I cannot express how happy I am with my experience here. People were professional, caring, and above all they knew what the they were doing and they did it right! They care about the vehicle owner’s expectations and they try to put your expectations on display. To me they went WAY above what I expected. My car looks nicer now than it did when it was brand new! A tree fell on my car during a wind storm and it was pretty banged up in very small barely visible areas and they took care of the smallest details down to the T. I’m not hoping I’ll ever have to fix my car again 😂 but if I ever do, I’m not ever going anywhere else. This place was worth every penny. I highly recommend it. I have had 2 very positive experiences with Cranston Collision Center in the last year. In my first experience Cranston Collision did a wonderful job handling and managing the insurance claim for my totaled vehicle. I was kept informed during every step of the process and the wonderful office staff of Crystal, Marie, and Amanda made it very easy to access my rental car. In my second experience, the insurance wanted to total a car that I very much wanted to keep. Peter and Dennis Jr. arranged it so that the car could be repaired for what the insurance was willing to pay, allowing me to keep the car. The process was fully explained to me and Crystal called me with regular updates on where things stood with the repair. I was given use of a rental car beyond the time period my insurance covered and the final repair was outstanding. The car was also returned to me cleaner, inside and out, than it had been since it was new. And the best part of all, when I picked up the car, I was told that Dennis Jr. had been able to fix the car without the need to charge my deductible. Body shops often have bad reputations. I can truthfully say that Cranston Collision operates in a very honest, ethical, and respectful manner. They value professionalism, know their business well, and value good customer relations. They truly strive to satisfy the consumer. I recommend this business without reservation and would never hesitate to use them again.

My boyfriend and I had made an appointment for 10/9 @ 9am literally 2 months in advance. 8 weeks we waited for an appointment!! We have been long over due for a car detail.My boyfriend showed up on 10/9 and waited until 9am when someone finally showed up, my boyfriend told the man he had an appointment for a car detail and the worker said “they’re closed until Tuesday”So now I waited 8 weeks because I thought this place was legit.I called and was told to call back Tuesday.Instead of rescheduling me, I was completely deleted out of appointment.WONT be going here…or recommending… ever

I have no complaints. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and by Friday it was ready to be picked up. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. The day I picked up my car I needed help putting my sons car seat base back in my car and crystal without hesitation came out and helped me! I appreciate that so much ! My car looked brand new , I couldn’t have dropped it off at a better place - I hope I don’t have to bring my car in to be fixed again but if I do it will definitely be with Cranston Collision and auto repair :)

Theyre always polite, nice, and very fast. Its my second time having to use them (Yay Warren drivers!), and both times I have been in and out and in my rental within 20 minutes. Theyre very pleasent to deal with over the phone too and have always been upfront. Theyre a bit far for a repair shop for where I live, but I will keep right on going there.

This is the second time Ive gone to Cranston Collision in two years (both times after being recommended by someones auto insurance). Everyone was very professional and the entire process of dropping off my car, taking a rental and picking up was very smooth. I appreciated the updates on my car while they had it. The real motivating factor to writing this review however is the man who cleaned my car- it hasnt been this clean in over a year! He even found all the treasures that had been hiding under my seats and put them in a box in the trunk (you found my headphones!). You are the real MVP!

I highly recommend Cranston Collision & Auto Repair Center! I brought my Jeep in recently for dent repair/paint work and I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. The staff in the office were very friendly and they made the entire process of drop off, rental car, and pick-up flow seamlessly. It is clear that the shop takes great pride in everything they do. They went above and beyond to make sure the body work on my Jeep was flawless and the customer service that I received along the way was the best customer service Ive ever had from a company. I cant say enough about how great they are!

Cranston Collision was recommended to me by my insurance when I needed my passenger side mirror replace and am I glad they did. Everyone there is extremely professional and thoughtful. While my car was there, I ended up adding in a few other services like buffing and painting of a few deep scratches. I feel like I have a brand new car! For any future services, I plan on using Cranston Collision and suggest you do as well!

I dropped my Jeep off Monday morning. Was given the estimate the next day as promised. Today February 10th they called and told me the job was completed! It was 4 grand worth of damage! They are super professional and wicked nice. I highly recommend this company, I have already began telling my co workers about this place. I couldn’t be more happy with the work they did, my Jeep came out looking way better than before the damage occurred. I want to thank the employees I worked with y’all are amazing!

