I worked with John and he was GREAT from start to finish. They didn’t have a vehicle right away but the very next day they found a vehicle for me and the payments are MUCH lower than I was expecting!!! The vehicle comes with a 2 year warranty AND they helped me save money on my car insurance!!!!

I wont be returning. My husband, son and I were walking the lot looking at cars. The man inside the office never came out to speak to us. My son went in and asked if there was someone who could help us with pricing and questions. He directed him to a sign on the wall that listed the car prices and went back into his office. If he cant be bothered to come out and talk to us, then I cant be bothered to return to buy a car.

I was greeted by Cany, salesman, who was wonderful. He took his time to explain the process to me. The finance department was thorough and fair. I left with the car I wanted and it was a great experience all around.

Had Mynor issues with my 2013 Dodge Avenger which the mechanic explained we must take the proper steps to diagnose the problem correctly. I trusted the mechanic and believed he knew the correct actions to make. My car is running smooth and I no longer have car issues at the moment. I was very patient and trusted the mechanics at JD Byryder will resolve the issue, they did and I am very happy.

So how do i drop my car off on Sunday night because my check engine light is on they fix it and it’s Friday and it’s back on?? This place is a joke. I have had quite a few issues with them. I had to pay 350 for a new key to be made i had to pay 500 for my automatic car starter to be replaced after they disconnected it and wouldn’t reconnect it. And just spent $50 on Monday when i picked my car up. The best part is before i dropped it off i had it scanned to find out why my check engine light is on and it said it was an O2 sensor. So when i spoke to the guy in service i asked him if it was the O2 sensor and he said no it was the temperature sensor. I just had my car scanned again and it still says it’s the O2 sensor. Why was this not fixed to begin with? Did you not scan my car? I do t understand

Went from 5 stars to a 1 star in a matter of a night . We been with jbryder since 2017. We pay off a car and get a new one everytime . This will be the last year . Had this car for 4 months and was told he going to charge 25 dollars for me to drop it off and he going to say it is the antibreaks and give it back . We have the exact same car from them and my fiancé car does not stop on a hill and doesnt move Have an appointment with speedy oil tomorrow and going to pay out of my own pocket instead of deal with these scumbags . You lost a loyal customer when you put my kids in dange in a lemon car !!

I was sick with COVID 19 and was hospitalized and when I got tubes out of my mouth I called immediately I was about 9 days late, and they refused to take my 2 payments to make it current! I had a block on my registration witch wasPaid 3 days after that after I was told I had a fewWeeks to get it taken care of!’ I was told.they wanted car back!! 2 weeks prior my car was parked at my sisters in law I was picking up my nephews and a tree limb feel on the hood! I know it’s my luck but the problem is I still haven’t heard anything about the insurance check so they are withholding money to fix the vehicle! Let me make it clear I was 9 days late for my down payment, payment!!! The finance company did. It drop me. I could see if I was just ignoring them I was sick with COVID-19
