badly).

Worst Starbucks on planet earth. Slowest service ever! I ordered 3 shots of espresso and it tasted and looked like they just threw in regular coffee. So gross! How do you not know how to properly make something that simple?

Your drinks are going to be great, but often the drive through takes a long time, its impossible for me to stop there before work unless I leave 15 minutes earlier. They seem to take much longer than other locations even with a shorter line.

Its cool they remodeled but I dont like how they turned off the music at like 9. I come there to study and just hearing a really loud employee without music isnt the most conductive setting.

Waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my drink. Employee didnt apologize for such a long wait or even say thank you for purchase. Person next to him i could see eating something. Not a good experience at all. Drink didnt taste as good and not as hot as it usually is.

This review is based on multiple visits to this location. Every time the service is slow, no one greets, the employees stand around and talk (even the general manager) and there’s always an issue with my order (either the drinks aren’t made correctly, my food item I ordered suddenly isn’t in stock after I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for it), or some other extraneous excuse. I’m only giving them 2 stars out of kindness.

The drive they at all times of the day is 6 cars deep, but is due to extremely slow service. It use to be a fast drive thru but ever since there remodel it’s been horrible.

I went through the drive through today. There was only one person in front of me. My 3 month old started to cry, but I wasnt worried because it shouldnt take long. Boy was I wrong! I sat for 6min behind the other car. It then took an extra 5 min! All I ordered was a sausage egg cheese sandwich and a tall decaf coffee. The lady at the window handed me my sandwich and the window closed and she yells No decaf! Cmon guys! And I had to wait because they had to do a poor over. Which she didnt tell me until I got my coffee handed to me. It was chaos inside that store. I dont know what was happening, but they were so unorganized. To top that off, I drive away and realize they gave me the WRONG breakfast sandwich! Ugh! I dont get a chance to treat myself to Starbucks as much as I used to. So this was extremely disappointing. Hope they get it together. Ill never go to this location again.

Last couple of times I went there thru drive thru I get this guy I dont know if he is drunk or he is high and when I order he always says Whaat i dealt with other people there no one was that rude like he is, he should not be working when he is high period.
