April, Kevin, and everyone else I dealt with were wonderful. I bought a beautiful used Mazda that was in pristine condition. They have a generous buy back and warranty rolled into the cost which is amazing.Not at all pushy, very helpful, and they make the buying process easy and enjoyable. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive from Vermont. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a new GMC truck while trading-in my old GMC. I can say without hesitation, all my friends that bought from Tasca and recommended/encouraged me to buy from them were RIGHT. Tasca was the most professional, courteous and non-pressure sales, tech and support team Ive dealt with. They were open with the challenges of car sales during COVID, but turned that problem into opportunities for me trading in and getting the best vehicle. Fred was so pleasant. As busy as I am sure he is, he treats customers like they are his only one. He kept in constant contact with me via texts regarding the status of my service. I was not happy with the rental car they gave me and Fred was willing to do whatever necessary to get me another vehicle. He is efficient, friendly, and conscientious. Both the sales representative, David Paquin, and the financial manager, Andrew Aytac, were very professional and helpful. I did not feel as though I was being deceived or pressured to finalize the sale. My last experience became a nightmare when I purchased my previous car three years ago from Balise Auto Group. They were horrendous and lacked scruples.This was the first car buying experience I had that was positive and I am so grateful for that. Highly recommend purchasing from the Tasca family.

Terrible customer service and all around experience. I located a car on Carfax I was interested in buying. Called to inquire about the car and was told I couldnt see it until it was serviced. After 2 weeks I finally got a manager to agree to let me see it before it got serviced. We discussed and agreed on several cosmetic things to be fixed in addition to their standard service. It took them a whole month to actually get the vehicle to me and when they finally did it was a disaster. Not only did they not do what they said they would, the head unit touchscreen was cracked and no longer working and the backup cam keeps glitching. When meeting with the manager Doug he repeatably talked down to me and gave me insulting excuses like its a used car and issues with the head unit wasnt discuss ed during time of purchase. When I test drove the vehicle everything was in working order. If the head unit was damaged at that time I definitely would have mentioned it and if told it couldnt be fixed I would have refused purchasing the vehicle. When asking for my money back I was told that it was not possible but now im seeing that there is a 7 day return policy and he did not honor it at all. Photos below are of the cracked head unit and glitched backup cam. Stay away from these guys. Theyre slime.

Josephine was friendly and took time to show us cars we wanted to view. She wasn’t pushy and even stayed a few minutes after closing to talk to us.The pricing at Tasca was fair - I think we received a good deal. If you are searching for a used vehicle, definitely use comparison websites to verify that the pricing is appropriate.After agreeing to purchase the car we were brought to the finance officer. This was really the only aggravating part of the entire transaction. He tried to sell an extended warranty on the vehicle and was rather pushy.Overall, I’d say we had a pretty good experience and I would recommend Josephine as a quality salesperson to see if you are searching for a new or used vehicle.

I went into Tasca to get a new lease because mine was up. They did not have much Ford inventory due to Covid I guess. I was directed to Mazda. Went smoothly up until I received a call to see I was being charged a disposition fee because I did not stick with Ford. It is already affecting my credit. It is not my fault that I could not stick with Ford due to inventory issues. And I just got the car. Being new to another Make/Model I had no idea. Was not made aware. I called to discuss it with Tasca and the sales manager was just rude about the whole thing. Just told me to “get it cleared so it don’t affect me any longer”. And “now you know going forward”. The issue isn’t paying it, it’s the rudeness and unwillingness to help me in anyway. I then spoke with my sales agent Jorge finally, who went above and beyond to help me settle this matter! He was very caring and apologetic. I will recommend him to anyone that’s looking to buy!

The absolute worst customer service! DO Not Waste your time. Schedualed an appointment for service in the beginning of June on a warranty repair. They have canceled three times to reschedule for late August. When asked to talk to a manger, the manager we spoke to gave us a run around on whether the repair was covered under warranty or not. He fully knew the repair is covered and admitted it was after asking if Do you even know what your warranty is(his exact words). He was try to assert it wasnt covered and we were dumb customers that didnt know better. Watch out these people will take you for your money if youre not paying attention. TASCA SUCKS!