There isn’t enough words to describe how incredibly amazing Cranston Collision Center is. From the front desk staff, the mechanics, technicians, to management.... they are all amazing.I didn’t think I could fall in love with an auto body shop, but I have. My truck has been in their care twice due to a collision with a turkey hitting my grill and going through the engine. It looks and drives as if it has come off the show room floor.I especially appreciate their care in warranting the work the do. I had one small issue and it was taken care of promptly with the best care and professionalism.None of us want to need a body shop, but if you do, please call them. I’ve no doubt you’ll be taken great care of.

Whats worse than rear ending someone and its your fault? Cranston Collision did everything for me including coordinating the rental and working with the insurance. It allowed me to pretend like it never happened and when I got my truck back, it looks and drives like it never happened. Pete and everyone were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!

I chose this shop over the Land Rover certified repair shop Id originally planned on using based on the online reviews and the kindness of the people I spoke with there after Geico chose them for getting the initial repair estimate. I didnt regret my decision. Dennis in the shop and Crystal at the front office were both great and very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and the work was all done during the pandemic shutdown of most businesses. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done.

I have used this business twice in the past year for multiple instances with my vehicle. Both times they were extremely friendly, honest, and efficient. The quality of their work is ELITE! I have nothing but great things to say about Cranston Collision. My elderly father accidentally backed up into my sons car and damaged the bumper. We didnt want to get the insurance company involved so we paid for the repair out of pocket. The cost was reasonable and the job they did was phenomenal. Youd never even know that we had work done on the car!

Good but not great. I had front end damage that CC fixed for me through an insurance claim. Their paint job looked great (why I gave them 3 stars and not 2) but not much else worked out after that. Upon picking up the car I had no ac. After being told it was fine I insisted it wasnt and they took it to Inskip where leaks were repaired. Then I had a vibration issue at idle where I was again told it was fine, but again it wasnt. My motor mounts were damaged and needed to be replaced. Lastly one of my new headlights has a good amount of dirt in the lens causing it to look slightly darker than the other side. I contacted CC about this also and they never responded .I feel these issues should have been noticed and addressed before I had to come pick the car, resulting in three trips for me. But CC did fix my issues after some resistance so I cant be too upset. I just wish my headlight looked like it did before the accident.

The staff here was phenomenal from beginning to end. I recently purchased my car after losing my old one in a head on collision, so when someone backed up into my new car I was more than upset. They had me sit on a comfy couch and did not let me get up. They sat next to me and took me through the entire process. They put me in a nice rental and off I went. This was the first body shop I found on google maps with a 4+ star ratings. When I dropped off my car, the owner came out and introduced himself, was very professional. They had my car done in 3 days, and it came out amazing! They even took care of a scratch on the other side of the vehicle from the accident side when they detailed it. The color matched perfectly. I hope not to have any further accidents, but if I do, I’ll bring my vehicle to Cranston Collision!

The best place on earth. I was hit by a drunk driver on St. Patricks Day and Cranston collision came and towed my car from my house to their shop and fixed my car. Ive been a customer of CCC for Many years...because they are THE BEST around..Ive found those who give a bad review is usually because they cannot be pleased even if you turned yourself inside out to please them..they would still find something to complain about..CCC has always been professional..courteous and perfect in all their repairs done on my car..So anyone that reads rises reviews should consider the ratio of good to bad reviews.. Im sure youll find the good ones EXCEED the bad ones.

I came here for a collision via gieco, before getting into the work on the vehicle the owner decided to put it up in the air quickly to assess whether the repair was feasible due to preexisting damage, although the owner told me what I did not want to hear; I appreciate tremendously the honesty, speed, and price of the service. Highly recommend as a solid shop, not interested in nickel and diming the consumer, but instead interested in doing the service right.

Dennis jr. Has no understanding of customer service. Looked over my accident said ill take care of everything! Didnt replace my damaged bulbs and most importantly didnt replace my damaged third black light on my caddillac that cost over 300$. They are drunks and hacks!!! Beware!!!

Do not get your car fixed here unless you want to be screwed out of your time and money. First, they replaced my door incorrectly and my car now makes a loud wind noise on the road...it was nearly silent before. Second, they took an extra 3 weeks after the promised finish date to return our car to us. They were very difficult to get in touch with about my car that they had. When I returned my rental to them that I had only driven to and from the lot, they billed us for a dent that we DID NOT cause. This all happened over a year ago and it still haunts me to this day. The insurance company was paying, or else they would not have gotten a cent from me! Save yourself the aggravation and go to a reputable place.
