My overall Volvo buying experience at Tasca has be extremely great. I have had multiple occasions of visits to dealership for various brands and I can attest that Tasca has been most friendly and accommodating. Josephine was awesome, she had full knowledge of the vehicles, was willing to spend time to find the right fit and most importantly had an awesome demeanor. She made this car buying a great experience. Hope to see her again for my next car purchase.

Chris Promades serviced my 2008 Volvo S80 for a maintenance check message on my driver display. He kept in constant contact with me through the whole process with great precision. The Volvo mechanics gave him the best recommendations to service my vehicle. He notified me of the repairs and I agreed with everyone on the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. When the repairs were finished, he called me and I picked up my car on the same day. The mechanics at the dealership did a perfect job with servicing and cleaning my vehicle. It looked brand new inside and out when I picked it up to bring it home. My family is a family of Volvo’s and it is always a pleasure working with Chris Promades when any of our vehicles need service. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone who has Volvo cars that need service to work with him. I would like to thank the entire Volvo Dealership Service family for an outstanding job well done.

I wouldnt but from Tasca again. And I advise you to do the same. The salesman was a nice guy and as well as the gentleman in the finance department. But how do you let a customer drive off the lot after a safety inspection with 4 tires completely dry rotted and 8psi down from manufacturers specification in each tire, and one with a huge gauge in it! Do not bring your business here.

Employees were great. Test drove a vehicle and had my mechanic check it out just to find faulty axle. How this happens if it went through the multi point inspection they talk about, i’m not sure. Have peace of mind shopping at certified dealers bc clearly you can’t trust the work here.

Both Terrell and Michael were so very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They made the sales process very easy for my new XC90. My apologies, but I forgot the gentlemen that helped with the finance documents, but this was my second time working with him and he too, is knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second car lease experience with the Tasca Team and Ive been very pleased with the entire experience both times. Also, while Im at...the Service Team has been great to work with as well, for my regularly scheduled service on my old XC60. Every interaction with everyone at Tasca has been positive.

Don Mailloux and Michael Mulbah were excellent. Michael and I had already determined the price on the phone ahead of time so I just needed to see the car and test drive. I had a 2018 S90 T5 Momentum prior to this car and it was beautiful. This new car is the 2020 S90 T6 RDesign. The new car is beautiful, just like the the last car. Honestly, nothing to sell here, this car is amazing and rides so smooth just like the 2018 Momentum. Don really was so easy to work with so was Michael. I would highly recommend Don, Michael and TASCA.

I find that trying to book any service is very frustrating. I have left voicemails with the service desk that I never get call backs from. When I call, Im often left on hold first for a long time and end up having to hang up. Last time I called, I was luckily on hold for a short time then followed up on a part for a repair that was ordered over a month ago and was told I would get a call back on the status of that part order. No call back was ever received. I feel like I have to be a manager for this company to get the service I need. Almost feels like pulling teeth. Very disappointing as Ill have to drive up to the Worcester area to seek better service.I give this two stars instead of one because when I did get in for service the first time, it was overall a pleasant experience - nice facility, place to have lunch, etc.Although three issues with the vehicle I brought up which I explained were intermittent did not get any attention because the techs that did the service couldnt reproduce those issues during their quick drive with it. I feel their testing was insufficient. These problems have been persistent and are more common now, but still intermittent. Now my vehicle is out of warranty even though I reported these issues while it was still in warranty. The issues are a rattling noise around the drivers side door, creaking sound from the drivers seat, and the central console/screen can be extremely slow to boot up (seems worse when its below 60 degrees). It sometimes takes more than two minutes just to be able to enter an address in the navigation system or even connect apple carplay. I will probably not consider Volvos in the future because of this combination of quality issues and poor service from Tasca Volvo.

Took my fiancee to purchase an XC90 Momentum a couple of weeks ago. Drove it off and car has a wobble and an alignment issue. We email and text Josephine who was our salesperson along with the finance manager. I bring in the car the day before Thanksgiving to get it fixed and obviously was not the best choice either due to half the staff (ok i get it)... Whats troublesome is that the appointment was r/s for the following Monday (today 11.30.20)and low and behold, they dont have ANY Volvo technicians until 2nd week of December? So you spend $62K and this is the best outcome? How irritating and frustrating it is to drive with a 21 wheel that wobbles with an alignment issue?! But sure, keep driving they say. In the meantime, weve called Viti Volvo who will gladly take care of the Tasca problem.Thanks Tasca and I appreciate Viti stepping up to the plate.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment for state inspection and to have my airconditioner blower motor looked at they kept it for 2 days and did nothing I called to check on it getting frustrated i finally picked it up and taking it back to Viti Volvo. I will be contacting Volvo to let them know about the poor serviceman ask that Tasca loose their Volvo Dealership. So much for there saying youll be satisfied. You will be satisfied if you dont want anything done

I previously gave Tasca Volvo service a lower review because twice recently I have waited over 20 minutes just to check into my appointment. I spoke to the manager about the check-in bottleneck and he did everything in his efforts to make sure the rest of my experience was pleasant. Besides some recent backlog at check-in which they are addressing I have always had a good experience there and find everyone very helpful and friendly. I will be going back there for my Volvo needs.

Thanks to their client focused and knowledgeable staff, Tasca Volvo is one of the better dealerships.After going in to discuss a not so small list of options/considerations, we decided on a custom build XC60 Inscription lease, thanks to the help of Walter and Greg. The custom build did present a timing challenge. It was only a short period of time from returning my current lease, so that had to be taken into consideration.The Volvo XC60 was no longer being built in the color I desired for 2018 but would be for 2019. The issue was delivery would not be for over 3 months and my current lease ended in less than 1. Walter and subsequently Tasca Volvo worked with me to resolve this challenge. Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted even against the challenge of time thanks to the great people and customer service at Tasca.