On August 12th I needed to have my Ford Escape towed to Tasca on Pontiac Ave in Cranston for what turned out to be pretty extensive work. It was a hot day and I was absolutely frustrated and miserable. Eric DeFalco immediately greeted me when I walked in and began entering my info into his computer. He walked me thru the whole process and began to put me at ease right from the get-go. He directed me to Ed at the rental desk. Ed set me up with a car very quickly and was extremely easygoing with me. Eric promised he would call me in a few days with an update and he promptly did. He gave me a breakdown of the cost and when it would be ready. In less than a week it was repaired. I can’t possibly emphasize enough how friendly and efficient both guys were. They’re the ultimate pros. Thanks again guys.

My advice is be careful if youre dealing with manager Doug. I purchased a BMW for my wife and my wife did not like the features so I wanted to return the vehicle based on their 7 day returned policy and Doug did not want to honor the return and gave me a whole bunch of lies. I ended escalating the matter with Jamie Tasca who was outstanding and was able to resolve the issue for me and the car was taken back based on their policy. This was going to be the 5th vehicle purchased at Tasca in 4 years. So just be careful dealing with Doug because as I told him face to face, he is dishonest, rude and a lier.

After weeks of research on line regarding Jeep Wranglers, I came to Taska Chevrolet in Rhode Island from Maine to look at 2 possible vehicles. (I had a whole list of dealerships to check out that had my year and model at the price I was willing to pay. They still had one of the Jeep’s available and I bought it without shopping further. I am happy with the vehicle and I got a really good interest rate. That’s where things quickly go down hill. After returning home and reviewing the paperwork, I realized the cost of the extended warranty was much more than I thought I heard it to be so I decided to cancel it.After several weeks of unanswered calls, left messages, and e-mails I cannot get the finance dept to return my attempts at communication. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and other consumer agencies just to get a return call but to no avail so far.Take heed! They will sell you a nice vehicle at a reasonable price but seem to offer no service after the fact.

The dealership has a real history in Ford cars, so do check that section out. Tasca himself played a lions share in American sports car, and the dealership still sells parts. I unfortunately did not have a successful transaction at Ford, but that was independent of the employees. Mohammed offered a great, informed car sale pitch, while Zain was on point with his numbers and expectations right from the word go. I cannot recommend the place more.

Tasca Promise – “You will be satisfied” in my case turned into “You will be lied to over and over and walk away feeling cheated”Spent close to 2 months trying to find the vehicle that I wanted with the specific set of options that I was looking for, found exactly what I was looking for at Tasca. 2019 with 24k miles listed for $47,000. 9/5/2020 I went down an completed the transaction, no one ever mentioned anything about an issue with the title.Starting on 9/15/2020 I had several conversations with Christina the sales person and she assured me that everything was fine and that townhall was to blame for the delay in processing my registration. On 9/24/2020 I called townhall to find out what was taking so long and they informed me that they had never received anything from Tasca. So I called the dealership back and they now started to blame the delay on the company they outsource the registration process to. Devin the finance manager promised that he would get them to expedite the process and told me that they would refund me the $150 registration fee. They provided me with a rental since my temp plates had now expired and the truck I purchased was no longer legal for me to drive.On 9/28/2020 I went and talked to the GM Steve and he got very argumentative with me. Told me that they were going out of there way and losing money by providing me with the rental. I asked him what was taking so long and he said that they did not have the title. When I told him that Christina had been telling me from the start, that they had the title on hand he quickly threw her under the bus and told me that she has no idea what was going on.Finally on 10/8/2020 after 35 days of lies and misinformation I had the registration to the truck I had purchased from them and could finally go and pick it up.When I got to the dealership to pick up the truck. I asked Steve to please explain to me what had gone on. He told me they had been open and honest since the first day that they did not have the title, that they should not have sold me the truck without it and basically blamed the whole thing on me. When I told him that was not true and that Christina had been telling me from the day I bought it that everything was fine and they had the title on hand, he once again said she is just a sales person, she has no idea what is going on. When I told him that I not only wanted the $150 refunded to me for the registration that Devin had promised, but I felt like I was also entitled to the $400 documentation fee, he told me that they would not be giving me anything. He said that Devin had no right to have offered me that refund.Buying a new vehicle especially one close to $50k should be an exciting experience. In my case not only did I not walk away feeling the Tasca promise of “You Will Be Satisfied”, but I walked away feeling lied to and cheated. Do not trust them with your money, no matter how perfect the vehicle is.

Exceptional customer service in the service department. Carleen was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I was offered a loaner vehicle for the duration of my service at no charge. Carneen took the time to go through my previous records in order to avoid my having duplicate services performed since I was due for a certain set of factory recommended services. The facility is clean and spacious with ample room for social-distancing. All employees were masked, and there were sanitizing stations throughout.

Tasca ford service center was an excellent experience. This is coming from an absolute Motorhead, meticulous, car fanatic. They treated me and more importantly my car with upmost respect. First off the gentleman at the front desk nick nice was fantastic! So patient and intently listened to what I had to say. That then translated to excellent communication between the front desk and the service foreman who worked on my Shelby. Everything I asked for was explicitly followed and Im grateful for that. Overall an excellent experience. Im a person who does all their own mechanic work, so needing to go to he dealership for very specific service needs Id always a worrisome time for me. These 2 gentleman gave me the confidence that my car was in good hands. Something as simple as nick getting the foreman who was going to be working on my car to come talk with me was fantastic. The process of me starting an oil consumption test for my GT350 was streamlined and easy from a consumer perspective. I truly appreciate service and look forward to seeing them soon when bringing my car back in to finish the oil consumption test.

Second car purchased here within a year. First was a Volvo S60 which I absolutely loved but unfortunately was in a bad accident so needed a new one. I shopped many, many places and end up back here after feeling very discouraged. Well I found and fell in love with my new car even more than my last. I ended up with a beautiful midnight blue exterior with a peanut butter interior Audi A4. Everyone here is great to work with. My sales consultant for both sales was Keven Parra. Great guy!

Once again disappointed with response of Tasca Sales team. They recently initiated contact with me with “interest” in my current vehicle. I was hesitant to contact them as my original car buying experience was not positive. But I decided to give them another try. I called on a Saturday. Was told they would get back to me on Monday... no response. Finally got a call on Wednesday... was told they would get “right back” to me. Still no response 4 days later. A car purchase is a very big decision. Don’t waste your time here. Go to a dealership that is willing to earn your business

The parts department is horrible. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for 2 days now. They won’t answer phone or answer e-mails. I ordered March 25 and it still hasn’t shipped yet. This has been very aggravating and piss poor! I had to leave a one star but really it should be a negative 5 star!! All I need is communication and I’d be more understanding. My part I ordered is over $600 this is why I’m so mad!

I am always treated professionally at Tasca, but Chris really outdid all of my past visits with his help this week. My vehicles ailment was confusing, but Chris and the technician gave me a definitive outline of the problem, so that I could absorb it before giving consent to start the work. I SO appreciate that! Later that afternoon I had to call back with a concern regarding the work that had just been done, and Chris again investigated and found a solution. I went in the next day and the problem was fixed. Lets talk about Tasca Pre-owned, first thing is I was there to look at a specific USED car but it was sold. There was some confusion as to if it was sold or not, turns out it was sold but my salesman Cannon found one, one year newer with less miles on the lot. We negotiated in good faith and we agreed on a fair price. I purchased the car and went to pick it up the next day, it was cleaned and full of gas, Cannon swapped the plates for me. The showroom is immaculate and almost everyone was wearing a mask, some under nose people but that happens, mostly with dumb people. Overall I would recommend Tasca Pre-owned for your next used car.

Absolutely a disappointment. The customer service from the management is completely unacceptable.Sales manager insisting and arguing the Mass regs with my insurance agent. Total loss vehicle, I had my own financing (check in hand) took the day off work to go and finalize all. Getting told that they “will not let this car leave until hard registering before leaving the lot”, my registration and plates active, insurance to stamp and date the transfer of registration to new car and they insist the car can not leave! Not to mention sales rep has my social security number, name, date of birth and address texted to me from a personal cell phone. After speaking to GM Matt Cabral, his only solution is take your money back if you don’t want to wait another 7 days! The customer service with Doug and Matt totally and outright unacceptable. Waiting until the day of pick up with a check in my hand to say all of this, knowingly that I had One Day Off work to get it all done.I went to another dealer and Bought Brand new and drove away within 4 hours and got a better deal. Terrible service and incorrect on the MA state laws after yelling that my insurance was wrong!

Had service performed on my 2019 Lincoln MKZ this morning. In and out in less than 45 minutes without an appointment! Adam Stone was terrific and especially gracious and patient with the older woman in front of me who was quite hard of hearing. I hope that every Tasca employee will take a page from Adams book on customer service.

Tasca had to order the parts and when they came in they gave me a 7 AM appointment where I thought it would long time to fix. Tasca did it promptly and I left at 8:30 AM. I was very satisfied with their performance. The service man was very nice, helpful and friendly.
